Pete Pacelli is very upfront and helpful. We had hail damage and his entire team is amazing, they all did a very good PDR (Paint-less Dent Removal). Dealing with Pete made our lives much better. We definitely recommend.
My 2007 Corvette show car got sideswiped on the drivers side. lots of gouges and scuffs in the fiberglass body. Also wrap graphics on that side were destroyed. Rendels West did an outstanding job on the body work and the paint match which is important on a show car. Their professionalism was beyond expectations and I would never hesitate to use Rendel's West for repairs if needed.
The folks at this shop are just phenomenal!! I had to bother them a few of times this past couple of weeks during the processing of my daughter's car being totaled, retrieving things from her car and all the mess with what the insurance company had me do while the car was at Rendel's. But they were all very helpful and kind. Thanks for helping to make this stressful experience a little easier!!

I’ve used Rendels West now twice and they are always the best. Pete worked with me both times on the estimate and explaining the process. The woman who helps at the front desk (I believe her name is Julie) as well is always just as helpful and nice. I’ve picked up my car twice now looking brand new off the lot. I won’t go anywhere else for any body work when it comes to my car.
