Doug was the best! Not only did he pull me out of the snow once, but twice! Once I called for the tow, it only took 30 minutes for him to get to me. His service was swift and professional. Great employee! I would definitely recommend Nite Owl Towing!
I ended up not getting a tow, but I'm on here to leave a 5 star review because: I have been on the side of the interstate today on 20+ phone calls with my family, insurance, and different towing services trying to get home. My car is lowered, the address I’m at is weird, insurance agents are making mistakes, and my family is worried about me so I am taking a lot of phone calls XD. I eventually got something figured out with another company, but, at the end of the day, Chis called me and asked if I had been taken care of. I’m leaving this 5 star review because Chris cares.
When I called I was given an eta of 45 minutes and the driver arrived on time as promised. He was patient with a couple of stubborn lugnuts, very professional, and extremely helpful. I was told to call back if my spare tire caused any problems as I was about to leave for 3rd shift at work. I told him I get off work at 5am. What if my spare goes flat then? He assured me they would be there even then if needed. I will definitely recommend Nite Owl Roadside service to all of my friends.
Driver about killed my family! Pulled out right in front of us with no regard for safety!!!!! Had to lock up brakes in pouring rain while going way under speed limit due to poor driving conditions! Driver needs fired!!!!
After calling 4 different towing companies that say there 24/7 theses are the only guys that answered the phone very good country boys loved the hometown feeling very friendly and respectful will use again if I ever need anything at all
Nite Owl Towing was so helpful to us! I had a tire blow out on my way to work, and had to leave my car on the side of I-65. I called Nite Owl and asked them to tow my car to Big O. They were so quick and reasonably priced! Neither my husband or I were able to be there, but they communicated with me and were reliable! I will definitely use them again for any future needs.
I love these guys, they had a speedy arrival, made sure my grandson and i stayed warm, while they unlocked my door. Very professional and polite, they helped me deal with the police. And made sure and i got the highway safely.. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Nite Owl.
