Reckless driving very rude owner. I tried to call to tell him that driver almost took me off rode and he continued to argue instead of saying sorry for it. He hung up on me when I was just trying to tell him about driver. Come to find out it was the owner who was the driver. That’s why he hung up on me. Then he went to texting very rude messages to me. Being very argumentative.
Absolute best towing experience. Not your best day when you need to call a tow truck but having the process go smoothly certainly helps. I spoke with Felipe a few times to coordinate pickup and timing. He was extremely helpful and kind, the communication was top notch. The pricing was absolutely fair, and much less than another company quoted. Very professional, very nice. I highly recommend Felipe and Prestige towing.
I received an email about your reply to my reviews. It is not true. A lady in the call told me that I would receive a link to make the payment after the complete job. No paying to the driver as you said. The driver arrived after 1:30PM (around 1:36PM - 1:39PM), but I told you that I am not a person who keeps in mind the minor details like this. I didn’t refuse to pay like you said. I told the driver and Dispatcher guy that I agreed to pay when I arrived the destination several times. You, the owner called me about wanting to have the positive reviews instead of the negative reviews. It looks like that you care about your work, your business, your workers more than the customer. This reviews should have 0 yellow star instead of 1 by Google reviews due to my terrible experience with Dispatcher guy. The customer service is awful. You don’t put Customer and Customer’s safety first.

The customer service is awful. I got a very bad customer service and a terrible experience. I called back to cancel my car towing as asking by the driver because I could start my car again when the driver was here, a guy in customer service said that I needed to pay $100.00 for service fee. The driver didn’t need to tow my car to the dealership at all, but I agreed to pay that $100.00 service fee. I understand that the driver arrived, and nothing is free. I told the driver that I received the text message that guy sent me with the link to pay $100.00 amount, and I was going to pay it when I arrived the dealership. That guy in the customer service called me again & forced me, the customer to pay $100.00 in 15 minutes or something bad or worse to happen if the payment was not finished in 15 minutes. I told him that I was driving, and I agreed to pay it right after arriving to the dealership in around 30 minutes. That guy still forced me to pay in 15 minutes. He does not care about the customer’s safety, but only cares about his work or business. He told me to pull over to finish the payment in 15 minutes. I told him it is not a good customer service, and it seems he does not care about it. The customer service is really horrible. I contacted this car towing because of good comments on your service, but I had a very bad experience.
Called Felipe to tow my car and he was there within 40 min. Felipe was nice enough to drop me off at my home after we dropped off my car at Firestone. I would highly recommend Prestige Towing!!!

I am very impressed with how quickly and efficiently Prestige Towing was able to tow my vehicle. They were out to my location in 15-20 minutes, the driver was extremely kind and courteous, and he even offered me a ride to my destination. Fantastic experience overall and reasonably priced. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I hope to not need their services in the future. HOWEVER, if I do need a car towed, Prestige will certainly be the first call I make. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very professional and friendly. Took great care to get our car out of the garage when it decided to lock up the transmission and permanently lock the parking brake. They walked through several processes to ensure they could safely move the car and even tried to troubleshoot what was causing the issues. (Determined reason for issue was it’s a Buick!) I highly recommend them!
My car broke down near an intersection. They got there fast and towed it to my house at a reasonable price. The driver was nice and careful with the car. They text you a link to pay the bill. Pretty seamless experience.
I needed my truck towed about 30 miles after a breakdown. I called Prestige and quickly got what I thought was a reasonable quote for the tow. There was some miscommunication about my location since it was on the side of the road, so the tow ended up being a few miles further than quoted, but they still honored the original quote. The truck showed up exactly at the stated time (plus a few minutes for the extra distance), and the driver was very professional. He took pictures of the outside of the truck, which I assume was in case there was any damage. I very much appreciate this step, I know damage can happen during towing, and having pictures is a great way for the company to protect both themselves and me. The truck dropped off my vehicle where requested and did a good job of placing it in a convenient location. There is no damage to my truck, which is a relief. I also appreciated that they sent a link via text for payment rather than trying to process the transaction on-site. Overall a very positive experience in a stressful situation, I'll be saving their information if I ever need a tow in the area again.
I do regret not catching the driver's name, I would have given him a mention here. I've had some negative interactions with tow truck drivers, and he was a stark contrast to that. The industry definitely needs more people like him.
As I was heading to work this morning, I discovered my engine wasn't turning over. I called Prestige Towing and they had an operator to my location within 20 minutes. I had thought I might need to be towed to the dealership, but the tow operator was able to jump my battery for a lower price, enabling me to drive myself to the dealership. I appreciated the fair price, quick response, and friendly service of the tow operator. Would highly recommend Prestige Towin!

My car wouldn’t start today at my daughter’s school and I def was panicking. I called multiple towing companies who gave me quotes that stressed me OUT! Towing is expensive I get it but these quotes were a lot.
When I called a woman answered and her voice alone was calming and reassuring.

My Wife and 2 kids were on vacation in Fishers, Indiana when our van wouldnt start for our trip home. I called Prestige Towing on a whim for a Jump. They were at my location in no more than 30 minutes. We ended up needing more than a jump. The driver called mulitiple shops to see if they could get me in and out in one day and took the time to walk me through my next steps. He towed my car their and gave me their contact information. I would have been stranded without them and am glad i made the call. Dont hesitate to contact them for you're stranded car needs.
10/10!! car problems can be nerve wracking but they made it seamless. gave an eta and they came within that time. took 3 minutes to change my tire. a little expensive but i would pay again for the customer service and speedy service. also just sent the money apple pay to avoid fees. thank you!!!
My boys and I were running errands and on the way to pick up my wife for a birthday dinner reservation and our van wouldn't start. After quickly reading through reviews online I went with Prestige Towing and the service was great. The quick response and resolution to a battery problem got us back on the road and on time for our dinner reservation for a great night. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Prestige Towing. It's a bit nerve wracking to be out for a Saturday hike only to return to the parking lot and be unable to start your car. Researched towing companies on my phone, called a few places for ETA's and pricing, and read Google reviews while sitting in the parking lot, before choosing Prestige. They did not disappoint. Every great review I read before calling them for help was spot-on and I received the same amazing customer service. They arrived within 25 minutes, just like they said they would. Were kind, courteous, bent over backwards to help me, and made an unsettling situation much less so for me. They towed my car home and took great care of it along the way. Called them again yesterday to request an appointment for them to tow my car to my mechanic's shop this morning. Again, they were right on time, kind and courteous, and took great care of my car. And, their diagnosis of my car problem was totally accurate. I've never needed a towing company before this past weekend. But, if I ever do again, it will be Prestige Towing. I called early this morning when my car wouldn’t start and Oscar was there in 15 minutes! Got my car running in five minutes. Oscar was such a nice young man, very helpful and professional. I definitely will keep them in my contacts in case of an emergency again:) turned a rough start morning into no big deal! .
I had a flat tire after work and the car I drive comes with no spare tire. Marilyn answered the phone promptly and told me they could come pick me up right away. I hemmed and hawed a bit thinking I might be able to get my insurance company to send a tow truck but that was going to be 60 to 90 minutes! And I am impatient. So I called Prestige back and Jose arrived within 10 minutes. He was patient and accommodating as I tried to get my electric car into neutral, so we could winch my car up onto the platform. The truck was really cool with chrome risers to get up into the cab. The overall price was a bit high (aka Carmel, IN), but top-notch service, efficient, friendly! Really, really perfect. Couldn’t ask for more!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I blew a tire 3 hours into a 16 hour trip. Called Prestige Towing. Owner answered and immediately offered a great solution. I took a picture of my tire. The owner then contacted a tire store to buy me a new tire. Within 45 minutes to one hour, his mobile tire changing van showed up to remove the flat and put the new tire on my rim. I was back on the road! The owner was kind and empathetic. Thank you!!
Amazing Service! Friday night, 15 degrees outside, rush hour traffic heading home and my transmission went out. Called Prestige Towing and Felipe told me that there was about an hour wait, asked if I was okay and that he would call back once a driver was on his way. Called an hour later to see if I was okay and said driver is 10 minutes out. Oscar arrived, asked if I was okay and carefully loaded my vehicle. Towed to a repair facility and asked if I had a ride home or if he could call someone for me. Breakdowns are unfortunate but I’ll be sure to call Prestige should it ever happen again. Thanks guys!
Excellent all-around; from prompt response time to efficient quality work. Great instructions on tips using the spare. Felipe checked the cause of the flat, inflated the spare to specification and put car jack, etc. secure in place in designed trunk space. Very grateful to Felipe.

Just got my car towed. They picked up immediately, were very professional and told me the exact price and time they would be at my residence. Exactly 45 min after the call (which is what I was told) the driver shows up.
I was immediately imoresimp with how professional he was, how nice the truck was, how quick he got my car ready (and safely) , and he drove very respectfully and safely to the dealership. Upon arriving payment was very quick and painless. The price he quoted me on the phone is what I was charged and with a smile and a firm hand shake he thanked me for my business. I've had my car towed a couple times in my life. It's never fun but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I hope I'll never need it again but if I do I hope logistically I'm close enough to them to where I can call on them again! Thank you again prestige!

I was stuck with no phone in Carmel and needed a short-distance tow. I contact Prestige by email and they got back to me within two minutes. Less than ten minutes after that, they had arrived.
They were very friendly, totally knew what they were doing, and were careful with my car.
We called Prestige Towing after waiting for AAA for 45 minutes and then being told it would be another hour! I called AAA and canceled and had Prestige Towing pick up our vehicle. They were at our truck in 20 minutes. Felipe was professional, brave (465 on Memorial Day during rush hour with semi trucks coming within inches of him) and he knew what he was doing. They towed our 1986 Chevy 4 WD with a 6" lift to the repair shop and then sent us pictures after they arrived.
