I had a vehicle start making crazy noises while on a road trip. The staff at CR Towing did everything they could for me and made sure we were able to get to a service center before close. I feel terrible I for got my service guy's name, but he was super patient and kind. There are still good people in the world, I found them yesterday.

2 fat white guys who cant even take care of their own weight are supposed to be taking care of the tow lot, came to get things from a car and they were extremely rude and unhelpful
Worst place ever car was impounded then I signed the title over to get my belongings out cuz I was told only work an medical stuff unless I sign my title over then they could change the order from a impound to a abandoned vehicle well my car was crushed before I could get my belongings out of it and that was less than a week after they had it do not use these people I'm warning you you're risking your car and everything else in it
My vehicle was in volved in a accident, and was totaled. It was towed to your yard. I was allowed to clean out my vehicle. And the next day, drop off extra keys. Both interactions were less than 20 minutes. I think 3 stars is pretty fair under the circumstances
These people are great, & reasonable I was in the hospital for a week & they blessed me with a reasonable price to get my car out even though they didn’t have too GOOD FOLKS
CR towing was quick, kind and responsive when I needed my car towed after an accident. They sent John out immediately and had my car towed to the repair shop. I couldn't have asked for a better service from such great people.

Employee who drives the black Mitsubishi drives recklessly with your advertising on his car. Old man must be having a bad day because he purposely ran my wife and I off of the road and almost caused a huge accident. Definitely wouldn't use this company!
Didn't get release for car until after noon on Saturday, when I got to C&R it was closed. I called and someone was kind enough to let me get my car ,saving me another days charge for storage.
After My Car Accident, They Handled Everything They Needed To Timely. Even When I Walked Into The Place To Remove My Things From My Totalled Car, Customer Service Was Great.
Stole gift cards from the car and the manager wouldn’t even listen to us after we told them that we think someone from their lot took them along with cash. Walks off and said to file a report with the police. Wow. How amazing is that customer service from a manager? If it was like $10 I wouldn’t even bother but $50 in speedway gift cards? That’s another story. You’d think they have more compassion for people that were just in an accident?

You say you let us review the footage but that was a lie. You yelled, "we wont play these games with you if you're going to write a review on google like that" before we even got to view any footage because you found my review. Then suggested that when an accident happens I should get all personal belongings out of my vehicle when in an accident and that's solid advice if it weren't for the fact that my sister was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Real solid advice when someone gets carted to the hospital to think instead of their health, to get belongings out so that your drivers don't even have the chance to rummage through my car to take what they please. Great message you're sending out there.
Also the worker before showing any footage said oh well we get people that jump the fence and steal from cars all the time. So admitting to your facility not being secure too? Thanks for the honesty there.
Change pricing on tow/mechanical work. Depending upon who answers the phone. Stated my vehicle was not present, so price would increase. Had a car full of item from vacation and past life goals achieved!
My sister had a flat tire and they came out and took great care of her. Sent an invoice out to my mother right away and had her back up and rolling in under 45 minutes from the time of the call! Thanks and awesome service!
Another quality tow and repair by CR Towing. Called Richard on a Sunday evening with a mechanical issue........car was towed, fixed, and delivered back in my driveway before I got home from work Monday evening. All at a very reasonable price. Did I mention the free courtesy car wash?? Richard and his team are GREAT!!
