Fantastic customer service at NAPA in Carmel! Last October I needed to replace the original 10.5 year old battery in my Toyota and wanted to try the latest AGM technology based on all the very positive review I had read. NAPA was able to get me an Odyssey battery at a great price delivered to my home. Six months later I was having to jump the battery every week. Being a different technology, I thought I had done something wrong with it even though I purchased a new technology AGM battery charger at the same time. I called up Sam and he worked with me to determine a fault in the battery and process a full exchange under warranty. He coached me on usage concerns of mine and created a new confidence in me about AGM batteries. Sam was very knowledgeable, but he is also so caring about the needs of the customer. I would strongly recommend NAPA and Sam for any auto parts needs.
Bruce at the NAPA on 116th St in Carmel, Indiana was extremely pleasant and helpful in helping these 2 seniors pick out & replace the wiper blades on our Toyota Corolla. We will definitely be back the next time we need knowledgeable assistance with our car!

I needed a small part and was very stressed because I had a major time issue... the assistance I received from the associates was outstanding! They were all very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and promptly solved my issue. The total experience exceeded any expectations that I may have had prior to going visiting their store for the first time and I returned a couple of days later with a special thank you! Amazing customer service! I pulled up at 6:01pm not knowing they close at 6pm. When I walked up, the doors were already locked. They let me come in to purchase wiper blades and installed them for me! The three associates were so friendly and helpful. Thank you, NAPA Auto Parts!
I have life warranty ratchet and it broke after 7 years they replaced for me for free , really nice staff and helpful, excellent super store manager, five star and above.
Great place, great parts, great service !!! They were soo good up there they NEED a RAISE !!!!! They deserve it seriously they do soo much for so little its not fair.
This location is never open during posted hours of operations. They close early and closed on Sunday's. Be sure to call beforehand to see when they'll be open.
Store opened at 10, we got there at 1040. Doors locked when called we inquired if they were opened only to be told what can we help with no explanation as to why doors are locked. We then inquired again and was told they can't let people in the store we had to stay outside and could order from the phone if they had parts. Worst experience ever
Always seem to somewhat have what I need and I go in there a lot but the front staff at the counter is the most unfriendly staff I’ve ever seen . It’s like I’m messing up there day with my purchase. I know times are tough now but I would like to think they should be happy they at least have a job still . The younger kid and the older guy with darker hair are the worst!!! I go to OReilys now and they are very friendly
Went for a new battery at 7 am like their hours show. Watched both employees walk in at 10 after and had to wait another 10 minutes before they could help me.
I was seriously disrespected by one of the employees. He literally ignored me until a fellow coworker waited on me although he wasn't busy and no one else was around. Not a good look for such a prestigious clientele and location but maybe I didn't qualify as either in his eyes. Such is the state of our world.
I don't typically frequent this store but my normal autoparts store didn't care what I was needing. I called ahead and the staff was friendly. When I went into the store they remembered me from my call, and quickly had me ready to go. The cashier did make some jokes about "do you frequently buy these" and I'm not sure if he was just trying to be funny because it was not a typical part or imply it strange that I, a woman, would be doing such auto work on my own. Either way, it was nothing sepcial to make my change them to my usual store, but if my store doesn't have what I need then I will be back.
