we live in Fort Wayne , Indiana far away from Bloomfield, In. My child who is a student in a university in Southern Indiana was stranded by the highway near Bloomfield, In with 2 flat tires. We called several places to tow his car to a tire repair place but could not get anyone as it was 445pm - closer to their 5pm closing time and i finally called Owensburg Auto and even though it was late they agreed to help. A belt broke on our truck while driving down State Rd 45 in Greene County, IN. It was around 10pm and several tow trucking places weren’t answering calls. Luckily, Owensburg Auto, answered our call and and a gentleman arrived within 15-20 to tow our truck home. In addition to that, he was kind enough not to charge us any outrageous after hour fees. Needless to say, I was very pleased with this company’s fast, efficient, and affordable service and won’t hesitate to call them again for future services.
Blew a rear tire on my 06 Grand Caravan on Saturday, dark and on 69 south of Martinsville. Never had a flat on this vehicle, didn't know where the spare was, under the van between the front seats(by the way). Phil came and at first he was just going to tow us off the highway to a closed Dollar Gen, but then he said he was just going to take us to his shop. Beautiful cars and full service garage, we were able to get tire down and changed in safety. Phil is a great guy and has a wonderful parrot, Woody, whom I wanted to take home! He charged us $75!!! Bad experience that showed us the care and compassion of others. Thanks, Phil!
