Was easy to work with. Helped tow us with an unusual situation other companies wouldn't help with and was very kind and professional. Would totally recommend again.
Only the towing is 24 hrs. Office hrs for hetting your car out of impound are 8a.m. to 5p.m. and the cost to reclaim a impounded car is insane even if only towed a mile to impound lot. Id incourge anybody to get there car the same day its impounded because its somwhere around 150 a day to sit in this impound. Good for personal towing very bad if the police call to have it your car impounded. My car was impounded satuday at 11p.m. by monday at 8a.m. it was already $300 dont get impounded on the weekend youll pay way more than its worth because the website isnt accurate you may think its affordable only to find out you'll be forced to pay for the weekend the OFFICE isnt open.
After waiting for 3 hours for AAA to not show up at 1:30 in the morning. I called Moore’s service & Towing, they came out within 30min. Fare pricing and great at what they do. Thank you dispatch for caring about my situation especially it being 10 degrees out. And thank you to the driver that literally saved my life.
I came by their facility in Elkhart Indiana after I encountered a load shift on my conestoga. One of the bundles had fallen between the vertical posts on the tarp system preventing me from being able to open it; among other issues. The Rigging Crew hooked up to the bundle of aluminum and lifted it out of the way. They then proceeded to remove the remaining shifted material and stacked it in place for resecurement.
Throughout the entire process, the Rigging Crew demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, skill, and precision. All while ensuring proper safety measures were taken to protect ourselves and prevent damage to my equipment and load.
10/10, would recommend.
Setup an appt. with Moore's on new years eve and got service same day. Lady on phone was nice, gave me a quick estimate before accepting the job. Truck arrived on time and things got taken care of in 15mins. Pay in cash to avoid paying through a website. This was only for a single tow across town, and not for their storage. Tow fee was reasonable for this area. Thanks
Horrible customer service. Was told when I made my first call on the morning after car was towed, two days storage for a vehicle in their possession less than 24 hours. Vehicle towed for expired plates that were not even expired. Truck driver refused to allow driver to show proof of current registration from glove box as he was caught in the process of booking up the car. Website shows open 24-hours. Arrived at 5:30 pm to pay fees and pick up vehicle only to find lights off and gate locked. Called from the driveway and spoke on the phone with employee who stated that the fees would be capped at a certain amount, knowing that I would not be able to get the vehicle until next days business. Unprofessional office staff argued this statement then were swearing at me while they verified the notes left regarding charges for the car. Was flipped off by one of their tow truck drivers in the business lot. Disgusting.
I have made a few calls before I called Moore's and they weren't pleasant, two of the major things we're is that one sent me a link to approve that I didn't trust and the other is that they both we're going to charge me twice as much as what it cost me for Moore's to tow my car. I new that it was a weekend and the prices would be a bit more but nothing like what they were trying to get me for, the calls took a while too to get an estimate out of them but all it took is one call and that call was to Moore's, dispatch took my call and had a fair price within a couple minutes and was the nicest people that I've ever called for a tow. Lucas the tow truck driver was there a lot faster than I expected for him to be, he was friendly and perfeshanol. If you fun a business and want your customers to return then you need people like the lady on dispatch and Lucas the tow truck operator, I will be sending there number to my place of employment and friends and family.
Was told 30-45 min before pickup, Baker Lucas was there in 15 min whole service was less than 30 min. Quick, polite, and professional. And the skill level outstanding
Never been towed before, officer did not ask for key, and gave me my ticket and said free to leave, friend went back to make sure they don't damage the car, and they asked for key. I was one mile away so I had my friend tell them I'll be there in a sec, and they said "too late" and they started towing the car dragging it on asphalt. Brand new tires 1100$ now I got a open hood light so they went into my hood to do god knows what, and flat spots on tires! And on top of it all they decide to intimidate and make up a bogus bill! See them in court and insurance will go after them, got it all on video.
Best customer service I have probably ever experienced! I had issue after issue, making things inconvenient and time consuming for them. Courtney was not only super friendly, but informative, funny, efficient, and patient. Wyatt, the driver… had the patience of a saint. Appreciate Moore’s beyond measure today! Rates were best around and in the midst of a bad day with car issues… they saved me. Thanks again!!!
Moores towing was called for my insurance but will now be a go to company I call! Jesus was amazing and able to get me out of a seemingly impossible situation. The ice and hills were no joke and Jesus was able to get me out into safety! I can’t thank and recommend him enough!

My car broke down while I was out of town when the whole tire turned sideways while I was driving it. Moore's was the cheapest quote i could find in the are, and they really helped me out. Wyatt towed us and really helped minimize the damage done to my car in the process. I'd give yall 20 stars if I could. If you're wondering if you should use this company to tow you, just call them. Had a great experience given my only car broke down
Thanks to Indiana’s lovely roads, and the beautiful rainy weather we have, my car fell into a sink hole…I mean, pot hole, and I got a flat. In the dark, amongst the corn fields, and being covered in the chilling misty tears of all the angels above that dislike Indiana too, I contemplated changing my own tire or running off and joining Isaac and Malachi. In the end, my roadside assistance sent me a wonderful man from Moore’s Towing & Storage. As a SWF the thought did cross my head that I would end up with Jeffery Dahmer, but alas, he was absolutely professional and wonderfully efficient. He even had his own floor jack, which was a blessing because the cheap scissor jack the cars come with was as useful as a wet noodle at a sword fight. He replaced everything, put useless ring of deflated rubber in the trunk and said he hoped I had a good rest of my night. I would recommend them to everyone I know; professional, courteous, and very timely as I only waited about half of the ETA roadside assistance quoted me. Top notch service
I have worked with a lot of tow truck drivers in my time and I can truly say I have never had as great of an experience than working with Jesus. Typically, ordering a tow is a bad thing. However, he made the experience incredible and I can 100% say that he is a valuable asset to the company. Thank you again!!!
Dan was awesome, prompt, efficient and polite! He sincerely impressed us with how impeccable his driving skills were - backing up 70 feet worth of truck into a very tight space with construction all around is one hard feat and he did it with ease. It was greatly appreciated, thank you for such great service!
Lucas was very speedy and helpful. He helped make a start to a bad morning more pleasurable. He was pretty cool, very meticulous and delivered my vehicle to its destination in a safe and timely manner.
I was stuck for hours trying to find road side service for a power steering issue and couldn't find anyone to service my truck on a Sunday. Luckily I reached out to Moores and they sent out Dan who was more than helpful. Not only did he tow me to the nearest truck stop as requested. He offered many other options since I'm not familiar with the area waited for me to grab some food before heading out and even drove me to the nearest hotel. He also recommended me a truck repair shop which saved me some time trying to look for someone the following day. Highly recommend them don't even think twice !!!!. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call again. Cold hard honest review.
What great service! Jesus was my driver. The guy was way earlier then quoted which was great for if you're stranded! Then he called me up and put it in my driveway how I really wanted it! I told him how he could do it to make it easiest for him and he said no way! I'll do it exactly how you would like it done. I thought that was super awesome! Thank you again. Definitely made a hard time easier for me.
First I’d let me say Jesús is the best! Not only did he change my tire. We realized the spare needed some air but I didn’t have any cash or coins on me. Guys this man gave me $2 worth of coins to get air. He drove behind me to make sure I made it down the street to the air pump. It doesn’t end there, he even put the air in for me! I mean if that is not GREAT customer service them what is? He made a bad situation not so bad and made sure I was all set to hit the road safely!
I’ve never had to use a Tow Company before so I was pretty hesitant, but the lady walked me through it super fast and got a truck to me within a half an hour! Cody got us taken care of in No Time! Very friendly and professional!
The best in the Midwest! Unfortunately, my car was stolen. It was recovered weeks later and Moore's pick it up and held it until we could get there. They were amazingly kind and helpful. Moore's staff were...solid and good hearted folks!
Jesus and Cody are the best. They came out to orginally help jump my car but they soon figured out that it wasn't my battery at all but probably my starter. They took the extra time to get to the root of the problem and were able to escort me to the destination with my car.
I needed help from Moore's twice in one week and they came through for me. Professionals at every level, with excellent communication, easy payment options, and kind and attentive drivers. Well done, Moores.

My van broke down while I had my 2 toddler children with me. I had forgotten my cell phone and didn't want to try and work on it with the kids because of heavy traffic and had to leave it. Moore's got called and had to tow it. The bill was fair but I didn't have the money to pay it. I'm a single father and rarely have much extra money. After a few days I decided I would just give them the title and get our personal items. I went to their office with the title to give them and while we were there they treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy, brought my kids out treats and what I thought was just polite conversation turned out to be their way of finding out their customers circumstances. They gave me back my title and asked me where I would like my vehicle delivered. I explained once again I couldn't pay them and they said they understood that. My van was brought back to me the next morning, I was given no bill and they asked nothing of me. I commented to the driver about it and he said " yea, the owner is like that, they just have to call and ok it with him". Everyone there is nothing short of amazing people. From the office ladies that make the call when they see someones distress, the drivers that pick up and deliver to the owner who puts people before profits. I didn't even ask for anything, it was just given out of the kindness of their hearts and not a thing asked in return. My thanks to everyone at Moore's for your kindness and generosity, I am forever grateful.
