Sold me 2 bad transmission the service was terrible the guy at the front desk are very rude part didn't fit took it back gave me a hard time I finally got the other transmission and this one is broken and they refuse to help me with it I highly dont recommend this place they are not good people now my money is lost and I'm stuck with this broken transmission

Hey All Seekers! Wow! Rock City Auto Parts - great value, good parts. We bought wheels, nice, round, Honda wheels. Yes they have parts, yes they have Honda wheels, R C A P is a great value and it is timely. It is efficient, and a good price too! I rarely leave reviews. This time I felt compelled to do so. At the beginning of the year, I bought an engine from Kevin, which I paid for. About two months later, I received a notification from my bank informing me that I had been charged the same amount again. I called Kevin, and he refunded the money two days later. A few months after that, I was charged the same amount again, but this time it's been a month since I called him, and he just keeps saying he'll call me back in a few minutes, but he never does. I'm not the type of person who keeps hounding people, but there's a limit. In the entire month since he took the money, I've only called him three or four times, trusting that he would act without me having to keep bothering him but nothing yet...

Mike and the crew took really good care of me. They had excellent communication about the parts and when the parts would be ready for pickup. Kevin also helped me with advise for ordering other salvaged parts in the future and was very helpful with other sites to order parts from. Thanks to all of the crew at Rock City Auto Parts.

Went to junk a car with em and Kevin quoted me $400 after I gave him all the information about the car. Later I came in with the car and he immediately tries to fast talk and cut me off the whole interaction. Claiming that it has more wrong with it than originally said, which is a lie. Then he lies again after looking under the car for 2 seconds and says that there's an aftermarket exhaust on the car. Im the second owner and have never modified the car and it came from the dealership stock. He then changes how much he would offer to 350 after lying and treating me terribly during the whole interaction. Never do buisness here, especially if you interact with this guy. Avoid at all costs.

I've gotten parts from here few times now. A used engine that is running great still and was cheaper than anyone around for the miles. And today for a power steering pump that was also cheaper than anyone around including rip off lkq. I also got a used tire for $20 that looks practically new. Definitely recommend will definitely return.

Mike the sales manager was nothing short of amazing. I called an hour before close, not only did he have my part he had it ready and stayed there until i arrived to assist. Great customer service. Highly recommend

I ordered an engine on ebay and they sent me a coolant reservoir. First Kevin claimed my shipping label was mixed up w someone else. It did not make sense because the post office does not deliver engines. Then he told me my engine was going to arrive “tomorrow” but still would not provide tracking information. Needless to say engine never arrived. I was able to get a refund thanks to ebays guarantee. But based on their real reviews (not the ones they have their friends make) this is a pattern. A pattern that indicates a routine of deception. Mike goes along w it. They should not only be shut down. They should be put in prison for their fraudulent activities. They also refused the return shipment in an attempt to drag out their scheme even longer. I put it in the trash where it belongs. The only real reviews are the bad ones. Do not trust these guys.

⭐ Absolutely Terrible – Avoid at All Costs! I rarely leave reviews, but this auto parts store absolutely earned this one. I ordered specific parts for my vehicle — provided the exact make, model, and VIN. What did they send me? Completely wrong parts that don’t even remotely fit. When I contacted customer service expecting a simple fix, they blamed me for their mistake. Yes, you read that right — their error, but somehow my fault?

These people are bad for business!!! They sold me a bad motor and gave me the run around and blocked my number. Kevin is bad for business y’all need to check the reviews from buying from them. Con artist. And they will tell you that they don’t no what’s your talking about. 1. The motor is on the way mind you they never sent a motor out in the first place. 2 Kevin will answer the phone and be like “ I’ll put you on hold I got another customer “ 3 Kevin will send you a fake tracking number 4 they try and finesse eBay’s system to trick them into thinking you sent the return and they got the item 5. They will act like you haven’t purchased anything from them . Y’all be aware they on the way down I wouldn’t order anything from them not even a screw.

ebay User name: suzuki1000at14. They sold me a bad transmission and after I left review they told me to call them and still didn’t help with a refund or replacement . Customer service is horrible. Could at least offer a partial refund or something . Bad business I would say. Beware

I called Rock City Auto Parts and dealt with Kevin for a variety of parts for my 2010 Infiniti QX56. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They went FAR beyond any reasonable expectations and found my parts in the right color and for a fantastic price. Their communication, selection, price, and customer service were among the best I’ve ever experienced no matter what industry you look. I’ll look to them first for any parts I need going forward. Thanks, Kevin and Rock City Auto Parts. You guys are top notch and truly get what Customer Service is all about. The customer isn’t always right (and I hate that saying. It seems to be used by customers to justify their ridiculous expectations and terrible behavior), but you guys are. Keep up the great work and going the extra mile!

Guy just called me back , and said I would hate to give your fiance a bad rate. We are professional if anything, and keep all equipment up to standard and par to keep customers happy and make sure adequate flow is allowed inn and out the shop. This having a bad headset.. This guy called back repeatedly after I declined business and hung up. My fiance finally answered, he tried to give me a story but I wasn't interested. I recorded the call from the start, and he threatened to give a false rating. He said he would go on there and do it ..so if I see a false rating which I know would be..because all original customers can only book through email....ROCK CITY AUTO WILL BE SURD FOR FALSE INFORMATION AND MISREPRESENTATION AND SO ON. REGINAL HOARDE.

ZERO STARS!!! First time buyer and it will be the last time too. Completely unprofessional in handling exchanges/returns. Bad for business. After selling us a defective engine and numerous phone calls we are still sitting on it. They are the rudest most disrespectful individuals EVER! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I went there to get a starter. They were so prompt. They were so very professional. He came out and he looked at my window that was broken with no charge. He also looked at my fog light at no charge. Also put in to find me a window motor and a light they are the most awesome place to go and their dog is so cool too. This is a place you need to go to parts are reasonable and good quality.

Got a part that fixed my car for like 1/3 of the price than it would have been brand new. Love these guys. Quick and to the point. Nice service. They have a lovely beautiful German shepherd that works there with them. Wonderful place and super grateful.

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with Rock city Auto. I purchased a transmission for my 1966 Ford Thunderbird listed around 650$ with shipping. At the same time, they requested for card information and charged me the exact amount, however, within a week without any order and permission they charged my account 2044.38$. When I contacted their customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and a complete lack of accountability, on top of that I tried to contact Rock Auto to resolve this issue, they blocked my number, effectively shutting down any possibility of communication. This is nothing short of a scam! They refused to address my concerns or offer any form of compensation. It is clear that this company has no interest in customer satisfaction or ethical business practices. To make matters worse, Rock City Auto continues to operate as if they are a legitimate company, despite scamming customers like me. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Rock City Auto to think twice. Save your time, money, and sanity – go to a reputable dealer instead. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Rock City Auto is a scam, and they should be held accountable for their fraudulent activities. Do yourself a favor and avoid Rock City Auto at all costs!

Kevin and his team are fantastic! They went out of their way to pull parts for me I needed quickly. I was under time constraints and Kevin made sure all the parts I requested were waiting for me when I arrived. Even when I requested additional parts after I arrived, they were able to pull parts immediately and I was on my way faster than going to the hardware store! Parts prices were very fair and Kevin had a great selection. No doubt I will do business with with him again and I will recommended Rock City Auto Parts to anyone needing quality parts. BUYER BEWARE READ YELP REVIEWS!! I will start off with saying we are a professional automotive service center with a long history of good business. We purchased a transmission from this company in February. When our driver went to pick it up he was told they misplaced the ticket but would email a copy. To date still no copy even after asking Kevin for it. We installed the transmission in the customers vehicle in March had it reprogrammed and went to drive it only to discover the transmission was no good. We called the yard spoke with mike who said he would call us back later in the week when he had another unit pulled. A week goes by and we never heard anything so I call and get Kevin who says nobody knows anything about the previous conversation including mike. He also informs me the trans is no longer under warranty they only offer a month even though when i purchased it mike told me three months. I did the math it was 5 days from a month when i first called so that makes me wonder there. I have been told several times owner will have to call me back and they would have him call. No phone calls I even went so far as to pull phone bill records to see how many times I have called and how many they have called back for those who want to know the score currently it is me 39 calls made them 0 returned. All I would like is for them to either refund our money or give us a replacement unit as I still have not gotten one for this customer. Stand behind your product don't dodge the warranty. I hate typing this because this is a small business like myself but with where I am in this situation I feel others need to be warned so as not out what I am currently out in finances and time.
