Got a Kia from them. Drove it for about 4-5 months and the engine went out on me. I still owed over a grand on my car. I called them and told them about it even drove an hour up there with my parents to talk to them about it in person and they wanted nothing to do with it. I even offered to give the car back because it doesn’t run and I don’t have space for it to sit somewhere. So I was stuck paying on a car that I couldn’t even drive. I know you’re risking it when you go there but man I have to pay for an engine worth more then the car now?
Brandon hooked me up with a beautiful 2020 jeep Cherokee w low miles and very minimal hail damage ..its got so many bells and whistles they had to guide me a couple days lol . Friendly folks, I love my jeep . I would highly recommend Brandon and T and T .
Great bunch of people. We have bought 2 vehicles from them, and have recommended them to many others. It's a bit out of the way, but worth the drive. We moved an hour away, and still made the trip to buy from them. If you don't mind some hail dings and want a great vehicle at a great price, I highly recommend checking them out.
Went there to buy a car with cash because "cash is king". Super nice people. Just would not budge on pricing, which is unfortunate. Left without buying a vehicle ??♀️
The first time I contacted T&T I asked about putting a deposit on a vehicle and was told they don’t do that. Then when I went in too see it in person I was told someone put a deposit on that same vehicle the day before, however if you care about having a car that smells like smoke don’t put a deposit down because they don’t tell you if the cars were previously owned by someone who smoked in them.
I ended up purchasing another vehicle and was told they couldn’t do out of state title transfers so they would send me the title in the mail. And I was told there would be an extra tax put on the vehicle in Illinois. It took over two weeks for them to even send it and when I finally was able to get the transfer done there was no added tax.
In summary I received false information multiple times and it seems that these people don’t know information about their own vehicles. Overall very unprofessional, I would avoid purchasing from this place. And if you do pay them a visit don’t expect them to know any more than very basic information about any of their vehicles.

My old car quit on me to get to work, hospital treatments and transport for a rescue I needed wheels, my family has used T&T so I knew I would be good hands, and I definitely was all the staff are friendly, honest and have wonderful customer service, they got me into a car the same day I walked in.
I have had the car almost a month its been a blessing a couple mechanic issues and hail damage but as long as you don't care about looks you get a great deal and kind service, when I explained I had brain injury and needed things explained slowly my sales person did and was compassionate and that is hard to find in sales so I was very thankful.
Will recommend them to all.
Great folks, clear cut deals for the average Joe. Showed up unprepared but this local establishment got me on my way proper. Feels like more than you’d get at a “nicer” place. Wish they’d get more Toyotas on the lot though! lol
For the last few weeks I've been looking at cars and I came across T@T Repairables and I seen several cars there I went out there and looked end up finding a 2023 Nissan Versa with 7400 Mi and I bought it yesterday I am very pleased with this car!

Checked out this dealership while looking for a vehicle and was initially impressed by the inventory. They have a good variety of cars, many of which have extreme hail damage. Brandon Chandler was awesome to deal with on the phone.
However, the pricing is definitely on the higher side—especially considering these are vehicles that still need work. I was hoping for at least a little room to negotiate, but was told by Henry, they were firm on every price, especially when financing.
If you're experienced and know exactly what you're looking for, it might still be worth checking out. But be prepared to pay more than you might at other similar places—and don’t expect much wiggle room.
This is the best place to purchase an automobile. The staff are good, honest, and knowledgeable people who treat you fairly and are there to help through the entire process. The vehicles they sell are top quality. I am a single mom who was in a hit and run accident and couldn't afford much. The day my car was totaled, they had me in a new car and on the road. I wouldn't have been able to get this anywhere else.
We recently purchased our 2020 Acura MDX from this dealership and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were met with friendly, honest staff and absolutely no pressure to buy.
Before we took the vehicle home, they installed a new battery and windshield wipers, completely unprompted and free of charge. Shortly after, we noticed an issue with the brake lights. We called the dealership, and without hesitation, their office and maintenance staff took care of it right away at no cost to us.

Even though I live more than 600 miles away, I have bought 3 vehicles here. I have not been disappointed with any of them. I have always been treated well and although they were all hail damaged, they were all low mileage vehicles. I will come back again, when I decide I need another one.
A family run business that is friendly and trust worthy. No one pressured us to buy something. They gave us a fair value for our trade-in. Way off the beaten path, but worth the drive. Website is modern with ability to see inventory.

Purchased my car from there over 10 years ago, and was very happy with it and the price. They always disclosed if there were issues up front back then. Went back recently and was very disappointed. Just like most other car sales place now. Did not buy a vehicle this time.
BUYER BEWARE of the car you show up in, they may try to let someone take your car for a test drive while you're looking for a car on their lot. We parked in customer parking, not thinking about having to lock our car in a backwoods car lot with some "good o boys" running the place. We went and inquired about a car. The sales representative was pretty cut dry, the cars are in the lot, scan the qr code, and we'll let you test drive it. As we were walking back to the shop with a qr code, we saw some customers driving our personal car that we showed up in. Immediately we stopped the family and told them that they were in our car. They were mistaken because the sales representative told them it looked like someone parked the car up front gave them the keys and they were off. Mind my car is in pristine condition, so there should have been a flag with the representative that this wasnt one of their cars. We came back in a told the representative that they let someone take our car. The rep then stated it should have been locked and he was number 1. No sorry, my apologies, no guidance for any customers there at that time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, after this happened, a lady went out and locked their car. We won't be back to this "number 1" seller.
Me and my family have bought at least a half dozen cars from this lot over at least 15 years. Whether they were salvage or hail damaged, we managed to save thousands, and always had a smooth and trustworthy experience, unlike a lot of pre-owned car dealerships. In this expensive car market, it's especially hard to not over spend on a reliable car but T&T comes through!

BE CAREFUL! Purchased a vehicle from T&T working directly with the owners son, Dillon T. and finance manager Jeffrey C. Everything was fine in the beginning. I was informed of financing approval, gave them the down payment of $5k (which cleared), spent nearly $2k on insurance, signed all of the paperwork and drove away with my new car. The salesman told me the title was mailed to the finance company and I would work with them in the future. As far as I was concerned the deal was done. I had the bill of sale and all of the documents in hand. Unfortunately, I noticed a transmission issue with the vehicle with their mechanic on a test drive which I recorded (rumors say they fired that mechanic after I asked them to fix the issue). They then demanded I return the vehicle and financing fell through. I told them I was only able on Thursday (9/27) on my day off. They showed up to my workplace with trucks and took the vehicle with the title in hand they claimed to have mailed in the beginning. IT WAS ALL A LIE AND SCAM. The police were called and a lawsuit is pending. A complaint was filed with the FTC and Attorney General’s Office. They have not refunded my down payment and have ignored contact. In total, I’ve lost nearly $7900 since the beginning of this process. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. My story will be shared on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA.
Got a good deal on a newer low mileage vehicle. Has cosmetic issues (hail damage) but that doesn't bother me. If appearance isn't a high priority, you WILL find a good deal here. Check their inventory on line and act fast because it might sell fast. Their facility is a little off the beaten path, so it's a bit of a hidden gem. I enjoyed working with Dillon and Olivia. Thanks!

Great place, immediate circle has gotten about 5 vehicles from here. Second one for me. Really smooth process, friendly and helpfull staff. Inventory goes fast, check often and grab the one you want before it disappears!! Love it, the way I see it..they were running or sitting on a lot untill they got hail damage usually, so for me it's a safe bet there is nothing wrong mechanically. Some have locallized or minimal dings you can live with or maybe just replace the hood. Always recommend to anyone I can.
I have now bought 7 vehicles from this company. This is hands down where you get the most bang for your buck. I am extremely satisfied with every experience I have had there. They are all very good people. They have financing for good or bad credit. Why pay double for a brand new car that you could have for a fraction of the price. Hail ding do not effect the proformance.
