I called about a 9mile tow .They really take advantage of you instead of $60-$70 tow .. they wanted $220.00 for 9-10 miles maybe... 1 star ... vulture agency... . not impressed at all
Great service. He was quicker then anyone else. He picked my car up with his truck without hurting my low car. He dropped it off at a tire place and dropped me off at home. He was friendly as well.
Guy was very rude. Says I wasted his time. I had my car not working and it instead work. That’s not how you run a business especially when you talk to a customer. NEVER recommend and terrible service.

The owner asked if he was wasting his time by towing from Woodridge to Joliet. Then asked who else was called and insisted he was the lowest price, which he is NOT. Very rude when I approached him when he brought the vehicle back to the home and when I asked what the problem was, he said that my son was "having a bad day". Yes, normally when a car needs to be towed, its not GOOD DAY. If you ask a question you don't really want to know the answer to, why ask?
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. He isn't a helping hand when things go wrong. He isn't the least expensive but just happened to answer his phone. Maybe our first choice, Sergio's towing, was busy due to their lower price AND great customer service.
I called the Guy told me to call him back on his cell phone if I wanted them to tow my vehicle. He texted me so I had the number. I texted him back but he never responded so i called him. Finally got the driver to my location gave him the address to where i needed the vehicle to go paid him and off we went. We followed him and he was going the opposite way. Had to call the office to get a hold of the drive . They gave me a price but charged me more for using my credit card which they never told me about. Not sure if I will ever use them again.
