This place is literally the worst. Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail, they won’t return it. They held our car hostage for a solid week with no updates or answers even after blowing them up for days to get some semblance of a response. They have no support staff and no professionalism, period. I’m standing in their lobby waiting for my keys back and literally just listening to the phone ring off the work with a line of people waiting. Never coming back. We came here because we purchased this car less than a year ago from Carmel Auto Gallery and now the transmission is having issues. They recommended this place since it’s partnered and we purchased their warranty. Not only do I regret the purchase, I regret this entire experience.

They said my car was done and when I went to try it out the brake pedal went to the floor. Why would you tell a customer to pick up their car when the brake pedal goes to the floor?? They couldn't get the brakes bled properly so they ended up having to take it to the dealership to have it done right. The dealership said they had the rear calipers on backwards. I can't be the only car they screwed up. A lot of (majority) of these reviews have to be fake. Find a different mechanic and don't trust the reviews for this place. Shawn was the only one that acted like he actually felt bad and wanted to help.
