DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They are super unprofessional. When I first dropped my car off to them to get fixed they told me two weeks tops. I asked them would I get updated with calls about my car during the whole two weeks span they called me one time and told me they were on track for completion. I CALLED THEM the day before it was SUPPOSED to be completed and they said my bumper was still not there! Mind you my bumper was not the issue!!! So why wait for me to call them to let me know that when they said it was on track for completion but it was not if it was still waiting on a part saying that it could be done if the part arrived on the day it was supposed to get completed. The next day, I called to see if the part arrived and still on track for the completion date and she told me it’s just an estimation . Meaning that instead of ordering my parts for my car when I dropped it off they obviously did not until it was closer to the completion date , very unprofessional by the way. So the next day which is 2 weeks and two days later I called back to see about my car and she said she was waiting on a calibration vendor to come an it depends on when he comes if I will get my car. But my thing is why wait till customers call to let them know that. This place is sooooo bad if I could give them zero stars I would. The communication is not there. Do not go to this crash champions go to the one in south holland or Mokena.

Crash champion In Crete, Il is an very honest , professional and very nice people to do business with. I'm very happy with there work and office personal Lindsey who is so nice and very helpful will help in anyway I highly recommen them, you won't be disappointed. My husband and I took in our vehicle in for an estimate, everyone was so friendly and nice, reading the Google reviews before it didn't seem too promising but looks like new staff from before. Highly recommend

I had a horrible experience last year. I had this shop assigned by state farm. When I came to pick up my car the drivers handle fell apart. They fixed it quickly and told me that the power windows did not work, when they work perfectly when I left the car. They did not make themselves responsible and told the insurance it was not related to the car damage. Finally, they misplaced the tool to unlock the wheels and said they did not have it. The worst customer service of my life. I would give zero stars If I could.

Stop writing complaints about this sorry company and start filing complaints. If insurance was involved with payment, file a complaint with the department of insurance. If I don’t hear back from them I’m filing 10/3/25! Look at the attached to help you.

0 stars! Made an appt for 8am as recommended by my insurance company. Show up promptly, stood in front of a woman at the desk waiting for her to acknowledge me( no one else was there) . She finally asked if she could help me. Told her I had an appt for 8am. She responded there were NO appts for the day… after going back and forth, she asked my name and responded “ oh, you’re her?” ( WTH does that mean?) so I told her I wasn’t familiar with the process and was supposed to get my car looked at. She said they were backlogged. And I could leave my car…my point was I needed to find out when they could work on my car so I could let the rental place know when I would need a car. She told me rental places “ just don’t have cars waiting and it could be days before I could get one!” First of all… why would I leave my car and rent a car when they’re “ backlogged”??!!! And yes, I had a reservation for a rental car. She still insisted there wouldn’t be one…I was done! The manager came out to see if he could smooth things out because I was beyond pissed that I just wasted my time here! Now this lady wants to act like she works in customer service! I get that new management has taken over but until this place has training in customer service , I would advise to stay clear of this place! That older lady doesn’t want to work, or doesn’t know how! Either way, not the place to have any service done in a timely fashion or any fashion until they figure things out! Thank god my insurance sent me to an awesome place instead! ( Caliber Collision in Park Forest!) go there, they know customer service and keep you updated on progress as they should!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Crash Champions in Crete, IL has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. They refused to fix my broken windshield, even though I made it clear it was cracked as a result of my accident. Their manager, Miguel, was consistently rude and hostile any time I tried to get help or clarification. This shop does not stand behind their work or support their customers in any way. When I finally picked up my car, I discovered my air conditioner no longer worked—this was fully functional before the accident. They admitted their detailer may have broken an interior AC part but still refused to actually repair the air conditioner itself, leaving me to deal with the issue on my own. On top of all this, I was forced to wait an additional two weeks for them to replace a simple cosmetic part, and I still did not have my car back on time. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service was shocking. This entire process was a disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually cares about its customers.

Stopped in for an estimate. No body damage, posible frame damage. Was told they wouldn't do that kind of work and have someone come out for mechanical work. She told me to go to a mechanic. Asked the girl what if there's frame damage her response "I don't know". Very unprofessional.

On 1-22-2024 I had a 9:30 am appointment for an estimate of my vehicle damages. Upon my arrival I was told that their system was down and they were in the process of getting it back up (no problem, things happen). Both the receptionist and the estimator (Jonathan) were very apologetic about the inconvenience. Jonathan went ahead and still took photos of my car and told me as soon as the system was back up and running he would create a file for my vehicle and would be in touch later in the day. No call or email from CC for remainder of the day. No biggie, I figured they would get back to me the next day. I waited until the next afternoon, I called CC back and was told the system was just getting back up, they were behind and they would be reaching out. Still nothing. I called the next day and was promised a call back. Well, It never happened and to this day 2-1-2024 still no call back. I must say I’m extremely disappointed, this location is just minutes from my house while I try my best to support businesses in my community I would never refer anyone to CC.

I chose this shop because it was less than a mile from my house. I called a made an appointment. Went though all the necessary questions on the phone. Got the schedule today for 12:30pm and even got the confirmation text about it. Waited 5 minutes in the lobby to the very annoyed receptionist that even before she looked at her computer was already saying that it’s not in the scheduling. I heard her huff and puff about 6 different times and she repeated 3 times that’s it’s her lunch break. I apologized but she was still upset. She wasn’t at all helpful. She didn’t even seem like she wanted to help because it “was her lunch break”. That’s great and everything but you’re also inconveniencing me as well. I told her I’ll go somewhere else. You just lost a customer that was literally was going to pay your shop $1,830….

Brought my vehicle here after a collision earlier this summer. Repairs were done well and repainting was perfect. Looking at it, you'd never know that it was damaged. Towards the end of the process, they did a great job of keeping us up to date on progress and completion status. Car was ready on the date originally estimated. Would definitely use this place again ( but hope I don't have to).

Had a great tasting until their most recent efforts hit snags, delaying completion. They offer no loaner car and insurance has paid out for max 30 days. Don't let me find out that white customers would get that courtesy loaner nc. We'll see if they deduct the extended rental fee from my deductible.

By me coming from a HORRIBLE DIRTY SHIESTY collision place, Service King was the EXACT opposite. It's nice and clean, reasonable prices, they pretty much detailed my car inside and out and they work fast AND they returned my rental for me! This will DEFINITELY be my new go to place?

Service King in Crete Illinois did right by my car repairs! The insurance companies limitations contributed to a less than acceptable initial repair outcome… The first time. Pat Quinlan, who is the service manager, contacted me directly. He spent more than enough time making things right despite the insurance company’s limitations. This is a solid repair service with good customer service. They actually care about the final results. It’s a shame that insurance companies have more to say about your repairs than the actual place doing the service for you.

My car was ready for pickup in the time frame they gave me. The service was great and they paid attention to the details. This is another South suburban gem. Consider this place first before going to the dealership you won't regret it.

Thee worst!!!!!!! I’ve never written a bad review in my life but here we go… I am completely disappointed with Service King. I brought my car to them because of their reputation and now I regret my decision. Long story short THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. The SERVICE is sub par to say the least. They promised me my vehicle after having it for 2 weeks (for a new door). I received text messages and phone calls from them stating that my vehicle was on track for the completion date. I never received any communication stating that my vehicle’s repair would be delayed. Fast forward, to the day of pick up (Monday) I received a call stating that my vehicle would not be completed for another 5 DAYS because a part came in late. I’m no repair man but if a part isn’t there (on Friday)that can cause a five day delay then you all knew earlier that week that the job wouldn’t be done. THE COMMUNICATION IS POOR. I was given this information with no apology from their staff. Of course I had to call and speak with a manager and after being promised a call back I didn’t receive one (FAILED CALL BACK #1). After calling again to speak with the manager he could not clearly explain to me why they told me they were on track when they knew they weren’t. He said he would “talk to his staff”. I explained the inconvenience and he only apologized but gave no other option, although he knew I would now have to spend $400 on Lyft rides to get back and forth to work. When asking him to compensate me for my inconvenience he said he’d (on Monday/ day 14) have to call me on Thursday morning / day 18 to tell me what he could do. Thursday morning came and went and I didn’t hear from the manager (FAILED CALL BACK #2) until I called twice looking for him. He finally called me back late in the evening to tell me that all he could do was give $200 off. I expressed I disdain but what was I to do. The manager then promised me that he would call me on Friday/day 19 to tell me what time I could pick up my car. On Friday morning I get a call from the manager stating that my payers would potentially be delayed another 4 to 5 days because they fail to get the correct windshield to replace my crank windshield that needed to be repaired. This is when I got extremely upset. Because at this point they were suggesting that I give them almost another week to get my vehicle. I am formed him to leave the windshield as he is because I did not want my vehicle in their custody anymore and to take the price off of my bill. He promised me that he would call me within the next two hours to tell me what time the vehicle will be ready; and of course he did not (FAILED CALL BACK #3). Upon calling looking for the manager he told me that my vehicle will be ready by 5 PM. Of course I arrived at 5 PM to pick up my vehicle and it still was not ready. They let me stand outside in the cold for 30 minutes waiting for my vehicle with no update whatsoever. Of course I had to call for the umpteenth time and the man my vehicle and finally it was presented to me. Again I am not one to write reviews or complain but I had to show how extremely displeased I was with this establishment for acting in a poor and less than professional way. I would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle to this establishment.

They were excellent for my collision repair. My car looks like it has never been touched and just like it did on showroom floor when it was brand new. Christine and Paul were both very attentive to me when I called. They both also reached out to me with regular updates on my car even when status hadn't changed. I thought that was excellent customer service it made me feel valued.

This place is the worst. Their prices are highly inflated especially when it comes to working with insurance companies. My car was taken to this shop as a suggestion of my insurance company. Not only did I not receive my car on the date promised, but my car was not fully repaired. The manager, Pat, has terrible customer service and needs additional customer service training.

Honestly the worst service I've ever had anywhere. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend going here unless you don't want your small damage on your car to not be done for months. (Edit) Then they have the nerve to ask me to email them to address the concerns, are you going to give me my time and money back? Waste of time. Don't go here.

This was a horrible experience. They had my vehicle for over a month and when I went to pick it up, it had dents and scratches all over it that were not fixed. So very disappointed in the professionalism and quality of work done. I was recommended by insurance company and I will let them know how unsatisfied I am with their work.

I am beyond pleased with everything from service king! they're customer service and quality of work is superb, although I must take away one star for how long it took, my end date was changed about 5 times, almost 3 weeks. but you must be patient for perfection

This place does good work and they are all very kind and polite. Even though my vehicle was not repairable this time (I’ve had work done here before) they still treated me like a customer. I would bring any damaged vehicle to this facility.

Crete Service King has an incredible staff and excellent service. Pat, Eric and Danielle have been so helpful and kind to me, since my vehicle was in an accident and needed repairs. Crete Service King takes you and your service needs seriously. They are very thorough and prompt. I highly recommend them!

I brought my vehicle here a few days ago to be fixed due to an auto accident I was involved in. Eric was sooooooooo good. I mean really good. He explained everything to me in detail, gave me a realistic estimated time for the vehicle to be ready, and continued to give me updates on my vehicle throughout the entire process through multiple platforms! I've honestly never received service like this before for my car. I received the car in half of the estimated time, and it was beautiful! The car looks like brand new. I'm very happy with the team that worked to get my car fixed, especially before the holidays. Eric, Danielle, and the entire Service King team, I thank you for your hard work and consistency. If you need your car fixed for anything, and want honest thought the door, this is the place to come to.
