Very bad unprofessional people, I order a quarter panel never got it. I have to call back five days later to tell me they need to cut it. What kind of business is that? The never asked for a cut sheet and they replace the order but never got it trying to blame us that they couldn’t get hold of me ,,,,, just admit it u guys drop the ball
Update: BUYER BEWARE.. they gave us back the wrong core part that is not what we dropped off and are now lying in their response about what happened. To clarify the oil pan was damaged when we received the engine and had the sludge in it. OUR MECHANIC is the one who caught it because he actually gives a shit. The lady at the front didn’t seem to know what was going on with anything the day we came to get the engine. If it was on a shelf I’m not sure why it’d take over a hour to get it loaded. This place is highly disorganized and obviously has terrible management. I can understand mistakes happen and wouldn’t have been terribly upset over the part not being good but everything about this experience has been absolutely terrible.
Purchased a used engine for Chrysler Pacifica. Told them 3 hours ahead of time when we would be there and once we got there nothing was ready and had to wait for over an hour. The next day the mechanic called me to tell me the oil pan was cracked, he took it off and there was a bunch of metal and sludge in it. My impression was that it would have been tested or at least inspected.
When we came to return it they were pretty easy to work with and didn’t give us a big hassle and returned the core. That’s why they’re getting 2 stars and not 1.
Bought an engine for a 2020 for expedition, engine was delivered and paid for. Upon inspection engine was found to be incorrect and not what was discussed on the phone. Engine was supposed to have 40,000 miles on it. This engine was beat up and had well over 100,000 miles on it. When a return phone call was made engine was picked up and we were told engine was not purchased from this recycler. Driver that dropped engine off was shown that engine was in poor shape and still no help. I am out $3500 and have to purchase another engine because of their dishonesty. Do not purchase anything from this business.
The worst company ever I ordered bumper since 3 weeks and I called them several times they said we work on it then I called today they said it’s not available……!!!

I bought a 2018 dodge Durango 3.6 Right Cylinder head with everything attached. I called on a Thursday & received it on a Tuesday Super Great service thank You so much I highly recommend this buisness . Will buy again thanks Lifeway auto & Towing .
Bought parts in 2021 and finally received in 2024 but all parts were trash none were usable. No communication what so ever wish I could just get my money back but they never answer the phone or respond to emails.
They are selling cars parts marked as bio hazards due to blood residue and body fluids. As a broker of other parts they double+ the cost of parts. And selling used Cadilatictic converters to shops.. (alot of illegal activity and environmental destruction going on there) dumping of oil and fluids directly on ground or drain. Epa and bbb have been notified
i wrote to ask for about a spare tire and they answer me, with all questions and doubt that i had. Even call them to be sure, still answer me. Payment was made and in a few days i got my spare. Definitely buy again with them. Thanks guys
Called about a side mirror for our SUV and the gentleman confirmed over the phone that they had one. I was skeptical but arrived a short while later and was told they'd be pulling it right away. I waited about 10 minutes and was allowed to inspect the part before paying. The mirror was in good shape overall and as a bonus it was even the right color.
Prices seem very reasonable as well.

it was terrible. I was looking for one rim for Volkswagen Passat. I wrote them a chat, they answered me that the wheels are in stock. They asked for an address to send it to me. A little later they wrote to me that the price does not include delivery costs. I said ok and asked how much I should pay extra for delivery. Then they told me that they only accept cash and I have to pick up the wheel myself from the warehouse. I asked when I could come pick up the rim. They told me that on Monday. and so I left work to go get the rim. the distance from me to their warehouse is 70 miles +70 miles back. when I arrived to them they told me that the wheel was not ready yet. I was waiting. Later they said that they could not unscrew it because of the lock. even later they said that there was only one wheel and it was broken. I spent money on fuel, wasted time and nerves. I do not recommend working with these scammers
Long overdue review. I have been to Eco twice so far for my vans parts. Much cheaper than getting a new part from the dealer, but not cheap in quality. The very idea that the parts are being pulled from a similar vehicle, the level of confidence was high & right on the budget. Shipping was quick & they were in constant touch with me to provide updates regarding the order.

Excellent experience with this business today. Vic was extremely professional on the phone and in person, he gave me a fair and reasonable price on the wheels that I was looking for. I ended up buying the tires with the wheels as well, The staff was very professional and friendly, they let me inspect the wheels and after purchase helped load them in the car as well. Vic also threw in the lug bolts with the tires which I really appreciated. I look forward to working with them in the future and highly recommend this business.
A part Listed for 25$. After i called them they said no its 50$ ,, ok no problem how long it takes to be ready ,,30 minutes I showed up they said another 30 i came back after an hour they said sorry it's not worth to take it out, too much work it might cost 200-250 .... Thank super professional. Keep in mind the part from the dealership is 165...
Awesome place and service. Called for a taillight today and it was instock, great price and great condition. In the repair world this condition would be called insurance quality! Please check them out and give them a call for all your auto needs!
I order a subframe for a 21 Nissan Versa. Told me date of arrival and showed up late. I was assured the part would be check that its good. It showed up bent after it was paid for. I returned it. I still have no received a refund for it. I called multiple times and they keep saying it will be sent out. over 2 months later still no refund. Send us the $400
We at Guaranteed Motor Cars had an excellent experience with the people at Eco Auto Recycler. They went above and beyond in getting us the part we needed on a same day request. We appreciate the extra effort made to us and we highly recommend these guys.
I called them to see if they had a headlight I needed. They said they had it and that they would call me back once it’s ready for me to pick up. Hours go by and I don’t get a call so I call them back and they proceed to tell me that the guy that’s suppose to take the headlight off went on lunch and again tell me once they take it off they’ll call me back when it’s ready. Never got a call back. Very disappointed cause I wanted to go back here for more parts for my Chevy.
Very bad customer service sold a fender that has very bad bond work and won’t accept and give a discount to repair or do anything about it I wouldn’t recommend this place
You never sent picture you said it has light damage on the inside of the fender you charged me to ship the first time then called back said the shipping was guna cost more i was planning on a refund because of the shipping increase when you ship all the time you should know what it cost to ship it. The refund was not because of the damage if you would send picture like you said you would or mentioned the part have bad bond work then yes I would have never bought it. I paid for the extra shipping when I got the part I contacted you and you just make excuses you said you’d send pictures you never did I called 3 more time and still same I’ll send you picture right away never got them since then I have not bother contact you all I had asked for was some discount to have it repaired correctly
I had a great experience there!! My parts were ready and tagged properly. I also appreciate the extra time the staff took to clean my part so i can put the parts in my car without my car getting filthy. And most importantly the staff was helpful and friendly. Dont waist your time here....I work at an automotive shop and they told me several times they would call me back to make sure the part is good that we need.... 5 hours later I finally just drive there and wait by the front desk.... Apparently everyone's at lunch, Comes back 10 minutes later and tells me he doesn't have that part even though he confirmed that he had it and he just want to double check to see if it was good. We use an online database searching the junkyards and it said this location had two. F them for waiting my time and my customers time. Why is everyone s customer service so crudy.
