Very professional and open communication. I had to turn into a customer entrance I've been to before in the area delivering, and knew I could sleep overnight. There is a giant pothole at the entrance split with a cone covering it. I was line up against the wall trying to avoid getting close to the hole with my steer and my trailer tandems became stuck in a ditch during my turn attempt. I've been driving commercial trucks for around 8 years. First big oopsie. Craig was very professional and knew what he was doing.

I was traveling on Highway 20 through pecatonica January 16th 2025 suddenly had a tire blowout. Called Craig Dummer LTD around 9:45 p.m. Craig promptly responded about 30 minutes later. It was determined due to the time of evening that my misfortune would require a hotel stay while a new tire was located. Not only did Craig provide exceptional tow Service also dropped us off at the hotel to ensure our safety.
