Had to flat bed my car to Spencer - due to a flat front tire. The front splitter is very low (even before the flat), so Robert (Frye driver) used some boards to elevate the front end and prevent scraping the ground as it was backed onto the angled tow bed. We used boards again once we got to Spencer. There was no splitter damage - due to Robert's diligence. Well done.

They came almost immediately after me calling needing a tow home. Was stranded at a gas station parked at the gas pump! They were very friendly and got my vehicle home quick and safely! If anyone is looking for a great town company please call them! Even if its last minute or emergency im sure they will figure something out to help you just like they did me! Thank you Frye Towing!

The crew did an amazing job getting my truck out of a bad situation that I got it into. They were working in the rain and late at night and they took their time to ensure that my truck was not damaged.

The owner is very helpful and respectful on the phone and William was a big help and took care of our vehicle when it broke down.

An early Sunday morning accident wasn't in our plans but the Frye team come and carefully took care of our overturned enclosed trailer. Frye's Towing promptly came out and helped us with our stuck vehicle the other day. The driver was very friendly and made quick work of getting it out of the tight spot it was in. These guys are one of the best service wise, best price you will ever find in the area and very great staff who would wait and Liston to u. On that day I got stuck on one of the county roads called them. Erick came out he got me out of the ditch very professionally and cautiously to make sure my equipment is not damaged since there was a lots of snow on the road I asked him if he could wait for me till I get out of the road and if I get stuck so he could help he said yes and Off-course I slid again and he came and got me out of there again and waited till I left the street. Lastly the price cannot be beaten for their service. I called around and there were places who gave me quote of almost $1900 dollars yet Frye Towing & Recovery charged me $850. I would highly recommend it to every one if you guys ever need service call them even if u have to wait because they might be busy it is still worth it.

I didn't get his name. But he was timely, friendly and efficient. I have a diesel and had to be get a tow to have XO sensors replaced. It was embarrassing but he was kind and easy to talk to.

We got a blown out tire in Linton. We called Frye Towing and they were very nice on the phone and got a tow truck sent out super fast. Levi is the man who does the Linton area. He is fabulous! Very friendly and had patience with all our questions. He got us loaded up really quick and over to the tire shop so we could get the tire changed out and and still get out to GoosePond to photograph the snow geese and Sandhill cranes. Eric was great. He was pleasant and very accommodating. During our tow to the dealership, he even stopped at a truck stop so we could use the facilities. He took his time and was very careful to make sure the tow did not damage our car in any way. Eric is a pro!!!

I broke down with a rental car in a rough neighborhood and was unable to exchange my rental car until the following day. Frye Towing made all of my worries go away. They were very responsive, professional, and clearly communicated! They towed my car away the evening of the flat, and then picked me up from my hotel the following morning - so that I could exchange rental cars. My husband hit a deer and we had to leave our car on the side of the road. We arranged for Frye towing to tow our car back to our house. Talked to Joe on the phone he was very nice. Very professional. He gave me a quote and set up the towing. Jason picked up our car and delivered it to our house. Jason was extremely professional and very friendly. Price was extremely reasonable. Hopefully we don't have to but we will be using them again if we need to!

I own a towing and repair shop. We loaned a car out to a customer who ended up wrecking on the way home from work. It was towed late and in the rain. The bill was 100% reasonable and the driver who met me to release it, Lee, was very courteous and professional. Id recommend anyone local to use Frye anytime.

Lousy ! They just towed a car to my renter's home! They ran over my 100$ log and broke the end of it off! When i raised the issue they said we just gave her a deal! I guess when they give you a deal they feel they have right to tear up your property! I gave them a deal and only charged them 10$ ! This is a big log and I have to haul it now and replace it but instead of thanking me for only 10$ , they tell my renter , u will never get another deal! My renter is female and they did it away from me! Next time man up and warn me! There was 2 of you and only 1 of me ! Answer to ur response: no I don't have your number because u were to worried about blasting my female renter! In fact I think I need to contact the irs , cause I don't believe u gave a receipt!
