The lady who answered the phone should be fired. Wife and I called 5 different times between 3 phones, and not only did she answer with attitude, but within 5 seconds of answering she says, (can't hear you, call back) with the laziest tone ever. Each time, all 5 times with both me and my wife. But when I asked if she can hear me now she flatly says NO. Never had someone act like answering the phone was such an inconvenience to them, even when it's THERE JOB.
Drove 2 hours to Indiana but worth the trip call before going out spoke to a lady named Lily and very helpful in person as well on the phone.. good price on the parts I need it..
Be careful, they are thieves and cheaters. I bought 4 rims, supposedly when I brought the original ones they would give me back 20 dollars for each piece and they came up with nonsense. In fact, they scammed me.
Excellent place for finding the parts you need . They're willing to put the vehicle you want parts off of on a rack for easier access. Prices are reasonable to .
While the lady behind the counter was nice to deal with. The yard is much to be desired. Get ready for a rock climbing adventure. Hope you got strong ankles so you don't snap an ankle off. A lot of the vehicles are not on stands either. So forget about pulling a transmission or axles yourself
Overpriced on everything. As well as liars. They lie about their hours of operation. Online it says they close at 5pm. I went here today at 4:35PM and they told me they closed at 4:30PM. Fix your hours of operation or you’ll have more pissed off customers like me. You wasted my time and gas to get here.
I went to get rims in the yard and they sold me rims they said were 20” and they were only 19” and refused to refund me or offer me service at a different location .
The guy when I called says oh yeah we got a lift so you don't need a jack...brought my own tools prepared to remove part and suddenly everyone has to go to break..ok I will wait cut to a hour later I told not to bother the workers as they busy and first come first serve is not the situation...so the guy begins to badmouth me expecting that I should be good with the inappropriate behavior of this so called business....Do not do business here..you are better served getting your parts online or at the auto parts store...this place doesn't appreciate its customers by simply doing there job. No they believe that they are exempt from good business practices...
We called ahead of time so we wouldn't waste our time. But ended up wasting our time and diesel coming here to get a part. Had to walk the whole yard to look for one that didn't even have the part we needed! Don't waste you time like qe did!!
Rude employees. went to pick a part and was almost done and guy came back at 430 and said I had to leave because they were closing and I asked for 10 mins to finish and he was all rude and said no even tho it says online they close at 5 and he said no the office closes at 5 the yard is closed at 430. And cars are too close together hard to work on stuff and big mud puddles all over
Haven’t had a bad experience at any of the locations until today. I was removing parts off a specific color Impala, I spoke with the loader driver and informed him I would be back the next day to finish taking off parts I didn’t get to. I arrived this morning to find the car was crushed
I have been shopping pauls auto yard for years,always plenty of parts to choose from and the staff is friendly and helpful, if a problem comes up they are there to help you through it thank you pauls for all the years of great parts and service
Called 3x for red equinox fender. Was assured it was in good condition before driving 2 hours to location. When I get there the fender is in terrible condition. Called the morning before taking off to drive 2 hours. Terrible service.
Amber was so nice and helpful. We donated a car and had talked to other companies that were rude and couldn’t/wouldn’t answer our questions. Amber was very patient with us and answered all our questions.
Wish they had negative stars...sent back too the car with no specific directions...the part we called for wasn't even on the car....a bunch of Virginia slim type guys came out like the FBI telling her to move...long story short...don't waste your time...hopefully one of their tough workers see this post and email me..
I was told I couldn't wear Crocs into the junkyard and I didn't even have Crocs on so they employ idiots there that give you a hard time, after I already went to three other Paul's that day with my clotsed toe shoes on. I will just gladly take my money somewhere else
I bought a wiring harness for my headlights took it back and let me swap out for a different set because the ones I pulled wasn’t working correctly so now I have all my headlights and turn signals working! Thank you Pauls auto! Will be doing more business with you guys! Extremely nice people!
We went the 2nd week of May. Many cars were sunk into mud, some were inaccessible due to being surrounded by several inches of water. There are huge deep ruts most places you try to walk. This place might be fine during a drought, but I wouldn't bother if there's been any type of rain.
Super great and prompt service! Jason is an excellent tow driver and really took care of me on the price for my car he towed away. 10/10 recommend and I, personally, will be using them in the future for any of my towing needs. Thanks guys!
Jason (my tower) went above and beyond with my service. I had questions and a problem, but he patiently answered every question and helped me find solutions. Would very much recommend him for anyone who needs a tow! Great guy and honest.
