These guys are the best. They are so knowledgeable but never make me feel like I don't know the difference between (insert two very different car parts)! I was in the middle of my repair job and they helped me once in person and another time over the phone with great advice.
Needed battery check for electrical hiccup.
Associate immediately took care of battery check & checked alternator as well.
Ran diagnostics & printed it out for me...not once hesitant to take care of my concerns.

It was snowing and I needed new wiper blades. The employee, Brandon, was extremely helpful. Him and the store manager installed them. I'm love the Gas City, IN location!
Outstanding customer service! We were 400 miles from home and in town for the Ducktail Run. They went above and beyond to help us with an issue we were having with our 48 Suburban. They found us the part we needed and had it at the store in a flash. Thanks guys for all your help.
I don't understand their store policy I'm standing at the counter money in hand trying to buy a part And right in the middle of looking up my part they put me on hold to answer the phone to deal with a customer for 10 minutes That may or may not even buy anything how do they justify that I hope it was worth it because they just lost a customer
Absolutely amazing service from Amanda. I came in looking for some key bolt for my rims. She spent the time to research and try a couple of things ultimately ordering something for me. Then she also checked the code my vehicle was giving me and informed me the part was in stock. While that may spund like what is expected, she was friendly and very professional. No doubt I will return for my ordered part and future needs.
