On a Sunday evening (after 10pm) when our insurance company/roadside assistance completely failed us...Jake came to our rescue. He came immediately and picked up my family of 6 and brought us home safely. (We arrived home after midnight and he even helped us carry our carseats and kids. There aren't many people like this around anymore. Thank you Jake, we literally don't know what we would have done without your help.
While being stuck with a nasty flat tire late on Friday night isn’t anyone’s wish, Jake promptly and professionally saved the day. He worked quickly and thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone in SW Indiana.
Best tower I've ever come across. Car broke down 225 miles from home ironically where he's located. Nobody was open since it's a Saturday night leading into Sunday. He agreed to tow my car all that way basically last minute. Saved me money in the long run. I highly recommend this guy.
No one likes to get towed, but Jake's provided excellent service and a great price despite having to go to two different cities. Very good! Will recommend!

So Let me rephrase, You came to BUY a car not tow it. However, you showed up HOURS before you were supposed to arrive. Therefore, we had to move a truck and pull out the car you were going to BUY. Because you said days before you could get the car out and then couldnt under the circumstances. Which didn't take long because my boyfriend came out and Pulled the car out while you said and I phrase "Let me go turn around" we watched you pull out and never return! We called several times and you couldn't even answer our calls. Poor business owning skills in my eyes. You could have simply said i have somewhere else to be, im sorry i can't get this today. Instead you lied and said you were turning around.
Chris was "Jonny on the spot" more than once for this little old lady. This last time he had to tow my car (very and I do mean very fair priced tow bill,) I expected it to be much higher. Got my car repaired in a very timely manor at a reasonable price also. And...to top it all off, returned the car back to me...5 STARS FOR JAKES TOWING AND TRANSPORT!!!!
