Worst experience with the workers. Very rude and unproffesional if you are a trucker dont touch this location they will scam you and tell you one day that the vehicle is ready but then just slam the door that it is not ready.
This place is nothing but a scammer!! My car was repossessed and as soon as I noticed it gone I contacted my finance company because I had paid my balance and was current but it took a minute to remove the vehicle for being out for repossession. Anyhow within the same day my finance company sent the letter to them informing them that the amount was paid and they can release the vehicle. So they give me the phone number of the company to call to get my vehicle back mind you I was out of town when this happened! Anyways within the same day I called them and I was informed that you have to set up an appointment to get your vehicle back fine set me up an appointment only to find out that there's no appointments available until next Thursday today is Tuesday and they don't have an appointment open for me to come pick up my vehicle until next Thursday? This meant that I was going to be charged a storage fee for 9 days and the only way that I can get it back now was that he could fit me in after hours if I pay a $300 fee to get my vehicle so either way I was going to be paying them to retain my vehicle this is nothing but a scam. I had a doctor's appointment that I had to get to so I'm going to be out of $300 or more if I let it sit there to next Thursday anyway so I chose to pay the $300 cash they only take cash red flag! So as I said fit me in after hours when I hear after hours I'm assuming after 5:00 that's after hours but no he gave me an appointment for 3:45 p.m. and they don't close until 5:00??? If that isn't obvious I don't know what else is it literally took them two minutes to give me my vehicle I initialed an iPad they went open the gate and gave me my vehicle that simple but yet so complicated so complicated because they are full of crap You are determined to get $300 or more out of me either way it goes I can wait until you have an appointment open which is next Thursday and like I said today is Wednesday and I try to get it back yesterday which was Tuesday when they took it as soon as it was gone I assure you it wasn't 12 hours later when they got the letter stating to release it. But no no appointments available and because they operate on appointment only you're screwed so you're either going to pay him $300 him being Clayton so he can fit you in at 3:30 in the afternoon or you can just wait until he hasn't opening cuz he's so busy like a doctor's office!! One thing about my finance company they have stopped doing business with whomever that top notch recovery is through because they're like through third party but top notch recovery has lost a contract because this is not the first time that my finance company says that they have had a complaint regarding this company as hard as times are today there are people who want to make it harder and it's sad even if he couldn't have gave me an appointment until Friday that would have been fine but when you told me next Thursday 9 days later I knew then I'm going to be paying more than the $300 if I wait until next Thursday! Pitiful if you need any towing don't do business with this company cuz they don't do honest work
Worthless customer service we’re picking up a vehicle, but you can’t go in. You have to knock and give him money and then walk another mile to find your car. Which we will be taking pictures of to make sure there’s no damage that I’m sure Please stay away from this If you value your vehicle and belongings
No stars ....they took my car on the 31st if December I was sick ND in the hospital but I called the very first day to pay for car ppl didn't answer the phone for almost 2 weeks,( now it's impossible to pay for car)then when they did told me I had to set up an appt which I did....then I go for the appt (an hr away) and the lady is not there and the other lady wouldn't answer the phone or door so now the fees are thru the roof ....so I ask to just get my things so we set up another appt then when it's time for me to get up and go (right now) she calls and says they sent it to auction....it's like they did that on purpose so I couldn't obtain my car back or my possessions....horrible scamming company
My daughter car was towed from JC and they secured her purse in their safe. When my daughter noticed that her ID and credit cards were in her purse and not in her hand bag she immediately called me. I called them and notified them that I bought her a very expensive Coach handbag, that she carries her ID in this handbag and that it was missing and that someone took her cards out of it, and placed them in her purse Intentionally. They told me they will call me the next day and let me know something. I have not yet received a phone call from them and they told me when I called today that no one seen it. They were very nice at first then today they gave me attitude on the phone and I was very polite and asked and I told them I’m not pointing fingers but I just wanted my daughter property returned. All they said was Sorry. I can’t stand Thieves.
They don't even deserve one star....When we went to get the vehicles back we paid $900 cash since they said no checks and to have exact change because they do not keep change WITHOUT getting a receipt and then to find that our vehicles had both been scratched and the back of my truck was dented in like it had been hit. My car had the glove department and the center console completely emptied into the passenger seat and floor board and our license plates were off of both vehicles. The scratches are deep and we are going to have to have the entire drivers side redone on the truck and also the entire back corner panel. Anything that was worth any type of money is GONE and on the papers they wrote down that they had contacted a sheriffs department outside of our jurisdiction which is NOT legal for them to take our vehicles at that point (got this info from police dept.). We also had medications stolen out of the car. DO NOT deal with them if you don't have to try to avoid them at all costs!! This is costing us even more than what we already paid just to get them back we would be better off getting new vehicles at this point due to the amount of money we will have to put into them to fix what they damaged and stole!!!
Imagine trying to keep my car because the redemption company “ didn’t send the correct release form” I called and verified that they only Send ONE FORM on September 16th @ 9:30am wasn’t able to get my car until September 26th @ 4:30pm. Battery was dead because my trunk was left open as they STOLE my Stanley cup from the trunk. Owner was rude and a liar from the very beginning. Tried to still charge me a “ storage fee” even though my car was paid for and they didn’t want to release it to get more money, that they aren’t getting. STAY AWAY from these people!!! Took my plates off my car and kept the screws to the plates. Who does that? BBB will get a report.
These idiots are definitely dangerous people! Dangerous drivers! They do not care what they're doing. They tried their tow trucks like pissed off teenagers! Very very very dangerous! Would never recommend them.
They came and took my car when I was at urgent care, I get it just doing their job. The tells us we can “just come get your stuff out of it” we got there before they were closed, they told us they were closed and we had to make an appointment. Then when we got there for my appointment they tried to say it was for a different day. They eventually said okay and that the guy who loves the cars is on break. We waitied outside for 30 minutes. They then proceeded to bring my a trash bag with my stuff in it to charge me $85. They said my car was already gone but we seen it in the lot when we went, so they made us wait while they cleaned my car out just to charge me money they also took window cleaner and about $70 worth of crystals.
Worst business ever. Scammers and terrible people! Had a car taken by them on the 9th after 9pm. I called them at 10 pm that night. Had to wait for the next day. Fair enough.
The next day comes, we pay $200 in fees to get the car back. Then they say that we can’t take it until the NEXT day. That day is today. We call and ask to come get it and now they say it’s $300 more because it stayed another night! I get that’s what happens when you just leave it there, but we had already paid, asked to get it, and were denied! They held the car hostage to take another $300!! They even threatened to auction it as we were there paying it! How is that even legal!?

This bottom of the barrel company should not be permitted to operate. My husband left a negative review for failure to provide a receipt for $85 cash placed into their hands. When my son went to pick up his vehicle, they charged $450 for two days, one of them being a holiday, again demanding cash. When asked for a receipt for the $450, they complained about my husband's
review repeatedly, and finally wrote out a receipt which said basically nothing. My feeling is that if they want to avoid poor reviews, they should run a respectable business. I again asked for a receipt for the $85 my husband paid, and was told to get it from the loan company. Apparently the school that this guy graduated from with Jethro does not teach basic rules of modern commerce, to include that when someone gives cash payment a receipt is given by the person who was paid, not a company 2 states away with no knowledge of the transaction. This man also knew that my son had to return from leave, so it left us with no
choice but to pay his exorbitant
fee. Apparently this boy has no problem taking advantage of elderly people like myself and my husband, or our service members like my son, and charged excessive fees to get revenge for a bad review.
My sons vehicle was towed to this scum lot. They charged an $85 cash extortion fee for him to recover his personal items from the vehicle. When I asked for a receipt for this payment they refused. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to come outside, instead letting his helper handle all questions. I'm not sure that it is legal to charge a fee to recover personal items. But if I find out it is not, I plan to file a complaint with local authorities and the bbb. Probably going to file with the bbb anyway for refusing to give receipt for cash payment.
You can definitely see why this is the lowest rated business in the area. The woman answering phones sounds to be mentally disabled/addicted and has a hard time remembering appointments. As everyone else has stated they steal from your vehicle and charge you to get your things back.
Stranded on the side of the road a gentleman named Mike stoped gave me some water and helped me on my way even though I had a truck coming. Talk about class I appreciated it a lot.
You should get ZERO stars for how you run this. I understand the need for this type business but you are taking advantage and extorting struggling people $300! And how many people do you do this to? They already made their payment and vehicle is ready to be released but can ONLY pick it up between 9-12 and ONLY on Tuesday or Thursday and ONLY by appointment and then telling my daughter she’d have to wait two weeks until the next available appointment OR pay $300?!?! Shame on you keeping someone’s car two weeks longer than you have a right to OR extortioning them for $300!!!! I know everybody needs a way to make a living but you couldn’t pay me enough to go pick up peoples cars during a hard time in their life and then the audacity to HOLD it after they bust tail to get their payment in OR they can pay the $300 extra to you! Shameful! You know people can’t wait two extra weeks with no vehicle, and since you have that vehicle how are they supposed to get to work to make YOU an additional $300. I sure hope nothing is missing from her car like these other reviews are talking about because this momma will raise a straight up fit!!!
Called 3 times in one day and left messages twice during the day and one later in evening. No reply back. Just trying to get my vehicle which has been released
BEWARE! They will steal anything they can from your vehicle while it's there and the overweight owner is too scared to answer any questions so he just calls the police if you inquire about the stolen items.
The guy at this tow yard is the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I've ever spoke to, tried to lie and get me to wait 2 extra days on my vehicle just to squeeze another $300 out of someone who didn't have anything to begin with and they originally picked up my vehicle when the finance company i go through had a national holiday, so I could not contact them during the time of repossession
They posed as the owner of vehicle's when they called the station to ask if the syv was still there. They then towed the suv.. they r efused to give me the contents u bless I paid $75 because they inventory it
I’ve called multiple times about getting my belongings out of my car and have yet to receive a call back from them 😡 edit to reply: I haven’t called on a Sunday, I call during your business hours “Monday-Friday” I’ve also left emails with no replies.
They could improve their business by not stealing the customers property out of their custoners. my truck was recovered my top notch for my bank and when I went to get my truck back my $1,200 amp was gone my $200 radar detector was gone two pairs of sunglasses that cost over $350 were gone plus a bunch of other little odds and ends. Not to mention my truck was trashed- stuff thrown all over the place, my console was torn off, and my door trim was hanging off. when I asked the owner, who was the only one with access to my vehicle, he got all defensive and offered me no explanation. The way he was acting& his body language told what I already knew-this guy stole my stuff. He thought I wouldnt be able to come up with the $ to get my car back so he figured he could take what he wanted. The I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy and I hope they go out of business as soon as possible
