I traveled from Indy today to check out a 2014 Chevy Traverse and was immediately impressed by Ms. Kim's outstanding customer service and warm demeanor. She processed my identification, allowing me to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive we went over the vehicle pros and cons and she was very upfront with everything. Nonetheless the transaction was seamless, and I am pleased with my purchase. I will certainly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

The staff was easy to deal with. No pushy sales people to try to avoid. They answered all questions and were honest. Prices are very fair. Would definitely recommend.

I know a headgasket issue when I see one. I was nearly hooked on buying one of their Chevy Cruzes until I looked at the oil cap (this was the best looking engine on the lot). After seeing that this car had an issue, I checked 15 other cars and all but 2 had the same issue. Please look at the oil caps and you will see a milky tan substance on the oil cap as seen in this photo. This is a sure sign of a blown head gasket(coolant leaking into the oil). I'm convinced they don't even change the oil when they obtain these cars cause they would see this issue first hand but, maybe they do and just continue to sell AS-IS.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I was extremely excited to purchase a car from this dealership, but less than an hour after buying it, the check engine light came on. I took the car to a mechanic, who informed me that the code had been cleared three times. On top of that, there is a large hole causing significant oil leakage. The mechanic stated there is no way Zoom Auto wouldn’t have noticed these issues. If they truly didn’t see them, that raises serious concerns about their knowledge of vehicles. I want to be clear—I likely would have still purchased the car even knowing about these problems. What I cannot accept is being misled. All they had to do was be transparent about the condition of the vehicle. As I’ve said, I would have still purchased this car, but instead I now feel misled and taken advantage of. While my experience involved this specific car, the lack of transparency makes this dealership untrustworthy. Don’t be fooled by their so-called “good” deals.

No pressure sales. Staff is very friendly and honest. Prices cannot be beat anywhere in the area. Being a mechanic myself I understand that cars can fail at any time. Zoom auto outlet goes thru each car to make sure they are in the best possible condition before sales. I drove a number of vehicles and chose the Dodge Journey. I recommend them to anyone looking for an inexpensive used car.

Although they are nice people I bought my son’s car there a week ago and the check engine light came on two hours after buying it. I get it’s a as-is but but the issue that is now my problem will cost as much as I bought the car for. Of course the code was cleared but I wish I would have been told that there was a problem this important so I was more aware. What upsets me is I said more than once this was a first car for my son and the fact my kids will be in this I wanted something safe and reliable not something that’s smells like burning oil so bad they have to roll down the windows with the heat on and have to replace the entire exhaust system and o2 sensors. Now after having a week it’s parked until it goes to the shop with in the week of ownership… I wanted to buy from a small business but it goes to show you can’t trust even them sad.

We all know how annoying car shopping is, well zoom auto knows and doesn’t like wasting time at all. Lot is filled with decent cars and they don’t give you the run around: these were very cool people and I’d send people here for sure. Plus they had a dog there and that’s a 5/5 automatic for me

If you need a quality car for around $4000, this is your place! They have great first time cars and really good A-to-B cars or "I-just-need-a-second-car!" car. They have older models from 2008 to 2016 with higher mileage but they are still quality cars! I mean, what is mileage but a number anyway.

These people are amazing, had a issue with the car I purchased from them and with no hesitation they called me to repair the problem ( no cost ). That's why I will tell everyone that looking for a nice use vehicle, go there 1st

Zoom Auto is the place to buy your used car. After an accident left our 16 year old without his car days before his driving test, we found a great deal in the Jeep Compass we bought from Ryan and crew. A few days later, some issues came up with the car and knowing that the car was bought AS-IS, we expected to fix any issues ourselves. But Ryan reached out to check how everything was doing and we let him know what was going on. He quickly offered to fix the problem at no additional cost!! Needless to say we were very appreciative and in debt to him and his crew Josh and Kim and anyone else whose name I don't know. They put our kiddo back on the road and saved our wallet at the same time. Definitely a family operation folks. Thanks Zoom Auto!!

The people here are so kind and personable. It was a very pleasant experience to buy a car with them. They were very open with the cars history and any work they may have done on them. From my experience with the ones I asked about, they knew the cars well off the top of their head and had the paperwork to back it. Unlike how it is at other dealers, I didn't feel pressured to buy or hurry; I was able to test drive multiple vehicles and take my time. As an anxious buyer I was there for quite a while, yet never once did I feel rushed. Despite being very busy, they were kind and patient with everyone. From what I saw, multiple of us that walked in, walked out happy with new keys in our hands. I came in with a budget and specific needs out of a car and they were honest with me when something did not meet my standard and helped me find the one that did. I noticed that there was a light out in the car I liked and they replaced it without me even asking. I have been on a dealership car search for 90 days now and no prices have beat Zoom Auto Outlets. While I do standby everything I said at this point I feel like I do need to add that two blocks off of the lot I had to turn around and go back because my vehicle was leaking gas then within the first week of owning my vehicle I had to go to the mechanic four times 1 for the check engine, one for the serpentine belt and once for the brakes they all needed fixed and every time I get gas it floods and it leaks gas and oil. I do believe with used cars It is luck of the draw, and I don’t think it was with ill intent I think they fixed what they noticed and these things just so happened to be issues within a few days after purchasing but it hasn’t been a big deal mostly minor fixes and my car drives regardless as long as I don’t get gas. You still will not find a cheaper car lot or better people to by a car from dealership wise

I recently purchased a GMC Acadia Denali from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. After three weeks of ownership, I am thoroughly impressed. Initially, I went to check out a different vehicle, but when I noticed a few issues, the salesperson was refreshingly honest and transparent about them. As I continued to explore my options, I discovered the Acadia. I was initially concerned about its age and mileage, but after taking it for a test drive and giving it a thorough inspection, I knew this was the perfect car for me. Despite some apprehension based on prior reviews, I’ve found an outstanding vehicle that exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase, and the team at the dealership was fantastic to deal with. They promptly provided my title, and they fixed the minor issues I spotted before I even made my payment. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership! My fiancé and I got a white 2017 Dodge Journey SE from these guys for a very fair low price at $6640 outright. it’s been doing us right ever since we got it. Had a couple minor cosmetic issues , but cosmetic is ALWAYS better than mechanical! ? The guys were super friendly and very nice! The car hasn’t had any issues whatsoever and drives and shifts very smoothly! 10/10 recommend anyone to them! ??

This is the 2nd car I have purchased from here & they did not disappoint either time. They have a “no pressure” sales attitude and really give you the freedom to look at all the vehicles & decide what you want to test drive. Nick was working when my husband and I came and I spent several hours looking & test driving at least 4 cars and every time I wanted to try a new one, I didn’t get attitude or irritation. Just handed the keys to the one I wanted to drive. Nick answered any questions we had and even told us things about the cars (work that had been done, how long it was there, etc) and was very honest & professional. I finally decided on a 2012 Malibu. The paperwork process was a breeze and again, he was upfront about it being as-is & the timeline for title etc. I definitely recommend Zoom Auto when you are looking for a reasonably priced, reliable vehicle.

My husband and I spent at least 4 hours at this dealership. We test drove about 6 different vehicles in this time. Ended up with a 2012 Subaru legacy, for our teenagers to drive. Everyone we spoke to gave great costumer service. We know all used vehicles have their own issues and we found one that worked for us. We recommend and dealership encourage a test drive. We have walked into dealerships that won’t let you test drive a vehicle you’re looking to buy. This is not that kind of place. Personally I feel like we walked away with a vehicle today because we could test drive! The guy we spoke to the most was very helpful and informative on the vehicles in the lot. He answered all our questions with no irritation. I tend to ask a lot of questions and can irritate a person rather quickly. He answers everything we asked and some things we didn’t ask. We have even recommended this place to our family that are looking for a vehicle as well. I really can’t speak enough of how welcoming this place felt.

I worked with Nick and he was so chill and easy to work with. He’s not one to pressure you or push you into buying anything. He gave us plenty of time to look around and do a test drive. There was a problem with the seat adjusting and he was able to fix it on the spot! So he’s also a great mechanic.I didn't get the name of his brother that also works there but he offered to wash the car and did some detailing under the hood while we were doing the paperwork. They were all so nice!!!! I got a great deal on a first time car for my son and he’s so happy and LOVES IT! Overall 10/10 would highly recommend this dealership. I did do my research on the car i was looking to purchase as well as the dealerships reviews. This is a used car dealership not brand new cars so there’s always going to be a risk of auto repairs. This is a “AS IS” used dealership but based off of my experience I trust that they look over every car they purchase and only sell good reliable vehicles to the best of their ability. I’m hoping to get a good 3 years out of the vehicle I purchased for my son and then he’s on his own lol! Thanks again Nick and brothers y’all are the BEST!

After almost every dealer in Kokomo let us down I found the most beautiful little car here at Zoom. My first visit was not ideal, but that was not the fault of anyone at Zoom. It was a miscommunication on my end. But guys, the second visit, let me tell you! We looked over the car, all information in the car and you can open it, get in, and just be creepy and go through the car. No one comes out and bothers you! You go in their office and the most kind woman is behind the desk! A genuine human! Crazy right?! She found us keys, gave us a plate and let us go drive! I was so excited to finally get this thing purring. Let me tell you. This car is 15 years old and they rode it hard, but the mechanics here are INCREDIBLE. I have virtually a new car with all the old parts they replaced. We had a concern about the AC just not getting cold. They troubleshot it and fixed it WHILE WE WERE THERE. We even got to help!!!! The mechanic was so helpful! He explained components of the car that were replaced and what they did and even where they were located. You could visually see where work was completed. And they had a paper of all they replaced and when. I have no fear driving my new car. And I couldn't thank the Zoom team enough for changing my outlook on life, just simply by being good genuine humans. Thank you guys! I love my car!!! ?

We purchased a 2014 Ford Focus for our 16 year old (her first car) and it is perfect for her. Clean, in good condition for what we paid, and drives well. We had a small issue with a leak that Kim, our saleswoman and office manager, was super kind and very helpful in working with us to help get it resolved. We appreciate you and the quick reply! I am very happy to say that I am very pleased with my experience at this small used car dealership. I had already looked at inventory online as I was driving 2 hours in hopes of purchasing a new to me vehicle after I totaled my 16 malibu! I went in hopes of purchasing a chevy cruze but ended up with a dodge journey which I couldn't be happier in my decision. I only paid 5k for a gently used SUV that anyone could tell had been very well taken care of. Of course this is still day 1 of my new to me vehicle, but I drove it back home, the whole 2 hour drive with no issues and a prefectly smooth ride home! My malibu was my baby, but I'm in love with my new boo! Thank you, NICK, for taking your time with my husband and I and listening to our concerns and what we were looking for in a vehicle! I definitely recommend this used car dealership, even for the long haul!
