Its a small dealership, but everything there is very nice. The prices are very fair and well worth a 2 hour drive (at least for me) for a Ram truck. Amber does her job very well and had all the information I needed. Very quick to answer my questions.

I just recently traded in my ford explorer for a Kia sorento and Amanda was absolutely great to work with! She communicated well with me and made everything quick and simple! It was a great experience and I appreciate Amanda and her team at Roanoke!

I worked with Matt and Aaron. I bought from them first back in 2023. Last night my wifes car broke down and I couldn’t get to town until late. Matt and Aaron both worked hard making sure the vehicle was at the store for me and was ready to go. I drove roughly 500 Miles to purchase a new ram 3500. I had the pleasure of working with Kenny over the last couple of weeks to secure the deal. My wife and I’s buy experience was the way it should be, smooth, honest, and most importantly, stress free! I reached out about a 24 Dodge Hornet R/T plugin hybrid on a Friday night and they had it inside and plugged in when I got there on Saturday which was much appreciated as it was so cold out. Amanda was our sales. She did wonderful at getting an idea of what I was looking for and she made the beginning of financing simple. I should say out of all the dealerships I have been to only the team at Roanoke Motors was focused on getting us the best loan rate possible! My wife is not a fan of car shopping and she told me shortly after the purchase that for our future car needs that Roanoke Motors is the only place she wants to go as it was so stress free, felt so honest and focused on a comfortable sales experience. Purchased a used Ford Expedition and traded in our Nissan Rogue. This review is overdue! We had a great experience with everyone we met. Enjoyed working with Kenny on the sale. He was very easy to work with, no pressure at all, and always very prompt to respond throughout the process. We live about an hour from Roanoke, but it is worth the drive. The entire team there from Mike to Kenny to the financing department made the experience seamless. They are very friendly and professional. They work with you to make sure you're happy. They go above and beyond at this dealership. We bought a used car and didn't notice some of the plastic covering along the bottom of the driver's side seat was loose. Kenny and Mike made sure to get us in quick, ordered the part, and fixed it for free. Thats the Roanoke difference! I tell all my friends and family about this dealership and check the website frequently as know eventually my 16 year old corolla will need replaced...they will be my first stop when looking for a new or used vehicle.

Tommy is your guy! We traveled 575 miles in order to buy our vehicle from Roanoke Motors. That statement should speak for itself, but here are the reasons why: I spoke with roughly twenty different dealers trying to get a straightforward deal with no unnecessary ad-ons. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want. I'm done with sales people who only have their best interests in mind and can't get past their own agendas. I'm tired of the games where the price changes based on if you finance with them or have a trade in. I want the advertised price to be the price for everyone. Tommy was refreshingly different. He didn't try to sneak in a protection package, nitrogen filled tires, or locking lug nuts. He gave me a straight forward price and honored my requests. He was respectful of my time (and I of his.) But it wasn't just Tommy, everyone from the finance manager to the receptionist were just a pleasure to work with. They made the transaction easy and quick. The purchase was completed in under an hour, including the test drive. Give Roanoke Motors a try, even if you are out of state.

Amber is the lady you want for a no run around experience. Forget the big dealers...If you are in need of a great sales experience---this is the place. They truly care about treating you like they would want to be treated themselves. From the time we arrived till the time we left, we felt no pressure and only helpfulness. We drove almost three hours one way and enjoyed our ride back home in a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Amber is a no pressure sales person that will do what she can to make it happen for you. I don't remember the names of all the helpful people but they were all great. If you want to waste your time shopping at the big dealers, that is up to you but I wouldn't recommend it. I would recommend Amber and Roanoke Motors.

They made buying a Jeep an excellent experience! Pictures represented the vehicle just as it was in person, the sales team wasn't pushy or annoying and they were fast to work with. we recently bought a used 2017 Dodge Challenger TA from Roanoke Motors in Roanoke IL. it was the best and easiest experience ever! there was no "pressure sales". they answered our questions and gave us the help that we wanted. we really enjoyed doing business with them and will definitely return to them if we need anything. the salesman, Al Willard, was awesome! the finance manager, Aaron Hoffman, and his associate, Amanda Grandsard, were great to work with. they took us into the shop to introduce us to Scott Everett, the service advisor. we sure did not need anything from him yet, but it was nice to meet him. it was a two hour drive to the dealership for us, but well worth it! they definitely have the small town feel to them! Amongst the dreadful search for finding a decent used car, we found a bright, shining diamond! Roanoke Motors was a little drive from Peoria but WELL worth it! We had a wonderful experience. We had mostly emailed with Amber who is spectacular! My introverted partner doesn't like small talk and she was straight to the point, provided pictures, details and answering questions. We surprised her a day early to visit the car while it was still being detailed. The low pressure, open and honest sales approach was extremely refreshing. Amber has a customer for LIFE! Seriously funny, knowledgeable, kind, inclusive to our kiddo with special needs, and her all around sales integrity was outstanding. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Getting to see the before and after detailing of the car was like magic. We hadn't expected much of an improvment on a used car and we were blown away. They detailed it to the point, it looks like new! They even managed to save the floor mats that we had just assumed to replace. Amber made sure we had time to get on the ground, really look at, test drive the car twice, provided all the specs and showed us a ton of cool features we would have missed. She let us really look at the car without hovering or making us feel like we were wasting her time. The purchasing of the vehicle was the most time comsuming part but Amber managed to sell 3 vehicles at the same time but we never felt neglected. She put in the extra time and made sure we were happy with the price! We truly have never had such service excellence when buying a car as we did with Amber at Roanoke.

Shopped with Al at Roanoke Motor today, and would without a doubt recommend him. He was not at all pushy, he took his time, was personable, and was willing to assist with any need we had. After a quick phone conversation with my husband the day prior, he had the vehicle we were interested in ready and waiting for us. As soon as we walked up we were greeted with his warm, kind, and extremely professional service. Al allowed our children to explore the vehicle, which was a HUGE hit in their eyes. He did not rush them at all, and even answered their silly questions. He even engaged the kids in conversation, which meant so much to us. While my husband test drove the vehicle, the children and I were allowed to wait in the lounge. They were thrilled with the snacks, and everyone was great in allowing their curious minds to look at the inventory and ask questions. The whole process was flawless. The atmosphere at Roanoke Motor was so warm, welcoming, and inviting. We were greeted with staff who were courteous and respectful. This was an A+ experience in our book. The whole crew was nothing but impressive!

Active Duty Army here, I was researching vehicles to buy especially the new Dodge Durango RT when i was in the Middle East. Was looking for a good price, clean history Dodge and found it here in Roanoke, IL my Home state! I came back and started talking to Roanoke dealership, they immediately started working on my offer online! and with solid numbers! I liked the Price and they set me up as soon as i gave them my information. We worked on numbers, where i wanted the plates to be in and all that. I looked for other vehicles in all of the U.S!!! many dealerships had horrible reviews and Horror stories, yikes i felt sorry for the buyers in those dealerships! I felt good and taken care of with this Dealership, they actually cared about me.I went on leave and went to Roanoke Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership. I called Navy Federal they couldn't approve me for a loan for my dream car. Mike the Sales manager helped me get approved! I went in, i inspected the vehicle, test drove it, it was like it it came out of the Dodge Factory line, pristine!! Loved it. I went ahead and bought it! They made everything simple, no gimmicks no pressure at all etc. They where an amazing bunch of people i have talked to in Dealerships. Well i bought it and i drove it to the military base in Colorado 953 miles non stop!, the vehicle performed amazing through all kinds of weather, terrain, terrain altitude never had any issues and it is still amazing!!
