Core returns are bad, never issue checks. Done with them, other yards have check ready when picking up core or credit account. Lkq core department needs a rework. Will never buy from them again due to lost core money.

This company has the worst customer service I have experienced as a business owner you call to find out where your parts are and they send you from person to person waiting over 45 mins or longer each time. No one really has a clear answer for you. As a shop owner we don't have time to set on the phone trying to find my parts ive already ordered a paid for. And of course no number to be able to call a directly reach the person you ordered from.

I have got the worst customer service here I have ever received in my life from any company. I am a COD customer and they claim I haven’t paid an invoice. I have sent a copy of my cashed check and my bank statement to prove it was deducted and they are still demanding another payment. I would like to point out once again I am a COD customer if I don’t pay they don’t leave my parts. Beware of this company! Belinda Gaines

Try calling this place multiple times to get some information about part nobody ever picks up and it gets disconnected after so long

No one wants to actually do there job here I feel like. Not sure what's changed from a year ago but we used to deal with them all the time. Now me and my employees get transferred and ultimately just hung up on. Very poor service.

I've done countless business with lkq over the last several years, last few times I've called, I get put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour before giving up and hanging up. I have a business to run, I can't stay on the phone. Everyone is busy, but this is unprofessional and I won't be doing business here anymore. I've installed between 15 and 30 engines a year over the last 7-8 years of lkq's.

Just like many others.. general population cannot get through to anyone regarding parts. they want you to do it yourself online. they only seem to answer the phone if you were a repair shop or insurance. Which in my case I will shop around for that thousand dollar part to where somebody will at least answer the phone.

The main issue is the poor customer service when just inquiring about prices, and to initially order the part I called multiple times and was put on hold several times. Once I FINALLY got through to speak to someone I was sitting in the parking lot. After she took my information and I told her I was actually in the parking lot had cash etc. She says they don’t accept cash it HAS to be credit or debit card and placing my order at the point and time (approx.1:20 pm) I would be over the allotted pick up window so the earliest I could pick up the part is the next day, at this point my frustration was at its peak. Had they answered the phone and hold times weren’t so extreme I definitely would NOT have missed the “pick up time frame” which was 3pm. At the end of the day I still need my vehicle repaired so I chopped it up as horrible customer service. AUTUMN apparently was having a bad day and I almost let it put me in a sour mood as well. So the next day when I go to pick up my part the gentleman brings out another customer’s order and that customer clearly pays cash. I asked the gentleman about their payment policy he stated their upper management does not want them to

Arrived at the store a little before 9am only to find out that there are "new store hours" opening at 9am and not 8am as the website and Google maps state. Being as it is a hike to get to their store, I think the courtesy of updating their website and Google would have been an amazing act of kindness and courtesy to their loyal customers.

Good products at a reasonable price with helpful staff. The shop I work at utilize them and we rarely have had an issue.

On their website it says they open at 8:00 but they don't serve the public till 9:00 they need to change that on their website I drove 45 minutes to get there and had to wait for an hour before they even opened

They treat people bad on the phone if they ask you are you a dealer or not if you say no they will cut the phone immediately that’s so so bad.

Wasted my time, what a duds! Twice on hold for 10 min, hung up on me, then kept dropping the line. Came in person in hopes to look and purchase a diff that I need... So you cant walk in and inspect parts (their policy), You cant buy in person and Then Look!? All you can, is blind check, hope the right part in working comes someday, If you get through.

Called in at another company's referral. The employee who answered the phone was relatively short with me and left the impression that LKQ is not interested in helping find a solution for me. Disappointed with customer support.

Wrong parts ordered twice. I returned to get correct Parts ordered and when staff found out a mistake have been made they were rude with me.

Horrible phone experience, kept telling me they don't service our area and I was inquiring about driving there to pick up parts. Left me on hold for over an hour and was rude. And I know he was lying about servicing our area because their truck drives by our shop almost daily. EXTREMELY RUDE...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They are eady to work with. I called looking for a replacement mirror and they had it ready for me to pick up. I inquired about a car manual so I could install it myself and the gentleman working the front counter was kind enough to show me how to put on my mirror which saved me $100+ in labor. I would highly recommend them!
