If i could rate this place a ZERO i absolutely would. After telling them NOT to repair anything BEFORE telling me how much it was, they did anyway and told me I needed to come up with 403.25 in THIRTY MINUTES or i wouldn't be able to pick up my car until the next week. LUCKILY i was able to come up with the money to pick it up but the real kicker was they ALSO told me my car vents were not working. I get my car back and turn my air on, look and see theyre CLOSED. My vents were CLOSED so of course they arent working?????? I paid 200 dollars in labor for??? Them not to use their eyes?????? They're apparently the least educated "mechanics" and stuck up office ladies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wouldnt trust them to put a screw in correctly after this experience.Go literally anywhere else. This local business doesn't deserve the patronage.

If they quote you 800$ for a job that's half done already make sure you add another 200-300$ on the final price......the 800$ they quoted is what they charged us for labor....the transmission had 4 bolts left and it would've been out.....we provided them with the parts as well and it was still over 1000$ to get our vehicle back
Showed up at 7:01 thinking I had engine trouble, it was a simple solution and they sorted me out quickly. Everyone was very friendly, Storks is a perfect example of what small business should be. If I ever have car trouble or damage, I’ll be going there!
Stork Service Center is by far the best, honest and helpful shop we have ever been to. We had transmission problems pulling a camper through Jasper. We called called around town everyone was booked. Stork had guys on vacation but could get it there and be about two weeks. The next day they pulled our camper home about 30 miles for free, pulled the truck to the shop. They had the transmission replaced and had my truck back in a week and a half. The guys and the ladies are a blast and very funny. And very reasonably price.

The only establishment that will work on my vehicles from this day forward. The ladies up front are a hoot very polite and always smiling was a pleasure speaking with them. The mechanics are extremely knowledgable, and do excellent work. The prices are fantastic!! Thanks!!
LIFE SAVERS!!! I was visiting Jasper on business and found myself basically stranded after my power steering pump broke on me. I called a few places, and though heavily booked, the wonderful ladies at the front desk told me to drop my car by and they'd see if they could get it in.
The next day, my car was ready - by noon - at a SUPER affordable price.
Bar none, these guys live up to small town service and I'd drive another 400 miles to visit them again. Awesome peeps!
Thieves. Took my car here. Or had it towed here from literally two blocks away. They charged me $60 for that. Then they said I needed a new starter. Cost me over $300. Had the SAME problem (car had issues starting) just weeks after getting the car back. Took my car to Blesch in Holland. The guy at Blesch lifted the hood, cleaned out a pipe and said the pipe was just dirty. He didn't charge me a penny. This is about the 3rd incident I have had with Storks, however. Wouldnt have taken my car there a 3rd time but it died literally two blocks from their "service" center. Any time I have taken my car to Storks to get fixed, it comes back with a new problem. I feel as thoough Stork's Service Center takes advantage of women's lack of car knowledge. One star too many. Very disappointed and certainly not impressed. :(
I live 30 miles away and still use these guys. I have never had bad service and it is a rare thing being able to trust a repair shop. I have been using this shop for 15 years.
