This guys are selling junk parts, when you come back to replace the part the make you buy a new one and file a warranty claim, and wait for it to. Just go to CIT or auction truck parts, they are much better and cheaper

My place of employment uses Rush on a regular basis. I like these guys. If I was owner operator, I would also bring my truck here.

This place is horrible to me now after today… I came to pick up my truck after them spending almost two weeks working on it just to find out my bottles of ensure bottles were stolen from somebody in the shop and they turned my APU off leaving all my food to rot in my fridge and freezer they could’ve at least told me to take my food out if I knew they would shut my fridge off. Next time hopefully there’s no next time but I’m definitely having cameras set up.. fridge and freezer smells horrible

Terrible place and service I left the truck because i had a ploblem with exhaust leak in cab and kin ping and shocks leaking my truck had warranty for everything (optional service contract) they did pipe exhaust outlet turbo , exhaust coupling gaske and told me it's not covered with warranty but i told them change shocks and kin ping with warranty . They said they would do diagnostics and if they find problems in these parts they would do it with a guarantee they were supposed to start diagnostics the next day but in the end after 4 days they said that king ping is ok and they will not replace it (although they were supposed to be replaced) and rear shocks they should order but in the end they just did not want to do my truck with a guarantee they only need cash and in the end a week later I picked up the truck and practically for what they did pipe exhaust I paid $2300 and lost a whole week. The most interesting thing is I called this place and asked if they have rear shocks in stock to buy they told me yes! They just lied to me that they do not have.

⭐ Terrible Experience – Stay Away from Rush Truck Center I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Rush Truck Center. The salesperson was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they were more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping a customer. They provided misleading information, made promises they didn’t keep, and then tried to blame me when things didn’t go as planned. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive and arrogant, showing zero accountability or care. To make matters worse, the company’s policies are a joke—rigid, outdated, and clearly designed to protect themselves rather than their customers. Trying to get a refund or even a straight answer was like pulling teeth. It’s clear they have no respect for people’s time or money. If you value honesty, professionalism, and basic customer service, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I will never return to Rush Truck Center, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away. - SJM Transport, LLC.

This is bad place to go to I had my truck derated cause DEF sensor and they said it’s corrosion on the fuses and wires and they changed so many fuses and they changed so many wires and they worked on them and they change some parts. Cost me 2967 and every time they don’t know the problem they say we need more time we need two hours we need two extra hours and there are two extra hours is for 446 if you owner operator and you have so many codes in your computer don’t go there they’re gonna start working from every the code till they clear them out. I went for something. They worked on something else and that cost me money and I towed the truck away from them and I took a different mechanic local mechanic shop that I know. so be aware if you go there they will milk you. and I think I’m a still good because I checked some reviews. People went out from the shop with around $13,000.

This place is horrible I have taken my truck the 3 times For the same electrical issue each time, they try to find extra things that are wrong with the truck and Want To give you a high bill instead of fixing the Problem that you bought it in for. How was my truck there literally 5 day before I had to return it and now you Discover over $3000 in repair that you didn't discover five days ago. That's not even possible when the truck is a brand new 2023 These people ppl are a RIP OFF and needs to be shut down immediately

If I could give them no starrs I would. My truck came out the shop today with the 5th wheel hook not releasing. They stated that it was the 5th wheel soilnoid and it was not the problem. The problem is still not fixed. The mechanic unplugged my APU and when my battery died the next day they had to give me a jump and then charged for a jump due to their mechanic not hooking the APU up. That's their fault. Considering that I came in for a 5th wheel problem

This is the best RUSH Truck Center that we sent our units to. They are very professional, kept us update through every step of the process in replacing the engine in our LT and got it done in a short time. Thank you once again.

You clowns don't even deserve one star. Sat all day waiting for a starter that you had in stock to be delivered to the Speedco in Morris, IL. Nobody showed up or even called to let them know that you couldn't deliver the starter. Worthless. Truly Worthless.

Don day shift he always in bad mood and mean to customers. The lady no complaints always great. The afternoon shift parts never answered sat on the phone 45 mins for them to pick up to hang up. Then called back sending me straight to voicemail so I called service. They transferred me said the guy wasn’t doing anything and sat there 17 more mins yah I will just order part in from somewhere else.

This was the worst experience place I ever had to go. They told me they had the part when I brought the truck in on a Friday they put the truck in a bay on Saturday and then they say they do not have the part we would have to order it it would. Should be here by Wednesday .Wednesday come no call no communication about the part so I check it myself only to find out that the part won’t be in till Friday the part come in Friday then they tell me they’re waiting on the bay may not get to it till Monday I have to explain to them. I’ve been waiting since last Friday I shouldn’t have to wait to money to put a part on when I was here before some of the people already there .they never communicated with me about anything or what’s going on with my truck not 1 time did they call text or email me as I’m paying for a hotel each night waiting on them to fix it and then when it’s finally done I still do not get a call at 2:30 on Saturday. I walk over to check on it and he say oh it’s done and they close at three so be prepared to wait if you come here, communication not going to happen you just have to keep going and calling yourself to get update

The reviews don't exaggerate, 10 minutes waiting for parts to answer, the system forwarded me yo a survey were i reviewed 1 for the worse. And don't ask me to call back, don't have time to call back for an hour for excuses. Rush is the worse and they are all over Chicagoland.

Im usually not the type to write reviews but the customer service here was terrible. Im going to be as detailed as possible. First off i bring my truck to get a brake line replaced. In what world does it take 4-6 hours to replace a brake line??? they tried to charge me $1000 and some change to change "A" brake line. They charge $172 an hour and believe me they will try to milk every ounce of it too. Took my truck to another shop and got it replaced with parts for $300. And im not done yet. They charged me $500 to diagnose another issue i had and tried to charge an extra $700 for a diagnosis within a diagnosis. Imagine taking your chevy to a chevy dealership and they tell you $200 to diagnose it which is fine, then they say "oh we cant find the issue so we have to do another test which is $700. Dude the diagnostic should fully cover that issue. And they even charge you $45 to hook up the check engine light machine...and my check engine light wasnt even on when i brung it to him. I WOULDNT REFER THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. WHAT A JOKE

This place can't fix anything in a timely manner they have had my 2021 CV515 for 30 days now. The promise date keeps getting changed. Please do not take your commercial trucks to this place they will cause your company lose money and your employees. Some of the staff are rude if you call and ask when your equipment will be done they just say "we already talked to someone about that this week". When told I'll be called back after a few hours i get no call back. This place is full of a bunch of broken promises! FYI they still have my truck at this moment I was told parts shipped out on 12/21/2021 but they had no tracking on them and my "promise date" just got moved up a week!

8 hrs at shop. $162.00 PER HOUR W/ 2 HOUR MINIMUM. THEY DONT WANT CHECK YOUR CODE BUSINESS. They charged me an hour to look at codes. 10 min job. And $ 648.00 to test fuel pump and oil rail. Total to not find the problem $761.80 save your mone for tow truck and problem more obvious for this place! Update to this review!! Took truck to NCI( nort central International)in MN immediately found air leak in fuel primer pump. Fixed. Still low power. Took on driving test with mechanic running diagnostics on run found fuel pump not producing under load. Replaced for $4600. On road in one day. GM from rush did call me but has offered nothing for his shop wasting my time and money.

Slow, inefficient, making excuses, doing unnecessary tasks that was not part of the problem, and why does it take nearly 45mins. to get a bill together? I learned it takes 10 minutes to prime a truck, why did it take supposedly professional mechanics almost 9 hrs. and cost me near a thousand dollars?

Wish there was another International dealer besides Rush. Took my truck here to Joliet from Gary IN. Because it takes the Gary Branch two weeks to look at it. Here it takes two weeks to get a qoute, you just can't win with Rush, either way your set for bad luck coming here

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Def problems fixed at least for now. We all know how that goes. Unfortunately when I get back into my truck it was in disarray tv, shelves with drawers fell out, water jugs fallen over. What an awakening I really wanted to have to straighten up my truck before getting back to work. I am guessing he ramped the entrance too fast. I hope his mechanics skills are better than his driving.

They are over priced, I asked quote for radiator 1600$, went in Peterbilt dealership and got same radiator for 495$, asked for crankcase breather, offered me kit for 1000$ plus mechanic labor for rebuilt, bought new one for 900$, dont waste your money or time with those guys!

Dropped truck off Friday Morning was put in shop Friday around noon they email you every time they do something parts were in Wednesday and installed was told they only have one technician and he went home at 330pm continually give you the run around was emailed this morning at 0810 on Thursday waiting for the one and only Mechanic that has a CDL at a place that works on Commercial trucks to test drive it it’s now 1230 and truck is still parked in the same place it has been since Wednesday at 1400 in my opinion this is by far the worst International truck dealership there is!! Don’t waste your time or money

After an oil change on my International tow truck, I always immediately look around and underneath the truck to make sure everything is done properly. Good thing I have the habit of doing that, because I saw a big puddle of oil underneath my truck right after the oil change was finished. The filter was put on wrong. Manager said it was “just a mistake, not a big deal”. Thanks but never again.
