Went to junk a car with em and Kevin quoted me $400 after I gave him all the information about the car. Later I came in with the car and he immediately tries to fast talk and cut me off the whole interaction. Claiming that it has more wrong with it than originally said, which is a lie. Then he lies again after looking under the car for 2 seconds and says that there's an aftermarket exhaust on the car. Im the second owner and have never modified the car and it came from the dealership stock. He then changes how much he would offer to 350 after lying and treating me terribly during the whole interaction. Never do buisness here, especially if you interact with this guy. Avoid at all costs.
The owner Kevin is known to sell faulty engines to multiple people and always blames the customer because according to him they " test it". We are a business that purchased an engine from this seller, upon receiving the engine, our technician inspected it and immediately identified it as defective. We informed the owner before assembly, but he insisted the engine was good and claimed they test all engines prior to sale. He said he wouldn't give us a replacement until we assembled it, even if it cost us more money and time. Despite our professional judgment, he advised us to install the engine to " prove it doesn't work". We followed his instruction and, as expected, confirmed that the engine was indeed defective. He also blamed our technician. This would be the second engine he replaced and was defective. Since then, we have reached out multiple times requesting a replacement once again but have not received any resolution. It's very concerning that this seller continues to dismiss legitimate concerns from customers. We strongly caution others from purchasing from this seller! He is a professional scammer. It's been a month and we paid over 2k for this engine, and still no resolution.
All around quick and great service, resonable prices probably the best in town on many things, works with u on making things right, willing to help make sure u have the correct part. Will go here first before anyone else
I've gotten parts from here few times now. A used engine that is running great still and was cheaper than anyone around for the miles. And today for a power steering pump that was also cheaper than anyone around including rip off lkq. I also got a used tire for $20 that looks practically new. Definitely recommend will definitely return.
Mike the sales manager was nothing short of amazing. I called an hour before close, not only did he have my part he had it ready and stayed there until i arrived to assist. Great customer service. Highly recommend
I ordered an engine on ebay and they sent me a coolant reservoir. First Kevin claimed my shipping label was mixed up w someone else. It did not make sense because the post office does not deliver engines. Then he told me my engine was going to arrive “tomorrow” but still would not provide tracking information. Needless to say engine never arrived. I was able to get a refund thanks to ebays guarantee. But based on their real reviews (not the ones they have their friends make) this is a pattern. A pattern that indicates a routine of deception. Mike goes along w it. They should not only be shut down. They should be put in prison for their fraudulent activities.
They also refused the return shipment in an attempt to drag out their scheme even longer. I put it in the trash where it belongs.
The only real reviews are the bad ones. Do not trust these guys.
Not only did they have a replacement door panel for my truck, but it was the exact color I needed. I called and within 2 hours I was able to pick up. I will be calling these guys first from now on!!! Thanks again Mike!!
Just got done installing the drive shaft that Kevin found for me, 4 wheel drive is back!! Top notch establishment. If they don't have it, they'll find it. A+ seller. Will definitely be using them for more projects in the future.

⭐ Absolutely Terrible – Avoid at All Costs!
I rarely leave reviews, but this auto parts store absolutely earned this one. I ordered specific parts for my vehicle — provided the exact make, model, and VIN. What did they send me? Completely wrong parts that don’t even remotely fit. When I contacted customer service expecting a simple fix, they blamed me for their mistake. Yes, you read that right — their error, but somehow my fault?
PROBBALY THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. KEVIN HAS ZERO CLUE AND IT SHOWS! MY EXPERIENCE COULD NOT BE ANY WORSE DEALING WITH HIM!!!!! WOULD GIVE GIVE A THOUSAND NEGATIVE RATINGS IF I COULD!
I hate doing this but I have no choice on, to many attempts to work with you guys but never delivered.... on may 30 I purchased a transmission for a 2011 vw they said transmission was ready for pick up I sent my driver 2 hours away to pick it up on Tuesday jun 3 just to find out one of their drivers have taken by mistake, well he said he was going to ship it, I called thurday the 5 and he said is coming is on the pallet ok.. on Friday he said let call my driver and get back to you, never got to me and Saturday they close so I had to with till Monday to get someone on the phone he answer he said the transmission was out for delivery this was around 9am around 3pm I called again he said I was 2 stops away so I kept waiting around 7pm I sent him a text to let him know nothing showed up never replied. now is Tuesday I had to call around 10times to all 3 number I have of them finally after 9am some one answer and someone is gonna get back on me soon is already 12pm and no-one have call this is embarrassing a business should not be run like this.. I have a very upset customer that keeps showing up for his car... I have over 50 calls and text messages from this place.. very bad Service... 000000 stars......you have my number so you can call I willl answer my cell.
These people are bad for business!!! They sold me a bad motor and gave me the run around and blocked my number. Kevin is bad for business y’all need to check the reviews from buying from them. Con artist. And they will tell you that they don’t no what’s your talking about.
1. The motor is on the way mind you they never sent a motor out in the first place.
2 Kevin will answer the phone and be like “ I’ll put you on hold I got another customer “
3 Kevin will send you a fake tracking number
4 they try and finesse eBay’s system to trick them into thinking you sent the return and they got the item
5. They will act like you haven’t purchased anything from them .

ebay User name: suzuki1000at14. They sold me a bad transmission and after I left review they told me to call them and still didn’t help with a refund or replacement . Customer service is horrible. Could at least offer a partial refund or something . Bad business I would say. Beware
I called Rock City Auto Parts and dealt with Kevin for a variety of parts for my 2010 Infiniti QX56. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They went FAR beyond any reasonable expectations and found my parts in the right color and for a fantastic price. Their communication, selection, price, and customer service were among the best I’ve ever experienced no matter what industry you look. I’ll look to them first for any parts I need going forward.

Guy just called me back , and said I would hate to give your fiance a bad rate. We are professional if anything, and keep all equipment up to standard and par to keep customers happy and make sure adequate flow is allowed inn and out the shop. This having a bad headset.. This guy called back repeatedly after I declined business and hung up. My fiance finally answered, he tried to give me a story but I wasn't interested. I recorded the call from the start, and he threatened to give a false rating. He said he would go on there and do it ..so if I see a false rating which I know would be..because all original customers can only book through email....ROCK CITY AUTO WILL BE SURD FOR FALSE INFORMATION AND MISREPRESENTATION AND SO ON.

Ordered transmission tween received and installed it was defect talked to the seller said they would do a replacement if I closed my return through eBay( which I did like a idiot because once the return is closed eBay will no longer step in to help) the seller then proceeds to ignore communication until I left a review on eBay then he calls says a replacement was sent but won’t give a tracking number at all even after multiple calls he gets me a retract my review and still no tracking info but keeps saying one is on the way still no tracking now they have blocked the number we calling from
Charged our company for a part another company bought and haven’t refunded us yet over a month later. Won’t call or email back either. Say they will do one thing and then nothing. Actually handed us a refund receipt and then never refunded our card. Never have time to talk or respond. Nothing but the run around.
I went there to get a starter. They were so prompt. They were so very professional. He came out and he looked at my window that was broken with no charge. He also looked at my fog light at no charge. Also put in to find me a window motor and a light they are the most awesome place to go and their dog is so cool too. This is a place you need to go to parts are reasonable and good quality.
Just ordered parts via eBay through a guest account, but wanted to give my Kudos to Rock City Auto Parts. 2016 Fiat mirror got here to Baltimore a week earlier than projected, and it looks great. Got a part that fixed my car for like 1/3 of the price than it would have been brand new. Love these guys. Quick and to the point. Nice service. They have a lovely beautiful German shepherd that works there with them. Wonderful place and super grateful.

They went out of their way to pull parts for me I needed quickly. I was under time constraints and Kevin made sure all the parts I requested were waiting for me when I arrived. Even when I requested additional parts after I arrived, they were able to pull parts immediately and I was on my way faster than going to the hardware store!
Parts prices were very fair and Kevin had a great selection. No doubt I will do business with with him again and I will recommended Rock City Auto Parts to anyone needing quality parts.

BUYER BEWARE READ YELP REVIEWS!! I will start off with saying we are a professional automotive service center with a long history of good business. We purchased a transmission from this company in February. When our driver went to pick it up he was told they misplaced the ticket but would email a copy. To date still no copy even after asking Kevin for it. We installed the transmission in the customers vehicle in March had it reprogrammed and went to drive it only to discover the transmission was no good. We called the yard spoke with mike who said he would call us back later in the week when he had another unit pulled. A week goes by and we never heard anything so I call and get Kevin who says nobody knows anything about the previous conversation including mike. He also informs me the trans is no longer under warranty they only offer a month even though when i purchased it mike told me three months. I did the math it was 5 days from a month when i first called so that makes me wonder there. I have been told several times owner will have to call me back and they would have him call. No phone calls I even went so far as to pull phone bill records to see how many times I have called and how many they have called back for those who want to know the score currently it is me 39 calls made them 0 returned. All I would like is for them to either refund our money or give us a replacement unit as I still have not gotten one for this customer. Stand behind your product don't dodge the warranty. I hate typing this because this is a small business like myself but with where I am in this situation I feel others need to be warned so as not out what I am currently out in finances and time.
These guys went above and beyond to get you the help you need. I waited to put my review in until the trans that I got from them was installed. The car runs better than ever no hiccups. Helped me get this trans from Rockford to the south suburbs without headaches. Very trustworthy.
I had the best experience today at Rock City Auto. Kevin was able to accommodate me coming from Milwaukee WI even though I did NOT follow his instructions.
