I stopped in Autozone today in need of a new car battery. Matt and Chance were great. Several places told me because of the battery location they wouldn’t be able to do it. Chance had the old battery out and the new battery really quick. Those guys are a real asset to that store. Thank you for great customer service guys !

I went to Auto Zone (New Lenox) today. I don't know the employee's name, but he was extremely helpful right from the start. He tested my battery and replaced it. It didn't take much time at all. I was impressed how respectful and kind he was. I appreciate the customer service. Thank you! Keep it up!

Walked into this AutoZone upset because there was an issue with my vehicle. Matt and Jamal were working tonight and did everything they could to help with my issue. Not only did they go above and beyond to get me the right parts. They got me a great deal and right back on the road. Thanks guys!!

I needed a wiper blade for my car because I lost my passenger side wiper for the second time. We went to Auto Zone in New Lenox and were greeted by Jamal who was very helpful. My car was a little tricky to find the proper wiper. He was very determined to fit the proper wiper on my car and he did. Thank you Jamal for being so helpful. I believe my previous wiper was wrong and that is why it fell off. It was put on by a different store. My daughter and I were impressed with Jamal.

I absolutely had no idea what I was doing until the manager,Chey, helped me out. She answered all of my questions and was very professional. Kudo's!!!!!

I had a very corroded battery and it took a lot to remove them, but all through it he was very professional and helpful. I am very happy with the customer service at this Autozone. Austin should be commended.

Went to AutoZone to find the right bulb for my daytime running light. Zach was incredibly helpful in helping me find the right fit. Beyond this, when that turned out to not be the problem (bulb was fine, wiring issue) he was able to identify the part that was faulty and help me find/order it. Through every step, he was amicable and willing to take time out to explain things to me in detail. What was posed to be an incredibly frustrating experience wound up easy and pleasant— I would definitely recommend this store and really appreciated Zach’s help.

Stopped at Pep boys to get a turn signal bulb replaced. They told me it would be several hours. Went to Auto Zone a couple of doors down, purchased the bulb and asked if they could help me change it. The young women at the register Said "sure!" She came out and had the bulb replaced in less than 5 minutes. I will continue to patronize auto zone. Pep Boys, not so much

Zach and Tim, really helped us out. we were trying to fix a water pump for a chevy and they stayed later and got us what we needed. Much respect to both of them.

I have been going to this store for the last 5 years and never have been disrespected as much as I was today I don’t think I will ever come to the new Lenox location again you lost a life time costume to this location I went in to return a part and get the correct on because it was and he trying to arrange with me it’s right when it clearly wasn’t maybe he should go be a tech then if you know so much

Stupid car heater blower went out and can't get it in for a few days. Called and talked to Cheyenne about portable car heater. When I got there 20 minutes later she had it up front ready and waiting. Very nice.

I want to give a shout out to the amazing staff they had this morning! They were friendly and helpful! I have never been treated with such care. There was a wonderful woman I spoke to on the phone, she helped me get a new battery for my car! But before that she had sent a co worker over to my car to help me jump start it after waiting on my tow truck to jump it, they never came after waiting 3 hours. What an amazing crew you have at this location! I’m truly blessed from all there help!

Went into autozone the other day. I was looking for a set of Windshield wipers that I needed for one of my cars. The customer service girl did a fantastic job finding the correct match and size that I needed. She was friendly and helpful and not disinterested Like some of the kids that work at Places like this. If you sign up for the rewards program either through the Internet or at the store or on their app. You will get a little discount on your next purchase which is okay with me. All in all it was a good experience and I look forward to doing business at autozone again in the future.

These folks know how to run a store! Love going in and always seeing smiling faces. I've had issues with other locations but this one is truly my favorite to deal with. I send my employees there constantly for brake kleen and rags and oil. I've never had one guy come back empty handed. Dawn and Ali always are great to deal with and when I'm even lost on what I need, they track it down! It's nice to see when other stores that rhyme with mep boys, turn their backs on customers with the parts game, that other people stepped up!

What a great place to deal with! Our shop has been working with this location for 3 years now. If it wasn't for Ali and Dawn, I don't think we would have been able to survive the pandemic. And now with Emma there as well we can count on getting everything on time all the time any time :).

I was in and out in less 10 minutes! I needed new windshield wipers & Dawn was absolutely incredible. She searched for what kind of wipers I needed, grabbed them, checked me out AND put them on for me…in less than 10 minutes. Such a sweetheart! Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks Dawn!

I went in late during a week day and when I say late, like 20min before they close because my battery wasn't holding a charge. An employee named Justin helped me right away without hesitation or realizing it was close to quitting time. Justin did a fabulous job helping me out and swapping out my battery! He was patient and answered all my questions! He even did a full system check for me when he was finished. We need more employees like Justin in the world, I'll tell ya!

I went in to get oil for my car an didn’t know what I needed. Alexandria helped me look up what I needed an helped me look what oil filter I needed as well. I was also telling them that I had a light on in my car an she had her coworker Justin come out an look at my car for me an was able to tell me what was wrong with my car. They were so helpful. With me being new to the area it was nice to meet new people that were actually helpful!!

I was there yesterday to see if they could check my engine light because of Covid they couldn’t do it but they let me do it and it ended up being a catalytic converter message read out. To Purchase one and have it installed would’ve cost a fortune but the younger guy at the counter recommended some catalytic cleaner which cost only $30 and an older gentleman that works there said if I did it right it would have a 75% success rate. Well I did it as instructed and the check engine light came off so thanks to those two gentlemen who help me out and also help me save a fortune forgive me that I did not remember their names.

Hunter was very helpful in helping me find what size wiper blades go on my car. Alexandria came out to help put them on & teach me so that I can put them on myself next time. 10/10 would recommend this autozone & crew!

The staff there was extremely helpful. Allie & Dawn (if I remember correctly, sorry if I'm off) were extremely helpful. Not only did they help me put the windshield wipers on but they made me feel comfortable. They may have picked up on my anxiety of being in an auto store. Needless to say this will be the only store that I'll go to. Thanks ladies!

Excellent customer service! I went in to have my check engine light checked and was low on coolant. The gentleman even put the coolant into my van! I received better service than I would have at the dealership, and it only cost me the price of a jug of coolant.

Mike and Alli were extremely professional and helpful during this crazy time our world is facing. All I had to do is tell them what was going on with my car and they did all the rest while I sat in my car. Alli and Mike thank you for being so friendly, helpful, and efficient. You both deserve extra pay for working when a lot of places are closed.

Allie is amazing! Came in for a steering wheel cover that would keep my hands warm and she directed me right to the perfect one. She even let me go out to her car to see her steering wheel cover so I could see what it looked like installed. Then, after I picked mine out she came outside and installed it for me! Extremely kind people working in this place. Thanks so much Allie!
