I went in for a 2nd opinion on work for an oil leak and was able to get in quickly. Their communication convinced me I was in the right place for the repair. I am pleased with their workmanship, efficiency, patience, and pricing. Mike, Neal and the office team were really pleasant to work with. I'll be back soon for new batteries, as soon as the winter storm passes through. Thanks to the team for being patient with my questions.

I’ve gone to Millers for almost all my automotive needs. Its location, quality of work and ability to get my vehicle completed quickly have been the reasons I’ve continued to use them for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Miller Auto Care is a shop you can trust. I have taken both my wife's car and my car here for; sparks plugs, transmission fluid change, rear differential fluid change, brake fluid change, braking inspection, and more. I find Miller is a shop I can trust to do the job correctly.

Honest, dependable, bend over backwards to help. If they say it needs done, it needs done. They don’t try to sell you anything or get you to spend more than necessary, but also willing to do any foolishness one wishes on a car that probably isn’t worth the effort otherwise, because they know it isn’t always about facts, but sometimes feelings with some cars.

Cost of oil change was double what dealer charges. Requested work was not done. No discussion with anyone as to work that was needed. I won't go back.

I had heard about Miller Auto Care for years, all of it positive. I can now vouch for that, as I just had my first experience with them; another shop had told me the noise I was hearing underneath my car was probably transmission related. Not what you want to hear 3 days before leaving on a cross country trip. Miller got me in for a diagnosis on July 3rd, and a repair the following Monday the day before our trip (it was not the transmission thankfully).
Miller Auto Care has a new customer!Jul 25, 2025 -
My brakes were sounding really bad, they were able to schedule me a few days after I called, had parts in stock and the repairs were done the same day I dropped off. Grateful for the efficient service!

I can’t speak highly enough about the folks at Miller Auto Care. I specifically want to thank Dean for helping ensure my older vehicle is in great shape for a long road trip. Their input saved me from a new set of tires that I will eventually need to get, but not just yet. They were able to quickly diagnose an issue I was having and repair it. I have a lot of confidence now to go on my trip. I trust this business a great deal!

It's too bad ZERO isn't an option. I took my Chevy C10 to this place with a list of things I wanted repaired. They had my truck six months - at one point during the process I was contacted that the repairs would be $2,400. A month later (with no further contact) I was told it was ready. At pickup I was charged $4,200 with no rational explanation for the increase in charges. To make matters worse, as I left the shop my truck died on the side of the road, and the brakes - which I had just paid to have "repaired" - didn't work and I almost got into an accident. I had to return my truck to the shop and Uber home (with no offer to pay for it from the owner). Another month wait and $300 later I finally got my truck back and it's never run worse. The "electrical" that they claimed was the biggest expense to fix went back to the exact same issues within a year - dash lights, windshield wipers, tail light and turn signals all quit working. What exactly did they do for six months that cost me over $4,000?
I've never written a negative review before - and honestly hate doing it now - but this experience was horrendous.Mar 24, 2025 -
Graham is incredibly amazing he helped me after my tire went flat I was stuck without help and then I passed miller auto asking for help and he went above and beyond to help me I tried to offer money and he said he would help me he is the best most amazing human being on earth.

I took my Camaro to Miller for an oil change and squeaking brakes and also asked them to listen for a rough idle while in park. They called me and advised the brakes are fine...recommended throttle body and fuel injector cleaning based on a GM tech bulletin which I accepted over the phone. I really appreciated the phone call, the customer service, and the quality of their work however I don't agree with their pricing. They charged me $816, $573 of which was just for labor. Additionally, the interior of the car was left dirty. Pics of the dirty interior are attached.
Again, I have confidence in the work Miller does and I appreciate their customer service. I just don't agree with their pricing and how they treated my car and I can't say I'll bring my car here again.
Update 2-3-25: I received a phone call from Keith at Miller who indicated because I verbally agreed to estimated line-item pricing over the phone prior to work being done, that I agreed to the total. At the end of my phone call with Mike, I was expecting $600-$650 range based on that conversation so either I miscalculated while on the call or not all labor/part charges were discussed on the call.
Keith also apologized for the interior of the vehicle and explained their expectation for what they release to customers was not met.Feb 03, 2025 -
They found the simple fix when I thought the problem was complex, resulting in one less zero than I thought there would be in the bill. On top of that, the antique truck is running the best its run in the 2 years I've owned it. So I'll be back when/if there's another problem.

Fantastic. Brought my car in Sunday night, was told they'd start working on it on Thursday. Got a diagnosis at noon on Tuesday, and picked it up at 4. I get there, and there are classic cars everywhere you look. There was a 1927 Casey, multiple Mustangs, and countless Corvettes. I talked with one of the mechanics, and he was really nice, told me what he was doing, what cars he's seen there, the like. Amazing place, highly recommend Miller for any automotive issues.

Called to inquire about a timing belt replacement on a vehicle purchased a few years ago from Carmax. There was no record in the maintenance section on the Carfax report so I wasn't sure they ever replaced it when they flipped it. Happy with the conversation with this shop. Both people were nice and estimate seemed fair, but mostly happy about the information I was given about looking for a sticker under the hood to see if there was evidence that the replacement was done. I found a sticker saying as much so I appreciate them not just saying to bring it in to replace a part that was already serviced. Kudos and if I need something else down the road, I'll call them first.

I came to them on a recommendation. I drove out my way to check them out. My takeaway: They are the best auto shop I've been to in the area. I'll continue doing business with them.Jul 29, 2024 -
This business was referred by a friend of mine and so maybe a week before I bought some new break rotors and I couldn’t get them on myself and no businesses near me allow you to bring your own parts in but so I went to them and they got them on in a great time and great price. I’m genuinely so happy I’ll definitely be going back!.

I'm so excited to have connected with Keith and Debbie at Miller Auti Care. I'm trusting them with the restoration of my 71 Cutlass convertible, that I bought new and have owned for 53 years. They love that generation of Cutlass and understand and value the history our family has with this car.

Took our Corvette in for a heater core replacement and to replace the EVAP purge valve that was causing a check engine light. The valve manufacturer sent defective parts, but Miller Auto Care took care of it on my behalf and now our Corvette is back on the road happy as can be! Their prices were reasonable too

Bait and switch-- ordered tires and wheels from TireRack, and chose to ship to Miller based on estimated price of installation ($60) and reviews. After they arrived, Miller charged me $140 to install, stating only that "the TPMS took longer to program than anticipated"

I recently replaced my brake pads but realized an increase of shuddering of my steering wheel during braking. Worried I messed up the brake pad job I scheduled an appointment for a Friday in hopes for a 1-day turn around time. (They are closed on weekends). I needed to travel to Ohio that night for my job. They took care of me quickly and got me back on the road.
Well experienced mechanics and answered all my questions easily. They gave me a price of the parts and the labor before they started working on my car.
100% recommend scheduling an appointment (usually a week out due to how busy they are). I can’t imagine how long my car would’ve sat if I didn’t schedule an appointment.Nov 01, 2023 -
Two separate times over the past few years I’ve gotten a flat. Miller was so great. They squeezed me in and repaired it (for $25). Most places would just advise to get a full set of tires to make a profit. Miller is a local place you can TRUST!

Great staff. Great work. Fair prices. Most importantly they're trustworthy. We have a favorite mechanic and they allow us to request him each time. Bonus: they always have really cool classic cars to see on the lot.

I took my rarely driven 2008 Bullitt Mustang to Miller's auto to have the original(!) tires replaced and to have the factory springs re-installed (the original owner had had lowering springs put on the car when new). Miller Auto got the job done quickly and properly. Unfortunately, during the tire swap, one of my wheels somehow got a minor scuff on the polished lip. Keith Stockberger, the owner of Miller's Auto, offered to address the issue at his expense, which really would require stripping and re-finishing the entire wheel. Although I ultimately decided not to go that route at this time, Keith left the offer on the table should I ever change my mind. I may eventually have Miller's refinish the wheel, but it's a minor scuff and accidents sometimes happen.
Throughout the back and forth on this matter, Keith has been professional, understanding, and helpful. He never denied that the scuff could have happened at his facility, although he (and I) remain unsure how it occurred. Things happen. I know he's unhappy that the wheel got scuffed, and I know that he will do what he can to make the matter right. That, to me, indicates the sort of character he has and speaks well for both him and his business.
I will definitely use Miller's in the future, and I recommend them for specialty work. It's hard to find a shop that knows classic cars, that understands the relationship that owners have with those cars, and that also goes the extra mile to ensure that customers are satisfied, even and especially when things don't go according to plan. And on top of all that, everyone at the shop with whom I've spoken or interacted has been friendly, professional, and polite. Top notch.Mar 10, 2023 -
I took my car to Miller Automotive to get checkout and get my rebuilt engine tuned and have a few other repairs done on my car. After having my car for almost 2 weeks they called to come pick it up ready for my trip out of town I was shocked by the service. When they called me and said my exhaust came lose and need to installed back on the car well using a hammer to bend up my exhaust system is not the correct way to fix it. when I picked up my car would not go over 30 mile per hour on the highway which was caused by the transmission vacuum line connected to the cruise control. I was also charge for adjustment of timing and carburetor both of which were way off for my engine. If you have an older car I would not recommend you take to Miller for service.

The team at Miller has always impressed me! You will never be disappointed with their customer service and repairs. I have been here a few times since relocating to Indianapolis from Texas in 2021 and I have never had an issue. I am a very busy PA student with a nightmare schedule & they have gone above and beyond twice to help me get my vehicle back on the road safely. This time, I called on a Monday afternoon needing help with no brake lights & they were able to squeeze me in somehow in order to get me back on the road safely by Wednesday morning (was ready much earlier than that). Come to Miller and you will be treated like family & charged appropriately for your repairs :)

Once again MAC rocks! Third round of repairs / upgrades on my 69 corvette. They replaced clutch and flywheel - Not a easy task on this car.
I’ve never asked them for a estimate - you never know what you’ll run into in a 52 year old car and they’ve always been very fair.
Mike showed me what they were doing while it was on the lift and these guys are the best of the best!
You know it’s a honest shop when you see Keith’s family working there.
Thanks Keith & Mike for keeping me in the fast lane

Took my car here to get the timing chain fixed, he said he looked at the valves and they were ALL bent. Took off the valve cover just the head covering the timing chain and rockers. ALL MY INTAKE ROCKERS were broken in half, seeing as how ALL 8 broke, you would think some of the exhaust ones would be close to breaking too. Nope. The mechanic didn't even remove the head to further inspect the valves. He just wrote that he suspected they were bent. We came to the conclusion this shop further destroyed my engine to have me replace it for a grand total of 4,800 dollars. Why would I do that when I can FIX IT MYSELF? I brought it here to get a diagnoses because the engine wasn't throwing any codes, I replaced most of the parts on the engine myself and my AAA driver told me it was the timing chain. They didn't even inspect the timing chain, they just wrote they suspected it was part of the issue. Paid 230 dollars just for speculations. I would NOT recommend anyone going here.

We moved back to Indiana from the East Coast a couple years ago, and these guys have been my go-to for all our vehicle care. They’ve been honest and trustworthy every time, including when they realized we’d be better off taking one of our cars to a dealer for a specific service item once. They’ve always put my family’s safety above everything else, and that’s why I’ll continue to come back and recommend my family and friends do the same.

Keith and the folks at Miller Auto Care are fantastic. Good people, fair prices, always quality service on my cars. They even call you a month after your repairs to ensure there are no issues with the service performed on the vehicle. I highly recommend them if you're on the Northside of Indy and looking for a shop you can trust.

Excellent auto center. I've taken my cars here for over 5 years now and been very happy with all their work. The couple of times I've gotten second opinions the other shops confirm what Miller's has told me. Miller's has quoted me work for at or below what other places charge. The staff are very friendly and courteous.
