Every time I’ve been in the staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. Also when I’ve gotten the wrong part I’ve been able to return it and get a refund. I’m very happy with the service.
The construction around the front parking lot made it to where I wasn't able to turn in. Hopefully it clears up and I'll be able to fully check them out and give better review.
Can't say enough about the great service! The young lady at the counter was very polite and knowledgeable! Will definitely be going back to the Sellersburg store for more parts! 😉
I came in confused, and in my lost mind . I had purchased either the front or the back disc brakes at another location .I digress I couldn't remember. when I got there and I came in there for the other half. You know cuz why not 😂. Guy that i shared my confusion with at the front register. Opted to enlighten me. An entertainment of confusion. Thank you.. because why not.right. so we proceeded. We pulled them both front and back from the shelves in back to compare ,look at them for size. To relieve my confusion. I felt comfortable with the smaller size. I can't take a whole lot of girth. So I bought the smaller ones only to realize I had messed up it was indeed the bigger ones that I needed. Ahh At last. We have completed the transaction I had settled with the bigger ones. Thanks for patient cash register guys. Who are willing to give me the big ones. After knowing my dissatisfaction with the smaller ones. You know you don't want to use four of those pads after already having them. Good God look at the girth on these big pads. These are definitely going to make me happier when I go to put them on the front brakes oh yeah 👍
I spend thousands of dollars at this store weekly, and yet when I try to make a single return they won’t do it. And honestly James is a total douche with a terrible attitude. Every single Oreillys around this area is a great store besides this one. Would not recommend going here. Even if you have to drive to Charlestown or Jeff or even Clarksville or new Albany. And avoid James at all costs. I’ve got a bone to pick with James, and that bone must be short rib… cause we got beef now.
I needed my taillight changed this morning ASAP, and the manager was very kind and accommodating. After they retrieved the bulbs I needed, they put one in place and fixed my problem immediately. I highly recommended their services!
This shop and ESPECIALLY it’s employees (Jared and Cam specifically) are absolute gems! If I were the owner, I would do whatever it takes to keep these two within my business for years to come in order to succeed in customer service, customer care and customer support. After having to get a boost, Jared not only took the time to inspect and test my battery for free, he offered several options and pathways to remedy the issue. He kindly offered his number and said to contact him if we encountered any problems - unfortunately we had to take him up on that offer hours later while in Louisville for a baseball game. Jared put us in touch with his coworker Cam, who on his own time, drove down to Louisville to replace our car battery for us on the spot! If this isn’t customer service of the highest degree, I don’t know what is. These two literally saved our family road trip, which was only into its third day with two more weeks to go! Absolute rockstars these two are, and as such, should be proud of not only how they handle and provide customer service, but how they were raised and how strong their character is. If anyone doubts that the younger generation of America is in shambles, they only need to visit this O’Reilly’s location to see that this nation still has some bright and shining stars, who go above and beyond to help others in times of need. Our family trip is now back up and running thanks to these two young men from this O’Reilly Auto Parts location - please visit them, you are in good hands with employees like this!
Never buy anything here. O'Reilly's is great but this store sucks. I took back a brake caliper that was leaking after just a few miles, without the receipt. They were unable to look it up. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. I took it to another O'Reilly's less than 10 miles away. They looked up my purchase by phone number and replaced the caliper. Oreillys is great. This store is horrible.
We had just picked up our Harley and were headed home to Oregon when we realized the battery was on its way out. Fortunately for us O'Reilly carries motorcycle batteries. We replaced it and were on our way in 15 minutes.
Gave me wrong part first time. I don't understand how this happens when they have co.puter right there and they are supposed to know what's up with car parts. Usually really good store though and better prices than other car parts stores.
Good people. Walked in 5/13/22 around 5pm, a rude customer was degrading a chic that works in there by telling her she didn't know anything and I guess wanted to talk to a guy. Then he started in the same way on the guy that works there. Under pressure, they handled it correctly and professionally even though the rude customer should've been busted in the mouth! Great job to those 2 workers!
O'Reilly's has always been a reputable establishment, but I wouldn't rely on their online/pick up at store experience. They aren't really geared toward that. You'll be waiting indefinitely for an email to let you know that your order is ready.
This O'Reilly's is clean and kept well but the staff sometimes seem to be a little preoccupied and have never asked me if I needed help with anything, but overall they fulfill their purpose and do their job.
Every time I stop in, I learn something. I dont even think its training, they just hired people with cars in their blood or something. Glad it's my local spot. I'd drive here if it wasnt.
Good customer service. I stopped by to ask about a much needed battery. They were happy to wait on me and I had a new battery installed in less than 15 minutes.
It took a while on my part to pay for it. Then I get the part and get home and of course it's the wrong part. And of course O'Reilly's is closed by the time I get home and nobody's answering the phone. So now I have to drive my truck back and it's not running right. And the only receipt I've got is on my phone the paper receipt they gave me has nothing on it even says this is not a valid receipt.
Open long hours, usually have the parts I need, sometimes you have to wait a day to be delivered. A plus is that they will help and test some of your parts and are able to lend you the tools you may need to replace parts.
Steve(?) was very helpful and even offered some extra valid ideas as to how to resolve the current issue. He was courteous, efficient, and diligent in his perceived duties. Thank you O'Reilly's...saved the day! Pat McMaster
