I had a situation where my 2003 GMC envoy the window blew out unexpectedly for no reason I took My SUV to Caliber Collision in Carmel, Indiana because that’s one of the places at Allstate insurance authorized to do the repair work on my vehicle. The person that was my coordinator or go to person his name was Nick one thing I could say about Nick is he is over the top good he provided me with detailed updates every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week until the work on my SUV was completed. in addition to repairing or replacing the back window and the components that were required to get the job done and by vehicle being 23 years old, he and his team continued to search until he found the parts that were in good shape and fit my vehicle perfectly and in addition to repairing the rear window and replace it, I also had them Paint my hood and when I picked up the vehicle, the paint matched perfect even though the paint was new and the vehicle was 23 years old you could never tell that my hood had ever been repainted. all I can say is if you need any quality work done to your vehicle whether it’s cosmetic or whether it is due to extreme damage, I would sincerely recommend Caliber Collision in Carmel Indiana and talk to Nick when you’re there because I guarantee you that he will take over the top. My car was parked and hit by another car so Caliber Collision did the repairs and did an excellent job. Their customer service person, Tylor, was excellent at keeping me informed and they finished the car earlier than they promised and it was really clean inside and looked great outside. I’ve had my car in this shop for over 4 months and picked it up twice, but it was never properly fixed. The first time, it almost blew my engine. The second time, blew the transmission. I am now stuck paying for the rental because the car was still unsafe. They refuse to take accountability, and all I want is my car repaired correctly so it’s safe and reliable.

They wanted me to drop my car off for 2 weeks just to get an estimate on repairs. The repair needed was just minor damage to the lift gate fascia.

My experience with Caliber Collision was top tier. I really appreciated the relationship they have with enterprise. I didn't have to worry about how I would pickup/drop-off the rental care. The communication during the repairs was also top tier. I never had to wonder what was going on in the process. From the front desk administrator, to the adjuster, and collision repair specialist I felt like my repair was top priority. I hope that I won't need collision repair services again. However, if I ever do I certainly will choose Caliber Collision. 5 star experience in a already frustrating time with having an auto accident.

Totally amazing experience. Seriously, I cannot believe how easy they made this whole process. They handled everything. Worked with our insurance carrier, and even handled our rental for us on pickup and drop off. Essentially they did it all. They finished in just a few days which was crazy to me. They are super friendly and patient. The person at the front desk knew that I was brand new to this process yet remained patient anyway. Too often, you get employees who are just punching a time clock. Having someone who actually cares and is genuinely helpful is just unheard of in this day and age. 5 stars! They earned it!

I got in an accident a couple weeks ago and was not at fault. My fiance told me to have my car towed here.
They started working on my car May 27 and They told me my car would be done by June 13. but yesterday I got a text my car was ready to be picked up (une 3).
When I got there the checkout process was smooth and the mechanic walked me thru everything they did with my car. It wasn't until this morning when I took the paper matt they put in the driver seat of the car on the floor that I noticed they cleaned my whole car!
I have weather tech mats all inside my car that I haven't gotten to clean since the winter and they were sparkling clean and no longer had the salt residue and icky stuff from winter! My car all over looked like it got detailed and looked like when I first got it brand new in 2020! That is the type of customer service I am looking for. Our vehicle is still at Caliber Collision. A new issue (wheel wobble noise) got introduced with the fender/bender repair/replacement work and we are waiting for Caliber in getting it fixed properly. We are hoping Caliber Collision will deliver our vehicle with proper checks and after getting rid of the grease odor.
Great experience. My car was returned in better shape than when it was dropped off, not only was the body repaired & painted beautifully but they also completely cleaned the interior of my car, it was like new! Such a nice surprise. Coordination between the insurance company, the car rental Company and Caliber was so convenient, no need to bother someone to take me to the repair shop because they had the rental car there waiting for me.
Caliber did a great job fixing the front end damage on my Infinity QX50 from a deer accident! They kept me informed through daily text messages. The work was perfect and they even washed the car and cleaned the INSIDE of it too! Having the rental car company meet me with a vehicle at Caliber was a very convenient plus! The estimated date for completion was May 2 and it was completed beautifully on May 2! I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

My car door was backed into in a parking lot, and I used Caliber Collision. Not only was my car in perfect condition when I received my car back, the inside and outside were super clean and my back windshield wiper (that was starting to rip) was replaced without having to ask. I received updates every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to keep me informed and my car was repaired extremely quickly (I’m talking two days after the parts were received).
I had someone pull out in front of me right before Christmas. They were Geico’s recommended provider. I was hesitant to not go to the shop my family has used for years. But I am extremely happy I chose to use them. Not only did they keep me completely up to date on very step of the repair process, but at the speed. I dropped my car off the same day as the accident and the very next day they were already working on my car. And they completed the repairs a month sooner than they stated. I was out of town at the time repairs were finished, and they even dropped my car off at my house so it was there when I returned. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and very helpful. Abby at the front desk is fantastic she is very knowledgeable! For being a big chain repair shop, I felt like I was dealing with your local friend down the street!
I recently had a terrifying auto accident. I was run off the highway and hit a mile marker going at about 70 mph! Allstate recommended Caliber Collision as one of their “good hands” service facilities. I called them and wow!! From the first contact the employees at Caliber far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was receptive, competent and I was kept well-informed of my vehicle’s repairs! My Chevy Equinox was repaired impeccably well, and I’d challenge anyone to tell it was ever fixed! Not only that, the repairs (& a 2nd smaller claim) were completed EARLIER than expected! They even completely washed the inside and out!I highly recommend Caliber Collision! I had issues dealing with my insurance and Tylor was very helpful and gave me great advice on what I could do about the situation. I decided to go with Caliber once my car got hit in a parking lot. My friend recommended them and now I can do the same! The turnaround time was QUICK!! Tylor was able to keep me posted almost each day letting me know what is going on with my car and where it's at in the repair process. I felt comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. Everyone there was happy to answer any questions I had or concerns that needed to be addressed. Once I picked up my car, I was amazed at how it turned out to be!
