Shout out to Jaz… I was in Carmel recently to pick up a car. Battery was dead. Jaz bailed me out. He was there by himself, so he wasn’t able to install the battery for me, but he provided everything I needed to install it myself. Thanks Jaz for your professional and courteous service.
Typical O'Reilly auto parts, slow as it get stopped by to get a gallon of washer fluid and there was only one person in line, "2 guys trying to do an exchange" I stood there waiting for about 3 minutes as I watched 2 or 3 other employees hanging out near the back door smoking. I got tired of waiting so I put the washer fluid back and left. I know working at an auto parts store is a crappy job but you agreed to work there. If it was just the one dude by himself I would have waited but the guys in the not doing a damned thing is what pushes it over the top. I am not going to support a store that lets the employees just hang out and help customers. That day "Saturday January 3rd" you lost the sale of a $6 bottle of washer fluid, not much. But I do all my own maintenance, detailing, and repairs on my truck and my family's vehicles so you lost all that income as well. Hire people who want to work.

Isaac knows his stuff! Very helpful- jumped out from behind the counter and got under the hood. Came back the same week for brakes.and he also saved me $75 on a brakes and rotors promotion.
The folks who work here are great. The products sold are fine. The thing I like most is the staff is friendly but not that "Let's be friends!" weirdness. I have bought parts here for the past several years. The parts are as good as anywhere and the staff makes them worth a little extra drive.
Sought auto brake light replacement bulbs. Manufacturer catalogs available and not worn as many other auto parts stores’ are so good. Shelf stock on popular brands/bulbs low or out of stock but fortunately mine last on hand. Checkout register personnel polite. Did peruse aisles to preview other items that might be of interest. For example I sought a mechanical high pressure gauge tire they had a variety and one of that category but plastic not what I’d consider of higher quality materials which doesn’t necessarily always correlate to performance but gives the impression of potentially shorter product life durability. Store fairly organized shelves and satisfactory clean.
Franklin helped me out on a cold day. He went above and beyond to help me with my car light troubles. If you ever need help, go to Franklin. He's the best of the best.
This place is one of the best places you can go to for auto parts. Eldon and Franklin are very helpful. They were able to provide insightful recommendations for the parts I bought and even helped me replace my headlights. They had all the parts I needed when I went there, and they were very friendly.
Isaac did a great job and has a great attitude. He found the headlight that I needed quickly. He even installed the headlight in a tight place that I would have struggled with. A person with such a good work ethic and attitude is a tremendous asset and people like Isaac are the reason why I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts

Was knowledgeable and when a topic came up he was unfamiliar with "Learn something new everyday" He special ordered a part for me, and when he kept saying "I got you buddy" - I really felt he meant it. Poor customer service. Wouldn’t replace a battery, could it be because it was 1/2 hour before closing? Was chauvinistic as well. Plenty of other places to go. Wont be back.
My daughter away at college stopped in at 9:30p because she needed a new battery after having to get her car jump started. They told her she had a bad alternator and bad battery. Told her they couldn't replace the battery. Next day she took it to another mechanic who tested the alternator and it was fine. They happily replaced the battery.
I appreciate the professionalism and the knowledge of the staff here. Thank you for your help. This is our go to place for automotive parts. I have bought a car battery from here and had my car tested. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location!
Caleb and the other manager were life savers today. Our alternator died in their parking lot and I had my two children with me and they loaned me tools and answered questions as I changed it out. They were so helpful and Caleb was incredible patient. I am forever thankful.
My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received from a young man named, Caleb. He was very knowledgeable about our GMC Yukon. Great customer service!
Super friendly staff. I'm driving cross-country and needed to borrow a wrench to do a quick fix on my bicycle to keep it on my bike rack. They were friendly and didn't hesitate to help me out.
I just had the best experience here. My car was over heating and I came in and the man that helped me was really hurting. He had hurt his back changing his brakes so he said bare with me. He helped me pick the right coolant and even poured it in my car for me knowing his back was hurting u felt so bad. He was the kindest man and I would definitely come to this location again!
O'Reilly's staff asked all the right questions, to make absolutely sure I got the right part. There were three differents types of a potential "part" needed for the same year car, engine(s), and trim levels were needed. The "other" guys, and their website. didn't drill down, so I returned their part to them, plus I paid $40 less:) (which was offset by driving there three times).
Highly recommended for your auto parts needs, I had a great experience getting my car’s battery replaced, people were really helpful, kind and knowledgeable, had a very good experience!
I've been in this store several times. It's very clean and I've always been greeted by staff upon walking in. Tonight one of my headlights went out. The guys at O'Reilly's were super helpful getting me the parts I needed quickly... and on top of that, Ethan basically installed it for me so I could drive home. Ironically I ordered some other car parts from autozone earlier today but when my headlight went out O'Reilly's was the closest parts store. Going forward I will be ordering all of my automotive needs this O'Reilly's. Thanks again, Ethan!
Even when they were short staffed today they were very attentive and took great care of me. They solved my problem and provided the materials for me to easily make the repair. I always recommend O'Reilly to my friends and family, especially those that have one or more motor vehicles. If you don't have a car, you probably won't spend much time here. Unless you're looking for stylish sunglasses or eye protection - they do have a good selection available.

Awesome service! My cars passenger side mirror fell off and I needed to know how to fix it. Mario immediately knew how to solve it. $8 for some gorilla glue and even assistance in re-adhering it. Actually will recommend.
I came in for a rear blinker bulb, and Patrick was great! He not only was very helpful, but was kind and informative...he went above and beyond to provide wonderful assistance to ensure I was taken care of.
We were in a real bind stuck 35 miles from home after getting jerked around by Bill Estes Chevrolet. O’Reilly came to our rescue. The manager on duty came out to help us with a serpentine belt for an alternator repair. He was kind, understanding and really cared about helping us out while in a jam. I cant say enough positive things about how we were taken care of and the patience, professionalism, and most of all the time spent in helping my sons and myself. They have what I need right that moment. Nov. 2,2019 I rented a coil spring compressor for my air-spring bags to coil spring project. It worked great with their compressor. I really like this place. I checked AutoZone in the morning, but their compressor is one inner rod, doesn’t work at all. O’Reilly has better products, better service, Everything they have better than AutoZone.
These guys were great. They turned my rotors with a smile. Most auto parts stores wont resurface anything. Not Napa, Autozone, or Advance, but O'Reilly does! They all had no problem trying to sell me new ones. Tired of this disposable society. Thanks O'Reilly.
