Just moved to the area and my wife's car died on us. Lucas and team agreed to come to my house diagnose the vehicle stuck in our driveway, ordered a new battery, came and installed it all before I got home from work. Fantastic service at a more than fair rate.
My family and I had traveled to another dealership to purchase a van. The dealer which I wont name was very dishonest on the quality of the car and wasted my time. I found a similar van at TCC. I was really impressed by the fact that they had posted on the ad that there was some small damage to the front bumper cover. I messaged Lucas and had a response within minutes. The car was exactly what was advertised. Dealing with Lucas was as streamline as it gets. Absolutely no BS and straightforward. I've purchased dozens of vehicles and this was by far the best experience.

I drove 45 minutes to look at a truck when I got there I looked it over with no hassle. I went in to get the keys for a test drive again no hassle. Came back talked over the price and 15 minutes later I drove it home . In today’s market I was treated beyond fair and made a new friend great job guys I definitely will send people your way 👍👍

A few months ago we purchased a hybrid from Dave and Lucas. They made the process simple and when our car had a check engine light issue shortly after the purchase, they had us bring it in and got the situation resolved, no questions asked or charges issued. Lucas was very good to work with, addressed all of our concerns. He even sat with my daughter and helped her program her phone to the car and showed her all of the features. Car was priced fairly and no hassles at all. Very pleasant experience.
Purchased a 2002 GMC Envoy w/ 100000 miles. So far appears to be running good (only been 3 days). Discovered a couple of diagnostic codes but not unexpected for the vehicle age. Dave and Lucas were very nice to work with and provided a fair trade in value for my vehicle. Would definitely consider buying from again.

I went several dealships before came across Treemont Car connection. Dave&Lucas were friendly and let me test drive 3 cars and were not pushy at all. I even came back 2 more times and they were very patient with me. They were knowledgeable about the car I was intrested in and gave me tips on how drive it. Couldn’t be happier with the experience I had buying a car here. They were upfront and honest with me about everything in the car I was buying. At no point was I pressured into anything. We stopped in to see what Dave offered after having spent substantial time looking at other dealerships. What we found was a good selection of quality cars at reasonable prices. All cars we drove were clean, and seemed in good shape. After expressing interest in one, Dave offered to let us take it home for a few days and see what we thought of it. We took him up on it, and today drove it home for good. Dave and Lucas were a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be checking here again for future needs.
I test drove 3 vehicles here and was never pressured for a sale. I ultimately initiated the sale on the car we wanted and was pleased with the deal and the car. It's been a few days now and I have no buyer's remorse .
Excellent place to buy a car, will definitely be looking to do business in the future. Worked with Dave and Lucas to buy a used car as mine was struck and totaled. Polite and priced fair. In switching my license plates over, my front plate had damage from the previous wreck and Dave spent time straightening it out well and personally repainting it so that I didn't have to mess with getting a new one! These guys care about their cars and relationships and from what I experienced will take care of you!

We bought a SUV from Dave a week ago. This past weekend we had troubles and it turns out the transmission is out. We signed an "As Is" contract and the 15 day warranty does not apply to us because of the mileage being over 150,000. Dave is sending us a check for a portion of the bill to get it fixed- even though by contract he doesnt have to. A lot of other dealerships would just write us off, but he didn't. We are grateful for his honesty and understanding!
Went in and picked up a very clean, virtually new Dodge Dart with low miles! Dave was a pleasure to work with! Literally we were in and out and I got a vehicle I am very pleased with! Would definitely do business again. (That’s from someone who 99% of the time does business with major dealerships) Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
I bought a 2013 Toyota Prius from Tremont Car Connection and I have had some great service from their team. Several days after purchasing the car I started noticing something strange in the breaks, a pressure and sensitivity that was off. I took it to the Toyota Dealership in Bloomington and they couldn't figure out what it was - they couldn't even repeat the problem. So I took it to a local car shop in another town. This other shop said it appears to be a bad sensor but it's a fix that they didn't know how to do - they don't do much on Hybrids. So I took it back to the Toyota Dealership with the results of the other shop. The dealership said it was not the sensor, but it appeared to be a bad Break Booster - a fix that would cost over $3,500!
Shocked at the price - I contacted Tremont Car Connection (this was two weeks after I bought the car). Tremont Car Connection told me to bring my car to them and they would look into it. So I did. I dropped off my car and they gave me another car as a loaner - another Prius. Tremont Car Connection went to work with another shop that they work with and it took them several days to repeat the problem - but they did find it. They went to all the trouble of putting another break booster in my car. Not long after that fix, they found out the Break booster was not the problem.
So they messed around with it some more searching for the problem and pouring time and money into it. All this time the loaner Prius they gave me was running great! Around three weeks after I took them my car I got a call saying that they replaced another part and they couldn't' repeat the problem any more. So I came and picked it up and returned the loaner they let me use. And THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING!!!!
That evening while driving my car I noticed the problem in the breaks again. I contacted Tremont car Connection again (after hours) and gave them a more detailed description of what the car was doing. With that new info, they went right to work researching the problem. The next morning I get a call from them telling me that they found a lot of forums online where people were having the same problem, and these people found that it was a different sensor that was broken. So Tremont Car Connection set up a time with me to bring my car to the shop they had partnered with - and they met me there - and we waited together while they put in another part - it was a pricey sensor. This, indeed, did solve the problem - and again THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING!!!!
This whole time, they have been really helpful, gracious, and resourceful. After all of this, my respect for them has skyrocketed. Their customer service was Great! I would highly recommend Tremont Car Connection to anyone else!!
Bought a 2010 Silverado. Overall in good shape. Had a small problem the day after purchase, nothing major, and Dave was very receptive to feedback about the issue. He reached out to me immediately after I shared my concern, was kind, and resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction. Nice guy, good cars, 10/10 would buy from again.
Mr. Fox was great to work with! He stayed after hours to allow us time to get there from Springfield. He was very honest and allowed us to put a deposit down until we could come back with the rest by the end of the week. I would highly recommend his business for anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle. He even had the car washed prior to arrival for pick up. Thank You Mr. Fox!
Good place to buy a used car. I used this place to sell a truck on a commission. Did a great job for me. If you are concerned about the condition of the used, get on Carfax or take it to a mechanic you trust for his opinion. Complaints about used cars needing lots of repairs are wasted time as you know it's a used car. Get a better job. Save your money. But a new car with a warranty.
