Got in a car accident and Lawson's was able to repair my car fully back to new! Sam was super helpful, communicated with me through the whole process, and was transparent in every aspect. The staff here is top rate and completed the job quickly.
We took my fiances car here after an accident that occurred, a driver wasn't paying attention at an intersection and hit us in the rear damaging the rear quarter panel and back bumper as well as our brand new rim. I cant say enough about the service, they call you everyday to give you updates and are so friendly! The customer service here is AMAZING the best i have ever come across. The work they did was phenomenal even better then i expected it looks like the car was driven fresh off the lot. The inside was detailed as well as the body was washed and waxed. They even popped out some dents in the body that weren't even part of the accident, as well as balanced the tires! Needless to say i couldn't stop looking at the car as it looked so beautiful. Inwill definitely coming back to get more work done on my vehicles. I cant say enough good things about John Lawsons Auto Rebuilders. I love this shop 5 stars all around.
Came in about a month ago to get an estimate on getting some work done. This shop is a pretty big name around town so I figured I'd give it a try. Lady came out and looked at it and then took my info and I was told I would get an email with my estimate.
Week or 2 goes by and I still haven't gotten an email. I called and was told the lady who does the estimate will call me back and they took my info again. Still have yet to receive an email or a call back after another 2 weeks. I would have rather have been told they're not interested in doing the work or can't do it rather than be avoided/ignored.
Not the service I was expecting from such a big name in town. I'll find another body shop who actually wants my business.
They were really helpful with any questions I had as it was my first time getting my car fixed from an accident. When I can to pick it it up, it’s as if no accident even happened. Tthey even cleaned out my seats and floor mats and had the new car scent.
We love the Lawsons, they do great bodywork and mechanical work. We support family owned and operated businesses who work and live in the communities they serve.
Got my car back last night and they made it nicer than it was before the accident. Customer service at Lawson’s is above and beyond. You can tell they really care about the customer. I don’t think I’ll bother with any other shops around here.
I have been to Lawsons twice now with my 2019 Chevy Traverse. It is a magnet for disaster. So far Lawsons has fixed my tailgate twice now, one time from a gouge due to my family closing the garage on it while it was opened (sadly I didn’t get a picture of that). The other time a new gouge was when it was backed it into a opened fence gate and a huge dent on the side from a shopping cart smashing into it. My car came back to me in better shape then when I bought it (brand new). You couldn’t even tell that there was damage. They popped the dents out, fixed the deep gouges and matched the paint color perfectly. I will never go anywhere else. They were easy to work with, worked in a timely manner, and the cost was reasonable for the work that it needed. Thank you Lawson Family and crew for fixing my car up. She will be back soon due to a golf ball dent on the side .

They did a great job on my 2014 cruze. I let them take their time and wow did the whole front end with gm parts and the color matching was outstanding. Done in no time flat. Awesome work and friendly people.
I asked for an estimate on my car. They said that they did not mind coming and taking a look at the car because it was only 4 blocks away. They did not give the estimate that day, they pushed it off to the next day, then the next day. Finally a week after I first asked them, they asked if i could send pictures instead. 3 days waiting on a response to the pictures then went to someone else.
