Got a quote at the end of May, and still haven’t been scheduled for a repair. I’ve called numerous times and been told they haven’t forgot about me, that they would get ahold of me but never have. Even tried to change the quote on me 2 months later but forgot to call me again ? Seems like they do good work if you can get in, but the management side is disorganized. Unfortunate.

Great folks there at Cherry Street, they got my truck in and brakes done quick. Reasonable pricing, fast, professional service with work week done. If I'm back in the area they will be my go-to mechanic.

Luckily was told by the Maintenance man on what wasn’t done on my car. Was being charged in the end for what wasn’t done. Please inspect before paying. Very unpleased with the customer service.

Truck broke down 2 miles past his shop so I thought it was close and would be reasonable pulled my truck and trailer 3 miles charged 200. I'm an out of town person so not sure it that's why .
