Paul's scrap yard on lusher avenue is it good place to take your scrap to they pay more and they are paying a lot more for ur copper then any other junk yard is paying
These guys over here on lusher they always take care of me and really they're always paying the best price right now by far. I was routinely going somewhere else but I had to come to Paul's cuz they were open on Saturdays unlike some of the other guys and ever since then I find out how much less my other guys were paying me and how much better set up this facility was than it used to be. They've really made some improvements in their process and the way they handle the business. Keep it up guys!
Service has definitely improved at Paul's a lot more friendlier thanks to the non-parest people and Matt up in the office please keep up the good work we enjoy coming here and bringing our metal

Been going to Paul's for several years. Several times a week. Have always had a pleasant experience, with the exception of getting into an argument with the crane operator one time. Mr Brown is an awesome guy.
Almost a 4 getting parts easy cheap affordable cheapest place you'll ever find for any part any. On the other hand scrapping metal here takes 10 years people are awful not the workers the crack heads lol. Scrapping copper aluminum or any other metals is the fastest in town here. Good people good workers good environment as long as you ignore the crack heads
Had my junk car scrapped today and they were very friendly, gave a good price, and were out within 2 hours to pick it up. The driver Jason was very nice and we would definitely sell here again!
Recently came here having never been to a scrapyard before, to unload some rotors I just took off my car. There is no signage anywhere to detail what you need to do, so I parked and asked a worker, who was pretty rude about what I needed to do. I saw writing that said check in at the trailer, so again, I parked to walk up and talk to the guy in there. The first employee comes out and says you can’t park here, you have to go to the fence line and wait. This would be very simple to have up on a sign, and it should be relatively obvious to the employees that there is no signage, so any non-regulars won’t know the process. Why cop an attitude?
I finally got in, trekked through the yard to drop off the rotors, went back over the scale and had that same employee staring me down the whole way through. Talk about uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting much for the rotors payment wise, but for what I got, I don’t think it will ever be worth coming here again, unless you regularly run loads of scrap through.
I called Paul's auto yard and had a tow truck at my house to pick up my vehicles in 15 min. The driver Jason was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend Paul's

I recommend calling Paul's Auto Yard. A shout out to the red tow truck driver that picked up my son's Aztek yesterday, thanks for being prompt, courteous and friendly.
I shouldnt even give this place 1 star. One of the workers there is ripping people off. My friend took in a back hatch door, a slide side door and a passenger door and a driver door as well as one of the two bench seats off of a dodge grand caravan. The cashier only gave him 7 dollars. Sounds to me like this punk kid needs to learn how to multiply or add whatever math method he used his brain didn't compute. I would really like to know who the owner is so that we can discuss this problem with his employee. If anyone out there can help out with his name or number, I would greatly appreciate it.
Paul's is my go to place! They are by far the most reasonable and usually they are way under on prices! Everyone is always very helpful and I am never hesitant to ask questions. I send everyone to Paul's and am confident that they too will be satisfied!!
The people that work here are all very friendly, helpful, and cool! The workers even help to unload when they can. The counter person, Terri, is very efficient and friendly... The boss CJ keeps the yard running very smooth. We will come for miles with a load just to come to this yard. We call this our home headquarters. We even have a nickname for Bennett, the man that drives the crane. We call him Boomer since he smashes the metal into the semi‘s when he is loading them. The crane has been down a few days but the yard keeps going.. workers work really hard here, and we appreciate them! If anyone was to give them a bad review, then something must be wrong with them because this place is the stuff! They have it going on! Thank you for making our job much easier to all of you at Paul’s! We call ourselves J&S... James is a former 18 wheeler semi driver for 15 years and this reminds him of many efficient places that he went in his days of driving. Kudos to you all! See you again tomorrow! Normally, dealing with these people was a bit of a pain because they're so grouchy. Today I went in and had the nicest experience. The guy that helped me was extremely nice and helpful.
will never use this place again called to have a car removed said they would be here between 9and 10 called at 11 said guy had flat tire would call me later called back at 345 no answer, called the following day they said they wrote my number down wrong and would call that afternoon no call received, called the next day and got a kid that said just find someone else because i asked if they were actually going to call ,just lost a loyal customer
Idk what this guy is talking about. I have been going there for years and it has always been 430. And maybe u don't realize, she does everything pretty much by herself in the office. We go there everyday and never have any problems. Usually they even have us laughing when we leave.
This place has to be one of the worst customer service I have ever received. We show up at 4:45 and it is posted both online and on their signs that they close at 5. The lady in the office was snippy with us insisting that they close at 4:30. Now you would think them being a business that they would value us as customers. Will absolutely never go there again, in fact took our business to a company right down the road.
If I could rate lower I would. They didn’t tell us what to do and the lady that weighed the car have a very bad attitude and was practically yelling at us for having questions. They will not be getting my business again. Ps I wouldn’t rate at all tbh because they are unprofessional, on the phone, not very nice at all.
Hi I called in to the business looking for a used part. The lady on the phone was very kind & willing to help me find what I was looking for, I really appreciate it. She was nice and took the time out of her day to call multiple places. I’m pretty sure her name was Kaylee I can’t remember!
Came in looking for a part, there's a young lady there now, haven't seen her before, but she was really attentive to my needs. She called a few different spots trying to locate what i needed for my Buick. Definitely an improvement in service! Thanks, wish I could remember your name!
Called ahead of time to make sure that they would take refrigerators and other stuff at 4:30. When we arrived they claimed to be closed even though the sign said 5 and we called twice to be sure we don't waste a trip. Well what a waste of time. Poor service.
this sucks, the woman who is in charge did not let me in because according to her it was already closed, that it is rotting, it is 4:30, on the website it has a time of 5:00 pm
Called ahead of time and was told they had a vehicle I was looking at for parts, I make the trip and waited in a long line of people checking out. Finally sign in and start walking through the yard. Saw a gentleman that worked there and asked where it was, he says, "nope we don't have any of those here, I don't know who told you that". What a joke, don't trust ppl over the phone at this place. Wast of time and gas. Would have been 5 star review if this place learned to take proper inventory and actually communicated with their employees. So frustrating
If I could give no stars I would.. definitely will not be spending any of my money with this place. Walked in at 4:15, they close at 5.. told the man what I wanted, a rim, and he told me to find it and someone will be out to help me.. after waiting 20 mins for help I walked back to front desk, and asked how could I tell who the workers were. He said they would have on a paul shirt.. WHICH WAS A LIE.. after all that I finally got help at 4:39, showed him what I wanted and after all the dam talking he did he was 4:48 and they told me they close at 5 so they wouldn't be able to help me.. with that being said.. I WILL GO WITHOUT A CAR BEFORE GIVING THEN A DIME OF MY MONEY..
Needed a wheel for my dodge stratus SXT. I'm from Michigan originally and when I asked for something at the salvage yard I used to go to they always went right out and got it for me. Apparently that isn't a thing here. Didn't even point me in the right direction. Ended up calling another salvage yard and they were much more friendly and easier to work with.
