Heater went out on my truck I got here before closing time. They still took the time to check out my truck and were able to fix it. Turns out it was just a fuse. Thanks for the good honest work.
I bought a jasper engine payed over 6000 for engine they decided to put a cheap engine in my car that only cost 3000 and pocket the money they lied to me about engine said it was a jasper it leaks oil from day one they keep lying about the engine says it's a jasper till I found out on my own that it's not when they tried to fix oil leak they tried to charge me to fix it it's under warranty they are crooks they use cheapest parts they can get and tell and charge you for premium parts they don't care about the customer they just want you to pay they are not honest people I would never use them bad business just don't care if they take advantage of you
Not recommended con artists they were supposed to fix an oil leak ended up breaking a bolt didn’t tell me so my car spilled oil had to get it towed bk so they can fix gasket they failed at that now this is how they return my car today with zero oil smh…….its been three years and your still crying with your replies move on as I did the gaskets were still leaking after replaced and then you empty my oil out when I came to pick up the vehicle the picture is literally less than an hour after we had a disagreement I took it to dealership no problem ever since so just leave it be and enjoy your life as I am
I had been having issues with my car and no other shop could figure out what the problem was. I was at the point of selling it until Julio asked me to let him take a look at it. Within days he let me know what the problem was. I was kept updated the whole time and my car was fixed in less than two weeks. Very professional, I highly recommend Five Star
Place is a joke.. filed a civil suit and they won't respond to the general office requests. They owe $2500 for damages after "trying" to install a BAIID device and they are a "qualified" auto shop. Also Filed with the BAIID safe lock to REMOVE them as a certified location. Julio and his father a scammers and run a shady shop. They will get what they deserve
Brought in my car to get serviced here since they are a “licensed business” I have warranty on the car as well reason why I brought it here because my warranty only works with licensed mechanics , my car was there for almost 2 weeks NOTHING got done to the car and no attempt to even reach out to the warranty company , I then saw one of the owner of the shop the old guy with a black mustache driving MY CAR TO GO BUY CIGARETTES and I pulled up on him and he didn’t seem happy at all to see me and apparently he was driving the car to diagnose it lol but I didn’t even see a computer attached to the car because I did open my car to make sure he was doing that but he wasn’t , then saw them joy riding in my car for the 2nd time!. I brought the car in with a half tank of gas I got it back quarter to empty and it’s a 4 cylinder car so they must’ve have drove it for a while to bring it from half to quarter DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE WASTE OF TIME AND THEY USE YOUR CAR SO THEY CAN RUN PERSONAL ERRANDS
Held my car for a week just to call them so they can say well I need to see if my dad will do it or if I can convince him try to up sell a regular mechanic job and make it seem irregular just so you'll pay more there a total scam truly scam scam scam scam
Hello again to all inquirers for the five Star Auto repair shop! This is Abraham Robinson notifying inquiring minds that five-star Auto has helped me out again with that 97 GMC Sierra c1500! I was pulling up to my parents' house the other day about a week ago and then all of a sudden started making a noise on the front driver side wheel. It ended up being the barring. Those guys change that barring, and that right driver side strut, and my truck has been riding beautiful ever since! :-) I just want to appreciate Nigel, and Julio for their expertise "once again" ! I've been coming to the owners of this shop since I was a teenager. They always help me out with my car, from finding someone who could tow my car to them, to advising me to stop putting money into a car that was no longer worth it. This week, I stopped by to get a service I had done not too long ago. The owner welcomed me and asked me what service I needed. I informed him, and he informed me that my car didn’t need that service yet, since I had it done last year and I don't drive much. It should be done every 10,000 miles, but he said he would do it if I was insistent on getting it done. I know that in this time of life, everyone is more interested in making money, but they're more interested in making long-term loyal customers. I'm a woman and I'm not very knowledgable about cars, but I can stop by or call for information. I know it's not always convenient to drop off your vehicle and be without it for a few hours, but I know the moment I go back, everything will be taken care of.
This shop was great! Took my car in and was immediately taken care of. Service was great and the owners were awesome as well, comfortable and great price. I found my new mechanic shop for all my cars. Thanks 5 star......
Hated it - Believe every bad review you see. stole my catalytic converters, they'll eventually put themselves out of business and also don't represent the Latino community in good faith either 5 star ripoffs you'll notice all good reviews they have come from people with Mexican names other than that youll be a white sucker
Terrible service, I show up to this place with an appointment to have the owner refuse service. He made up some story just so that he wouldn’t have to work. I will never come back to this place since they don’t know how to be professional.
Got my exhaust and breaks serviced here they were fast and professional best service i have ever had in a shop. Julio and his Dad worked with me on the price so i could afford the services i needed and they explained everything in Great Detail. Thank You Five Star Auto!

Brought a used truck in from a dealer to get a quick inspection on the vehicle and these guys were awesome. We’re able to get me in quick on short notice and gave me fair and honest evaluation of the truck. I definitely recommend going there. Best part of it all was that the mechanic didn’t even charge me! Very good people, I would definitely do business with them again.
They do very good work and their prices are very reasonable. I am very happy with my vehicle and comes with warranties. They are not shade tree mechanics. They stand by their work.

Worst service - no level of professionalism. Shop is full of debt. They're charging you a premium on parts and don't pay their vendors. With the low level of service and debt - this place and their owners will not last. Check out the BBB on them too....this will also deteriorate.
Very good service. Flexible hours and availability. The staff explains problems and issues in detail. I was very pleased with the service and work that has been done on my vehicles. Definitely recommend
