I had transmission, front & rear differentials and transfer case fluids replaced, spark plugs replaced and a water pump replaced (which was covered under warranty for work previously done by PFM at a different location). All work was completed and I have had no issues since. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to recommend PFM Auto to family and friends.
Received a work invoice statement reporting 19 labor hrs were involved in the repair of my class A RV totaling $3,289.00 no parts involved. I asked if I could check out my RV and was told I would have to pay first. I paid. RV would not start due to low battery. I asked for help and was told basically, help yourself a door was left open for access to building. 1,200 miles later the same problem arrises while in Texas during this ice storm. Had to ride 60 miles with my steps out. But made it to Crestview RV & Sales. I stayed in Laquita Inn 4 days while repairs were made for real this time. Totaling 700 + dollars and was told and showed every aspect of repairs and operation of procedures. As where PHM told me they have no reason to question there mechanics abilities or ethics of repair work. PS I need my money back plus hard ship. Not a happy camper. Below the survey ask ; which service did you get? None isn’t listed. Oh statement also said maintenance check 2 min. belts, fluids, tires, air pressure. It takes that long to open hood
The staff were unbelievably helpful to me! I found them as a preferred shop with AAA. They really took the time to look into what happened to my car and gave me some really honest answers and options. Their quote was much more reasonable than I'd gotten at other places. Above all, they were very generous in letting me leave my car there for an extended amount of time. I also appreciate that they have such extended hours!
This place was referred to me and I couldn’t be more pleased. I thought I would be using their services one time, but they told me that they were a full service business and that they could help me maintain my RV with all of its regularly scheduled maintenance. I was even more pleased to find a help that this business is basically right in my backyard and I’ve never heard of them before.
This place was a referral and I couldn’t be happier with the Customer Service. Not only did I get my immediate issue resolved but I now have a place to take my RV for regular service and maintenance! Very happy to have found this business!
This shop will take advantage of you at any opportunity they can. And then complain about it when they think you can't hear them. They charge 350/hr or more if they sense any lack of experience and will lie to your face about it and make every excuse for why it costs so much and why they need to extend the time longer. They tried to tell me you cant get a radiator these days for under 500 dollars and I guess a radiator is 10 hours of labor as well (even though the technician mentioned that it only took 45 minutes each way) and apparently it costs over 1200 dollars for a radiator, which when i called every shop I can get a hold of from indy to Alabama says theyre a scam and they'll try to get any extra buck they can. Not to mention if they mess something up, you still have to pay for it.
On a trip home to Kentucky from Wisconsin we were stranded in Zionsville. Our car wouldn't start, AAA picked a garage for us. PFM did all they could to help us out. They searched for several days for the problem, since the car was water damaged, they were not able to come up with a solution. They were very transparent and kept us informed. They even adjusted the bill, since they were not able to totally repair it. Very kind and professional people.
These guys are great. I called them last minute with an emergency tire repair and they got me right in and got it patched as quickly as possible. The shop, bathroom and waiting room was all very clean. They seemed to be pretty honest folks. I will be back when I need new tires or other work done that’s for sure.
New to the area and called several places. As soon as I spoke to PFM, I knew I found where I wanted to go. I was explained the differences in my options and knew I wasn’t being taken for my money. Not to mention the hours they offer, and a ride service. My driver was amazing as well. Work done well and fast. Will definitely make this my car repair shop.
They came and picked up my truck from work and had it completed and back to me just after lunchtime. Called the following day for a follow up summery. 10/10 will use it again for my next PM
The technicians at PFM were very helpful and courteous and helped me out when I needed a new battery , but had a time window as to how long the job could take. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service on their vehicle.

Great service. Was the only place open that could look at my rear tire, while on a family trip. Diagnosed and plugged the tire and was able to drive back to my hotel all within an hour.
I have absolutely amazing experience with this company. They fixed my car which had misfire and did a great job, they are even give guarantee for 3 years. They works till late, very convenient. We bought a new used car for the price of new one, very little of mileage, and they found so many issues, we realized the car seller was dishonest. Very grateful we chose them for inspection!
I recently had to have my car worked on and like most I was dreading it. I had passed PFM many times and looked it up and liked the good reviews. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and made sure to explain the problem and cost. I feel like I have a go to for my car that I can trust!!
Great people, great prices. I blew a flat on a Friday evening and was able to get towed to PFM. The people were super friendly and helpful. Jay was the individual assisting me and he even gave me a call that night, around 8:30pm, to provide an update. Fair prices.
Im from michigan and we were down in in zionsville for 2 nights bringing our son to college. The brakes seized up on us on the first night. We called PFM car & truck car center first in the mourning and they fixed us up right away and accomadted us. Thank you PFM!
They did a fast and wonderful job. Very friendly! Despite some challenges with scheduling an apt online, they worked it out for my car to get looked at and completed in a time let manner. Friendly and willing to answer any question I had!
