Whoever is answering the phone needs to take a chill pill. Wants to ge upset and tell me to leave him alone because I mistakenly called twice asking for the same part. Sorry there’s 100 places in Chicago to call for parts, def didnt mean to call you back after the first call.

I called in about selling my car. The man answered the phone crabby to start with. He asked if I had a title and I said no I lost it. As I was asking him a question? He hung up on me. I personally wouldn't do business with a company like this. Maybe it's time for the crabby man to retire.

Needed 2 fuel lines on a 2006 jeep commander tells me we don't mess with fuel lines. Like why? You couldn't unplug 2 lines and charge me $150? Very unprofessional and unwilling to help someone down and out of a car, all because a hole in muffler
Picked up a few Miata parts from their lot, they were really helpful and kind. Their prices are reasonable as well, taking into consideration that they take off the parts for you.
So i called in for a transmission, This slick man tells me that he has one for 900 but he doesnt "know" the mileage, I said okay let me get back to you on that because its more then the average price but if the mileage is good ill take it, he gave me the vin.
The sneaky man ended up calling ME 30 minute later telling me he will give it to me for 800$ , the price locally transmisisons are going for at 120k-140k. When i KINDLY start to tell him why im not interested and would only pay around 400$ because the car has 230,000+ miles on it he hangs up the phone. Clearly you wanted to get over on somone with a 230k+ mile transmission and im almost possitive you have the mileage if you had the vin.
Becarefull, Carfax the vins dont believe the story they tell you.
Well, they don't let you in the yard anymore. That's bad. They didn't have anything I was looking for. But I've found in my travels that I sometimes I find things that I didn't know I wanted. Their loss not mine.
Wouldn’t sell me a part cause I was asking questions about it. Wanted to know if they had pictures to see if was right wanted money up front , and could not provide if was even good or not. Talking about they don’t warranty these parts all I wanted to know if they valves in the head were bent simple to look and tell. But they seen me as a problem. And also took my credit card info first
If I could give no stars I would. When I called in these parts I told the guy I needed the support brackets and bezels for the front end of my e250. First off he brings me parts that are partly broken and cracked. Me being the person that I am I said I can work these parts. I go to install them and the upper bracket plastic support that mounts the grill isn’t with the parts. The guy argued with me over the phone about what I needed and what the part was called. Also I had to walk out in the junkyard and tell his guy what part I needed. Totally unprofessional from business owner to business owner I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I paid over 400 for these parts the least they could do is show some customer service.
I called in to look for a transfer case for my Jeep and the guy was immediately annoyed with me because I didn't hear a question he asked. He then complained when I asked about the mileage on the used part as if I was wanting something for nothing. It shouldn't be a problem to inquire about my parts. Horrible service.

John went out to the yard to check if the add on part I needed was on the (close in year) model they had. Yes and Yes, my trip to pick up the part was worth it. We bought 2 doors for my car at a lower price than competition and they also helped load them for us (which was tricky with space confines and very windy weather). They were right off interstate 80, so easy to get to.
Nice yard. Nice people. Even had a return/exchange on an engine they pulled for me. We discussed my concerns with the engine, professionally, and ultimately the engine was exchanged. No charge. No hassle. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

Bought a motor turned out to be bad. They've been Playing around with getting me another one. Offering me store credit intead of giving the cash back. Had to pay someone to take out the old one and put there's in. Refusing to pay anything for there wrongs
I went there for a cluster for my truck. When I got home installed it gas,oil,and rpm gauges did not work. Brought it back for exchange being electronic I can't get money back so I got exchange for another one that had double the miles. Rpm gauges works but not gas or oil guy says there must be something wrong with my truck. But funny how rpm gauge works great hhhhhmmm I won't being buying from here again
This is a very nice place to shop for used parts I received the deal of a life time on 2 tires and two rims just like new . Glad to share the good news !
i went to this place last year and it was a very friendly place to get parts. friendly staff, good prices, etc. now, staff is very rude, short, and will not let you go in unless you tell them what you need!! it is a JUNKYARD. you should be able to go in and get specific parts that you want. they wouldnt let me take 4 screws for a spark plug cover, a steering wheel, etc. i either had to buy the whole engine (which was a ridiculous price) or a whole steering column. wish it was the same way it was a year ago. never going back to this place again
One of the friendliest used car parts vendors in the Chicagoland area. I purchased a steering rack for my Miata here and the gentleman, Ray, whom I spoke with on the phone was super patient and nice. The steering rack was clean and I was assured that it was a solid piece. After installing it on my car, they were right. Their prices are very competitve and have a nice return policy. However, their customer service is on point. I know I will be coming here regularly just for that, even though this location is quite a ways from my home. Good job guys, keep it up!
Fair Prices, these guys are friendly too boot. Really helpful in finding the parts you need. I got a 1999 Ford Explorer Axle for my Jeep TJ and they made it so easy to pickup! I wont even mess with the jerks at u-pull it anymore. This yard is really nice!
