They stole my work equipment from a truck I had towed there. Almost 5k in equipment. They will be hearing from my lawyer. This IS NOT SLANDER. CRETE POLICE AND VILLAGE WAS CONTACTED AS WELL. Someone told me yesterday you guys had 24 hour surveillance of your full yard I call this morning now the story changes. You guys should be truly ashamed. Then have the nerve to scream slander when you have 15+ reviews about your Towing company stealing from people. We are contracted with Uhaul FYI it was clerical error hence the reason no arrest were made! You guys stole from the truck because you thought it was an arrest which is even more messed up. I just want my equipment back. PLEASE!! And it’s funny YOU GUYS KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TRUCK I WAS SPEAKING OF SHAME ON YOU. You basically told on yourselves. All I said was equipment was missing. You know exactly which vehicle off that description?? No it’s because you guys knew what you did
Seems to me that this place is racist against Latinos and African Americans... my father was treated horribly while trying to retrieve his vehicle and his belongings the fees did not match from the sheriffs tow receipt. And from the looks of all the reviews seems like it happens alot. No emphaty towards elderly
I Went to pick my vehicle up after a wreck, more damage was done to the vehicle from where it was picked up from. Also had a rude and aggressive encounter from a worker in the yard. I also feel as though I over paid for just picking my vehicle up and storing my vehicle for a day.
This company is very unprofessional and seem to be a bit racist. This shouldn't be tolerated in the community of where I pay my property taxes. They don't answer questions directly and there fees are not in accordance with the IL truth in towing law. I will be filing a complaint with the ICC in regards to the excessive fees.
Super responsive as always and great to do business with. Hugh was gentle on our vehicle that needed a tow and very professional. I would highly recommend for your towing needs.
Everyone hates towing companies. But TMW isn't so bad. The wrecker driver who towed our car after an accident was an artist as he loaded the vehicle onto his truck. I can't say that I'm a fan of their storage fees, but they are less than other yards I've dealt with.
Dealing with the clerk at the tiny window was initially a bit unpleasant, but I figure he was used to dealing with folks frustrated with the bureaucracy of state towed vehicles. If you are prepared with the required documentation (which took several days, & not their fault), they get things processed fairly quickly.
While I hope to never need to have them respond to another accident, I would have no qualms calling them for a regular tow.
When responding to an accident at county line and Route 1 March 18th, you already had one truck on scene of a one car vs semi accident. The road was opened up but still backed up. Your driver was driving on the wrong side of the road. It was a passing zone but with traffic backed up any professional driver would know you can’t see around the bend, it’s not safe to pass stopped traffic. Luckily, I was able to keep from going head on into your driver and not have to put my truck into the ditch. But notice YOUR drivers reaction. Giving me the one finger salute. I was traveling my lane, under the speed limit, and still just barely missed your equipment. There was zero reason for your driver to be on the wrong side of the road and then to give me the finger!!! This screen shot was taken at 12:11 according to my camera. If you have a dash cam in your trucks, I’d advise you review it and have a serious talk with your driver about safety and road etiquette. You never know who’s recording.
The people in there are miserable. Looks family owned so guess insufferable runs in they family wouldn't wish their service on my worse enemy. Prices suck as much as they do

Terrible service, very bad attitude on the phone. Especially when they got something of yours they want 😡 low down dirty thiefs I almost died in a car accident, only to have these jerks take all my belongings and I mean everything out of the car. I hope karma takes care of everyone involved. Those nikes, starter hats and my personal belongings wasn't worth it!!
Very difficult to get your personal items out of your car. Called twice and had insurance call. Maybe this is the norm as I have never had to deal with this.
These people are legal thieves. I would not recommend calling this tow truck company at all. They are thieves and we'll take all of your stuff out of your car. Super unprofessional
These guys are absolutely AMAZING ! I got stuck in a snow drift on my way home from work. & they were there within 10 mins. & got me out within 30 mins ! Thank you soo much tmw towing I couldn’t be more grateful ! You’re staff is absolutely awesome !
Josh came and gave me a tow. I originally was taking the car to my home but he was helping me think of tire shops I could take it to on a Sunday . Luckily there was a spot close to my home that was open and we went there . Saved me a trip and Josh was friendly and made good Convo to help during this frustrating time
Greatest towing company ever. Always go above and beyond for their customers. Super professional friendly highly skilled operators as well. I feel comfortable with them moving all my vehicles from my personal vehicles to my semi's. TMW can't be beat!
Terrible service, even worse prices. Damages you're vehicle further then what it already is. Leaves belongings at the scene. Extremely rude on call and at the shop. Don't let them phoney 5 star reviews fool you. But hey if this then kinda service you're looking for then by all means give em a call.
I've not used the company yet but have witnessed them in action my sister used the company to winch her car out of a ditch with no extra damage extremely fast then one of my friends went off the road and the same thing they were able to winch the car back onto the road tow it to the shop extremely fast and no extra damage cant make any comments on price(because I was not the person using them) but they are quick reliable and so far they complete the job with no extra damage but each tow is different so dont quote me on that but awsome company depending on the location there response is very reasonable recommend this company I'll definitely use them if I have issues
