I stopped by to grab some screws for my license plate and Erich was kind enough to check which ones would fit my car and even installed them for me. Everyone at this store was super kind and helpful, and Erich went above and beyond to help me out, much appreciated!!
Absolutely blown away by the customer service here. Another AutoZone said they couldn’t help me with my battery, but Michael ran a diagnostic test and replaced my battery in five minutes. Fast, friendly, and efficient — definitely my go-to spot from now on!
George was very helpful and friendly! He got me all set up with new cabin and engine air filters and completed a free battery test. The dealership told me earlier in the week I needed to replace my battery, but the battery test proved that wasn't necessary. I appreciated George's friendly, honest and informative approach. He helped me save over $20 at checkout by suggesting I buy an oil filter to take advantage of a special filter combo deal. I'll be back to AutoZone Carmel if I have car needs or questions in the future!
Employees George and Aiden at AutoZone are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and VERY helpful. George assisted me with testing my battery which confirmed I needed to replace said battery. He then generously removed my old battery and discarded it appropriately after he put a new battery into my car. Aiden assisted me with replacing a burnt out headlight that I had by replacing my old one with a new working one. Both employees helped me with what I stopped by in hopes of getting. They knew exactly how find what I needed and how to assist me with my car repairs. I strongly recommend this location.

My car battery died today. I took my vehicle to the Auto Zone on Rangeline Rd. in Carmel and was provided with excellent service from Michael K. It took him no more than ten minutes to have the issue diagnosed, the battery changed, and me cashed out. Additionally, he was able to assist with my low coolant level. I really appreciate the excellent service and I'll definitely be back with more business!!
The team at this AutoZone location makes me feel at ease about my sometimes silly car questions and helps me feel confident about DIY parts replacements. They charge a fair price and often provide free installation when you just don't want to mess with it yourself. I pride myself on trying to save a buck or two when replacing filters, wiper blades, and even my battery. Lately, though, I've let Erick replace my wipers and battery and didn't regret the decision. Love working with these guys!
They were amazing! Helped me diagnose my car and see what the issue was whether it was the battery or alternator. When they found the problem they helped me find the best fix and even installed it for me! Will 100% come back here whenever I need anything else for the car!
George and Levi installed a new rear wiper blade on my Mazda 3 hatchback. It turned out to be a fairly irritating blade to replace, as it required the whole arm to be unscrewed and removed, but they didn't the extra work at all and were so nice. They also helped me put my key fob back together after changing the battery out. Really appreciated the great service!
Erich provided wonderful customer service for us today! We just purchased a used car, and he went above and beyond to answer all our questions, check our lights, engine, etc! He gave great recommendations and helped us find products in the store as well! Highly recommend this AutoZone!
George was extremely helpful to my husband and I. Right before closing we had to come in to get a new caliper bolt for our truck breaks as one was missing, and we also didn’t not have the tools with us to fix it. I really appreciate the people at Autozone. They have always been friendly and willing to help. Today, I jumped my son's car and came in to replace the battery. Kenneth confirmed the alternator was working first and then found the battery to for my son's car. The manager worked to install the new battery (sorry I didnt get his name), but everyone was so kind and helpful. As a women, walking into auto stores can sometimes feel intimidating, but Autozone in Carmel has always been helpful and has become my go to.
They take too long before anyone could help me. Just a couple guys for all the people. He helped me TRYING to look for the part and he said that it must be somewhere so he quit looking and told me that I need to keep looking. So I had to walk on the line again and wait again.
my battery was dead and was originally told it was gonna take days. they did it in less than 30 minutes forever grateful- Michael was great installed the battery and everything!
AutoZone in Carmel helped us last week in a pinch. We needed a battery checked and replaced in our minivan to pick up our son from college that day. AZ provided outstanding and friendly service. The manager swapped out the battery in just a few minutes too. We also got a little money back from our old battery.

Went by for new wiper blades. Michael was amazing! Installed them for me and even wiped down my windshield with Rainx at no extra charge. Now that’s customer service! Earned my business and recommendation!
I stopped by the Carmel Auto Zone on Rangeline to get a new bulb for a burnt out headlight. George assisted me. Not only was he very helpful but he went above and beyond to get the light installed. We also had a very nice conversation. As someone who does not know a lot about cars, I appreciated the respectful, kind and thorough assistance. I will be back for any additional automotive needs.
The store is overall a great asset to those do it your-selfers. They usually have the parts in stock that I need quickly. (for a Dodge minivan) Their Duralast brake parts aren't the best quality and I have had to replace them under warranty in the past. They aren't perfect, but their service is usually really good and the current Manager is really impressive. Recently had to get a battery quickly for a trip the same day. They checked my battery and got a replacement at a decent price in about 15 minutes! (they werent busy at the time which helped, but still) They also have the tool to use when your Check Engine light comes on and can give you a print out of optional repairs. I've saved lots of money for the repairs I can do myself, with their parts!
Sold my son used oil in a new bottle. Dude at the counter had to get managers approval to exchange it, and then made him buy more so he could change all of his own oil again. Beware.
My alternator went out while I was staying at a hotel in Carmel for 1 night. I called around to multiple auto part stores to find one When I called Auto Zone, I spoke to Kenny and he was very nice and helpful. He recommended a mobile tech that is regular customer. I called the tech and he was able to get it fixed that night. Kenny and the tech were very friendly and professional and provided excellent customer service! Great job!
