We were very impressed with Tom's towing service. My car's starter failed in a local parking lot. Called Tom's, they came out promptly and the driver was very friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable. Thank you for providing very good service!
Some car slammed his breaks.. they sent a guy out. Very cool equipment got me out in 5 minutes.. pulled up and got semi truck out in 5 minutes.. idc about price I care about there quality professional work ..
I was really stuck today and toms towing showed up quick to help me get out of the thick of it that I found myself in. The sent out Mr Caleb who was very knowledgeable in what he was doing since I was very close to a tree and I just nicely got me jeep yes my jeep got stuck when I go big I may as well make it worth it. well i was really in the thick of things and high stressed. Mr Caleb calmed me with his demeanor, quick action, and care for my vehicle. Hands down I would call Tom’s again if ever in this situation and would highly recommend. And just love Mr Caleb
I’m unsure why everyone here is so angry and hostile no matter how kind you are. They continue to interrupt you when talking, I had to interrupt her back and say ‘I am still speaking’ because Amanda wouldn’t stop speaking over me. I needed my personal belongings out of my car after I was hit. First they said all they needed was proof of ownership then it turned into or you can pay X amount to get your personal belongings. Amanda was the one who first wanted proof of ownership and then after threatening police she said I could pay her to get back. I did none of that, I signed to have someone else tow it away then I was able to with no hassle get my belongings. It is very illegal to hold someone’s personal belongings especially when it’s a no fault accident and they know the other person’s insurance is paying for the fees. All they care about is who’s paying the fees and that’s all. Very rude and unhelpful. I hope they all get everything they deserve in life.. please give your business to Tom’s towing (without the 24 hours in the name) I accidentally called them and they were so kind and helpful. They even told me good luck that they’ve heard about this place!
The lady who works there front there is so rude!! She kept ignoring me when I was speaking to her. Then, No one told my son that he has to prove ownership within 3 days to avoid a surcharge, even though the computer will automatically charge it in under 24hours. The lady said they can't remove it yet they can keep the charge from happening. If someone had the customer service skills to let my 20yr old son know he needs to prove ownership even if he didn't have enough money to get it out to avoid 135$ that would have been wonderful. They need to do better especially since it's recession. And the older lady needs to get some training on customer service. Badly I wish zero stars was an option
I was appalled to hear the ladies at the desk, while I was waiting telling a racist joke to a group of other employees there and hear them all laugh like it was ok. Even more in disbelief to ask for the manager and find out that the woman , or girl I should say , that told the joke was the manager... I just really cant believe the ignorance so accepted there. Theye did an ok job towing my car but next time I'd rather pay a tow company that does a bad job but doesn't promote hate or ignorance. Poor form.
Class act of guys I have t seen bill yet but these guys are definitely the guys to call if u need a A wrecker! Rolled truck and then it caught fire. Needless to say it was a bad day! Lost wallet, phone and it was all in truck that I'm watching go up in flames, but I was alive with cloths on my back these guys took me to phone company they were no help! But the guy who gave me a ride said look if u like I can take u to yard and we can have a peek! Not only did we find my phone that I picked up and was working after fire and 30,000 gallons of water has been pumped to because of electric fire it came on and worked fine then I was TRING to contact family and he like hey bud look what I found and had my wallet in his hands! I appreciate you guys for helping me find some calmness in the middle of a shyt storm! May God bless your family's and may he put his protection around u on calls! I got stranded out in Elkhart. Caught a flat tire with my children in the car. I called Tom’s towing and they not only towed my car to a location for a reasonable price but they helped me out with another tire that wasn’t looking good. I am overly grateful for Matt and Tom’s rowing company!!!! If you need a tow, call them!! You won’t regret it !

The insurance company was unable to find a tow and Art not only got the job done, he showed up within 45 minutes and honestly made me feel safe. Caleb was awesome!!! We had a weird request of trailering 3 airplanes from MI to our hanger at Mishawaka pilots club and it wouldn’t have been possible without Tom’s and Caleb!!!!
We were stranded 80 miles from home on the toll road after our sprinter RV blew a tire. Our RV assistance service was unable to locate anyone that could help us as it was after 5 pm on a Saturday night. After hours of calling around we called Tom’s to see if they could tow it, but due to the height and the back tire being blown they were unable to help. However, they still went the extra mile and went out of their way to help us. They contacted a local tire repair company that was willing to drive the hour and a half each way to get us back on the road. He made sure we had everything lined up and someone was on the way, letting us know he had back up options if something didn’t work out. All of this done after hours on a Saturday night. We will be forever grateful!

They told me one price and then changed it when they felt like it. I have a recording of the conversation with one of their CSRS stating my total one was 460 and now they are saying it’s 480 today. But also told me that it was 60 dollars a day and 180 for tow fee. This is company is racially prejudice and they showed that clear today.

I set up an appointment the day before I needed to deck a box truck onto a trailer, and they doubled the price when they arrived to load it. This happened on 3/14/25.
Even though I sent them multiple photos of the truck and told them the measured length and height before the scheduled decking, they told me they had to double the price because they didnt know how big the truck was.
These people dont do honest business. Proceed with extreme caution. I will never use them again.

Toms saved our day. On our way from Indy to Grand Haven Michigan, my 21 GMC started having major engine problems. Called Toms and they arranged to tow the truck, all our crap, and my wife and I all the way back to Indianapolis the very night it happened Nice new tow truck with a very competent driver. Highly recommend!
We needed a tow from the 101 westbound exit on 80/90. ISP called Tom's and Jay arrived promptly. He loaded our car quickly and safely and got us to Discount Tire where we could get a replacement for our blown tire. We were back on the road to Chicago in a few hours. Tom's has been a staple in our facility for years!! From picking clamp trucks onto loboys, to lifting corrugating rolls when the hydraulic motor fails, Tom's has never let us down and has always been there for us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!! Will not use anyone else in this facility!!
Service was quick and associate was friendly and concerned for our safety. We had the car towed to their lot and they were super nice when we went to pay our fees.
We broke down Sunday noon on I-80 with our 43’ RV. I vas very nervous about towing the coach, hearing about poorly trained staff causing expensive damage. But they did everything right, and towed us to the right repair shop. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.
