Absolute 5 star!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Professional, friendly and fast. Estimated 1 hour wait, showed up in 45 min, loaded vehicle in less than 5 minutes. Turned a bad day into a good one.
I've had the fortunate/unfortunate circumstances to use John Cruz's towing services a few times now, and should I ever need another tow, Cruz Towing will be who I call first. He's very quick to tell me how long it will be before he can get to me, and then he arrives pretty close to when he says he will. He takes good care of my car (to make sure nothing is dragging or whatever) and charges a fair price. He's a good guy who does an honest job.
What an amazing company. We called John on a Saturday evening for a tow from the side of HWY. 20 in Winnebago. He said he was on the way and would be there in 45 minutes. He was there 3 minutes sooner than that. Very friendly and Professional!!!!
