Over and Beyond
We took our Honda Civic in for some routine maintenance, but we also had a problem with the seatbelt on our Honda Odyssey which had become jammed. Mears quickly and kindly fixed the problem and didn't even charge us. Who does that these days? On top of that, the work on our Civic was completed in one day. Friendly and efficient, Mears of Carmel is the only place we take our cars.
Just a note to let you know that I was always impressed with your service. When problems with the starter reappeared, you honored a warranty that I was unaware that comes with repairs.
