DO NOT USE!!!!! This company was dispatched through our roadside assistance through insurance. The guy put the spare on my wife’s car and forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Luckily she got pulled over before the wheel came off. Thanks God nothing serious happened! Would not recommend!
Highly recommend for towing needs. We were pretty sure our vehicle was having issues with the alternator and they not only towed our vehicle to the shop but tested the alternator to let us know how much power it was putting out because the garage was already closed for the night. Super friendly, helpful, prompt and updated us from the time they picked up our job until our van was safely at the shop. Cannot recommend them enough!
Our van broke down in the parking garage at Elkhart General. I tried at least 6 tow companies over two days and none were able to help in a low clearance garage. Tim came out and was super helpful and even diagnosed the problem. I am back on the road!! Thanks again!!

My ball joint busted and I needed it towed home. He was quicker to get to me than the estimated arrival time. He was awesome explained everything he was doing and assured me he was going to be careful. My husband is a stresser and he even was able to talk to him and my husband never even realized he was calm and he even gave us a ride home. I would recommend him for all your towing needs.

Got a flat tire at home… my husband messaged our insurance company and Tim Miller showed up quick. He was very thorough replacing our tire, had wonderful customer service, and even started our other car and checking the leak in the tire for us in no time. We are so grateful! Thank you Tim!

Tim was able to extract the stripped nut in under 2 minutes. The last time I had a problem with my Jetta nut being stripped, it cost $150 to fix bc the mechanic said he had to use heat and an excessive amount of time. I was only charged $50 at TCB and he saved me so much time and money. Customer service was amazing!
Not really a great day when you need a tow, but Tim made our experience easier and took alot of the stress away. He was accurate in timing, flexible with our circumstances, and very friendly overall. TCB had a fair job quote and worked directly with our insurance company, which was also a big deal to simplify for us. Even though the circumstances weren't ideal TCB made our day much easier to navigate and I'd definitely recommend them for any towing/transport needs!
I needed a tow quick and Tim came in helped in under 10 minutes and was able to let me know what was also wrong with the vehicle he was the sweetest person to work with.
Owner of the company was great I was in the toll road stuck he was there in such little time it wasn’t even funny. Very nice I couldn’t have any other experience such great. I will be using this company from now on for all my cars. As well as such great value he did not charge me that much that any other Competitor would charge me. Tim was absolutely great and professional. I called him and 30 mins later my vehicle was towed to my home! He even went above and beyond to take a look under my hood to see if he could fix the issue I was having(car wouldn’t start and jump didn’t initially fix the issue). Luckily he was able to fix my issue and got my car running. He totally made my night. THANKS TIM!
