They were great. I had a dead battery that was recharged by walmart whi were awesome also but didn't have the battery I needed. In and out within a half hr with a great battery. Very greatful!!! Thank you

I went to Auto Zone in Washington with the intention of going once but in actuality I went 3 times. All because I over torqued screw. Not only did I receive excellent service every time but Kyle and Steven went over and beyond to help me. They recommended the tools I needed to get the screw out of the caliper and let me walk in at 6:59 to buy front calipers. These guys were awesome and helpful every time I went into the store. I will continue to shop at Auto Zone! Thank you!
I went to Washington, IL Auto Zone yesterday afternoon needing a new light bulb for my back drivers side brake light and Brandon came to the rescue. I was unsure on how to even replace it or where to go to have it done, Brandon stepped up in the freezing cold and did it. Best customer service yet at Auto Zone. Thank you, Brandon!

I went to Auto Zone in Washington to replace the license plate light bulb. I asked the manager if someone could walk out to my car and show me where it went. He walked out with me himself and actually installed it for me! I could never have figured it on my own and I was extremely grateful for this amazing customer service! Definitely going back to Auto Zone again! Thank you!
Idler pulley froze up causing belt to break on our way to Walmart. We hit every red light but managed to pull into the lot as the power steering went out on our diesel. PSM Mike and parts specialist Austin C. went out of their way to get us the correct parts and tools. Mike even assisted my husband with belt routing and tension. Thank you so much for knowing your stuff, your patience, and helping us to get Clifford (Big Red Truck) back on the road. You guys were amazing.
Manager was fantastic when we recently had a dead battery; went WAY above and beyond for us with service and honored our warranty. I will be buying my next new battery for my other car there soon. Highly recommend!
Not so friendly.. needed a head light the cashier just showed me what aisle didn’t help find nor did either employee offer to help put it in.. they both were outside as I tried to do it myself . No help at all!
I needed new bulbs for my headlights and as soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help. Told Levi what I needed he looked it up went and got the correct bulb and offered to put them in for me. Thanks Levi I truly appreciated your help!!!

Little blonde boy behind the counter was rude, patronizing, unmotivated to move from behind his register, and generally unhelpful. Might go back if they start hiring more mature adults.
Went there to drop off oil and oil container was full so couldn't do that. Then asked the guy if I could have an alternator tested out of vehicle. And he said his tester wasnt working. So just a big waste of time. Need to keep up on things, especially when you advertise alternator testing. Guy at the counter was very rude as well. Customer service isn't a good position for him.

Once again, the Autozone has let me down. At 1045 this morning i ordered a master cylinder and was told it was at the Allen road store and that they would get it and bring it to me. Two hours later I was told they were not sure of it was picked up or not and that Colton was at lunch. At 345 pm I spoke with Colton and he said he did not know what had happened but he would call and call me back. At 515 I went to the store and was told by Dustin that Colton had called but had gotten no answer after 30 rings. Colton had then gone home. I received no call. I had hoped to deliver the car tonight to the 90 year old woman that owns it. But here we are......can't help but wonder if the employees spent less time working on and playing with their RC cars if they might get more work done and not drive business away.
The manger Donald, stayed out in the cold to replace my light bulb that didn't want to come out (went above and beyond) also filled my windshield wiper fluid. Robert was great as well talking to me as Donald fixed the issue with my headlight. Do not hesitate to go there. They did this all for free except the cost of the products. Amazing people.
I want to give credit to Dustin K and Colton at this location. They both know how to due business and treat costumers right. To sum it up, the warehouse messed up, Dustin and Colton made it right.
I choose to go to this auto parts store because of their employees. Like many others I'll admit I do some of my parts shopping online. But if you need something right and a sure thing, it's here. No jumping through hoops, just good people giving good service.

I can always find what I need especially with the assistance of the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Has become one of my favorite places to shop plus I really appreciate the free oil recycling!

Love going to Auto Zone the employees are always friendly and helpful. I visited Auto Zone to get a headlight for my vehicle. The gentleman helping me offered to put the headlight bulb in for me. It was so nice of them to help me. I would rather save money going to Auto Zone than a car dealership for situations like this one.
Had the best customer service yesterday!! Bought new headlights, and we all know what a pain those can be to put it, and our guy (I think his name was Fred) offered to put them in for us!! He also noticed our hood lift supports were bad so we bought some on the spot and he popped those in within a minute!! Will definitely be back, THANKS!!

Staff is always willing to help me out finding what is best for my car! I have very little knowledge so I'm always grateful for the help. They offer tool loaning which is very convenient!
