I have been going to PFM for car service since 2013! They have always performed whatever service I needed with the up most care! Always professional service with kindness and a smile. If they see a potential problem, other than what the car is being serviced, they call and inform you and asked permission to fix said problem. You can trust them to get the job done correctly.
My entire family gets their auto maintenance & repair work done at PFM. They are very approachable & accommodating. The work is done in an efficient manner. Oftentimes in the same day.

2 awful experiences after years of patronage.
I brought my 2019 VW in to figure out what some dash lights that were illuminated were. PFM said they could read the sensors and tell me what it was. Instead, they swapped my battery for a brand new one and then told me that their computers aren’t new enough (?) to tell me what was wrong with my car, but it was probably the battery so they swapped it and I had to pay for it. All my lights are still on. They should have told me a 6 YEAR OLD car was too new for them to work on before even offering to do the work.
Yesterday I decided to give them another. I asked to have a hitch installed on my car that I provided. The work is a hatchet job - My bumper valance is jutting out and not even fully re-attached to the car. when I went to push my bumper back into place, the holding pins fell out onto the ground. Someone had to come lay down in the parking lot to reattach them.
I spoke with Keith who’s in charge and told him I’d like to be refunded for the work since I have to pay another shop to fix what they did to my bumper fascia, and he said he would call by the end of the day today and we can discuss options. Never heard back today - when I called at the end of the work day, he’d left for the weekend.

EDIT: I’ve been issued a full refund for this work by PFM after paying to have another shop correct the work
What happened : Car broke down on road, can’t move on any gear though engine was fine, had to tow to this location , the only location that picked up my call at 6.30 pm on Friday evening.
Type of repair: they diagnosed it as CV-Axle broken, and spot on detection.
Quote: is competitive enough to proceed forward. Store operator was nice and received little discount on negotiation.
Result: car was on road after couple of hours labor. True, had anxiety before towing but relieved once I get back to drive. Good work PFM-Auto.
this shop installed my tires, so when i had a tire losing air i returned to the shop for the patch work. I was less than a block and the TPS light came on in my van. last time this happened the dealer had to hit a reset button. but the guy thought it was surely a pressure thing. Sadly his air gun was bad or something and he put 100psi in my front tire. so my advice would be just to verify the work. otherwise they were kind and the oil change seemed to be standard service
They were quick to get me in and made sure the needed repairs on my car were done on time at a reasonable cost. Thanks again. Won't hesistate to go back to them again if needed.
Everyone at PFM is so kind and professional! They'll do all it takes to have the issue fixed to your satisfaction in a timely manner and the lowest cost possible! I highly recommend them
They were honest about what work my car needed and what work it didn't. Great staff, very good customer service.
Update from addtl trip: they fix their mistakes and make it right. on my recent trip there was a snafu with parts ordering and i did not get my car back by the date i requested. they got to action immediately to remedy the problem, took responsibility and apologized, and made it right as quickly as they could. i got my car back the next business day and a small discount to make it right. you can tell a lot about a business by how they handle a mistake. we brought my fiances car in the next day for work that he needed done and everything went smoothly for his experience as it usually does. we will continue as customers here while we live in this area.
Outstanding service!! The staff does an outstanding job. I mistakenly took my car in for an oil change which wasn’t needed. The attendant called my attention to it and rescheduled a latter appointment…..
This was my second visit for an oil change, hoping to find a trustworthy business that would not try to take advantage of me as a woman. Sadly, this was not the case. In addition to doing my oil change, they ran diagnostics on the car and texted me a report outlining things that needed to be done. One of those was a note that the struts and shocks looked original to the car, which is 8 years old. Ironically, I had those replaced less than a year ago. I confronted them about it and they proceeded to make excuses with completely illogical explanations of why they would think brand new struts and shocks were 8 years old. I will not be returning.
PFM Auto is awesome there got my truck running in less than a half a day.
My truck was at another repair shop they had it for a week and still couldn't figure it out PFM was the best. Will be taking my truck there from now on.
I greatly appreciate what PFM was able to do to help me. I was traveling for work and they were able to repair my vehicle and get me on the road back home on my original schedule. The staff and very professional and courteous. Thanks to the team.

Never had a older used car. But I bought my daughter's first car. Of course it needs some work! I called and the owner answered the phone and was very nice. I explained to them the situation and what was needed. He gave me an estimate and told me to drop off the car anytime. We don't NEED the car as it's an extra so I wasn't in a big rush to get it worked on. I dropped the car off around 2pm and was driven home right away by them. The person that drove me home noticed our veterans plates and made sure we got a discount. That was so thoughtful of him! The next day around 9 am I was contacted to tell me the work was already finished. I was impressed. They came to get me right on time! I am so grateful to have found an honest, easy to do business with mechanic. Thank you!
I can't say enough good things about the folks at PFM. They treated me with kindness and courtesy from the time I walked in the door in tears. I thought i messed my car up beyond affordable repair. They helped me out quicker than I expected, especially since I didn't have an appointment; and I felt like they gave me honest pricing and information. I appreciate them for helping me in a pinch and will be back for regular maintenance from now on.
When my truck suddenly started having mechanical/electrical issues earlier this week, PFM was able to get it in, and even diagnose it, late in that same afternoon. By noon the next day, the job was completed. And my truck has been back to normal since. I must say they were very friendly, transparent, and honest - never pushy - throughout the whole process. The pictures of each problem is a nice feature I haven’t seen elsewhere. I’m often skeptical of mechanics in this day and age, but I wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicle back to PFM.

Excellent service on my 2017 Ford Escape with 100000 plus miles. From bumper to bumper they checked it out and helped me determine what is needed to keep it road worthy for its next 100000 miles. Yeah, right. It’s a Ford. Happy customer here.
Exceptional! Short notice call to this location for an oil change for one of our box trucks. Mr. Carter was very pleasant and helpful letting me know that they could get me in right away. Upon arrival, i was set up by Mr. Carter within minutes to be serviced. He was very helpful in making sure i was comfortable in their nice waiting room with comfortable seats and refreshments. He even gave recommendation on some nearby restaurants where i could grab a bite to eat while waiting. PFM was able to get me fully serviced within an hour which i really appreciated given my busy schedule. Overall, i was extremely please with this place because of their personable customer service, fast-act work service and cleanliness throughout the facility. I will be back
I appreciate that I asked for same day service the day before the start of a holiday weekend and my car was serviced that afternoon. I barely had time to settle into the waiting area and read a bit of the book I brought, and my car's oil change was completed. I was given a thorough explanation for what they did and what could wait for more milage before needed further service. I was treated with courtesy and respect.
Having visited PFM before and having work done there on my 2017 Ford transit T250 van (work van) I went back a second time to have the driver side exhaust manifold worked on and repaired. The passenger side had extensive work that needed to be done. Bolts needed to be extracted ( they had to purchase a special tool to do the job) and with all labor parts and a few small minor other things was over $4000 at cost. Knowing that the driver side was going to be more extensive and possibly more expensive I had to have this done because it’s the way I make my living. Dropped the van off and only heard from the technician one time because I called a week later to check on the progress. The story I got was they were letting the bolts soak in penetrating oil so they could try and remove them. After an additional week I drove to the shop, saw the van sitting in their lot and asked again what the progress was and got the exact same story.needless to say I took my keys and took my van and drove it away. Never going back to this place again. Poor customer service, poor communication and my thinking is they are overcharging customers.
From start to finish, we were highly satisfied with the service we received. Keith, the manager, is a great communicator, very detailed-oriented, and a nice guy, to boot. His team members/mechanics were super efficient, providing excellent diagnosis and treatment. And the pricing was fair and reasonable. This was the first time bringing my car here, but it definitely won't be the last. Shoutout to my wife for discovering this great place!
PFM is a great place for all your car needs. They are fair with pricing and will go out of their way to find a better deal and best price possible. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and great to work with. We have been taking our cars there for almost 3 years now and they have been amazing. They provide the best service to their cars and their customers. Highly recommend them!
I had an amazing experience here! After previously having negative experiences with mechanics who will try to squeeze every penny out of you that they can (especially if you're a young woman), I can truly say it was quite the opposite at PFM. They were able to squeeze me in at the end of a business day and had my car ready-to-go before 3 PM the next day. Their prices are reasonable, staff are friendly, and they even offered me a ride to and from the shop when an issue occurred the day after service. Keith was especially helpful and went above and beyond! I will be recommending PFM to everyone I know!
