This company is amazing!! Super fast!!! The only issue was that it threw a few codes but just reset the codes, and it runs like brand new!! I took it out and tested it out in the country!! Fast shipping, easy install, and works perfectly! I received the fuse box in just 2 days. All I had to do was plug it in—super simple. It came with all the fuses already installed and even had the cover included. Great price too. No issues so far and my Expedition is running like it should again. Highly recommend!

I ordered the TIPM integrated fuse box supposed to be plug n play with directions well no directions. My mechanic installed it but the car won't run. He managed to take out the push start and use the key so now the car starts but no radio ac or turn signals. I try calling the company but their vm says due to lack of man power there is no one to take my call.

Purchase a ECU in September. Upon installation check engine light came on. Was told that I have to do a throttle relearn. After connecting it to an OBD scanner and going through the process still had the same issue. Brought it to the dealer to have them go all through the procedure. They told me it came up as clogged injector on seven and eight cylinder. If they’re spending hundreds of dollars, put the old ECU back in, I had the original problem. Therefore, I determined that it was not injector. Order the new ECU from Aris tech technologies in California. It was plug-in play baby! No issues whatsoever. Tried to return old unit nothing but grief! Had hours and hours in disputing. with them and my charge company. After submitting extensive paperwork to my charge card company with proof of purchase photos of faulty. I was finally given a credit at the end of December. I would not recommend this company at all as I understand that there could’ve been an issue with the part that I received. Ironically, when they sent the part, it was not even wrapped in packaging material. It was just in a big envelope. The one I received from ARES technology was tight with a lot of Protection.

This is picture of front driverside headlight not working. They state they are fully tested. I was charged a restocking fee when I sent back. Was told they guessed I installed incorrectly even though it has plugs that only go in one way. They have this they are always correct mantality. Yet they have 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed on web page.I purchased a Dorman for almost 3 times more that works correct.

I ordered a pair of trailer jacks and one of the pair was not operational straight away, however, we did not get it installed fast enough to be within the Amazon return period. The seller did not have a replacement jack and refused to refund the second unit. I have not been able to locate another one that has the same gear ratio and had to buy two units to replace the pair. I am now stuck with a unit that has no mate and cost approx $170.00. I can not contact yourpartsource because their message line is always full and they just refuse the refund with no discussion. Do Not have a problem with these folks because the Will Not fix it!!

Had a problem with a ABS unit I bought from them through EBAY. I did contact them but right out of the box they said the unit is test before being sent out, therefore anything wrong with it must because of something on my end. They gave several different scenarios of why it went bad, none of which has to do with a possible bad transistor or electrical component in their rebuilt used product. In other words, the guarantee is based on if they think it was defective before they sent it out and off course it’s not because they test it before shipping. In other words, their Guarantee should say, “Trust us. If you get a bad one, it’s something you did, or a problem caused by your vehicle.” Before our disagreement developed, I did talk with them and request a return. The seller asked me to lie and claim there was nothing wrong with the part and the purpose of the return was just because I didn’t like it. By doing this for them, it would save them from Ebay taking 50% of their price. I understood and did what was asked. I should have realized this was a bad sign on how someone manipulates the system to their benefit. It wasn’t until later I learned the seller wasn’t refunding the whole purchase price. When I asked about it, they said and I quote, “Frankly we shouldn't have had to issue a refund period”. Now I chose them because of the guarantee offered including free returns and positive makes/reviews. In my case though, this was all worthless. I know my origin ABS modules problem was a bad coil that controls the inlet valve. In addition, I bought a Cardone remanufactured Module and installed it and it works perfectly fine with no hassles. The issue with their product was a pump runner. A transistor that pops (that’s on their unit) which means the ABS pump runs continuous, even when the key is turned off and removed. The reason is the power is continuous from the battery and this transistor/relay is what switches off/on. This is known to be a problematic issue throughout this unit type in the fleet. But my vehicle never had this issue before and doesn’t now. That means it’s not something within my system causing damage to their ABS product. My experience with this company is they will justify everything to avoid honoring their guarantee, so I strongly recommend trying someone else.

My name is Donovan Hyatt after years and years of researcher’s to find why my check engine light on took it to two dealership 2007 Dodge Ram 1500) no dealership could tell what’s going on with my truck, but after numerous research I took it to a local shop oh my goodness a local shop they change two parts but still didn’t go away, away the advisor suggested to replace the computer I procrastinated for a couple of months and in the midst of doing it I was researching the best company to but the special part from I then came YOUR PARTS SOURCE INC. I went on there website and before I sent out and email a read so many reviews and not one was NEGATIVE I said to my wife I found the perfect company, she was very supportive 💪🏿 So I sent out the email from work and the rest is history the person communicate all the way to the end of the transaction every info that was requested was delivered promptly. This company is the best I love them I will spend my money again and again with them recommend them 1000% when it comes to your car (1) excellent communication (2) respect (3) honor a sale if any I’m telling my truck runs like it should I absolutely love this company hey my computer was also plug and play I almost forget the important part of the greatest thing, because I was told would need to pay to program the computer which would be lot of money oh well god bless the person who took care of me and the company keep up the excellent work guys again greatly appreciate and highly recommend this company GOD BLESS GUYS.

PCM went out in my 2011 ram local shop worked on it with no luck On fixing the problem wanted to charge my almost 1500 for new PCM. Called your parts source on Monday part arrived on Wednesday. Installed new PCM with no problem and only cost little over $400. Wonderful company to work with definitely will use them again if I need to.

I purchased a replacement ECU and clone service for my SAAB 9-3 from YPS in late November. When I got the replacement my car had a very rough idle and no check engine lights. After weeks of mechanical diagnosis I took the car to a mechanic that discovered a programming flaw. While running If the key was cycled from the run to off position and back to run position quickly it would run perfect. Initially the ignition switch was suspected and I replaced it with no luck. Mechanic determined bad ECU programming and referred me to 30 year Saab technician in my area who ultimately came to the same conclusion after a full diagnosis. He also refused to reprogram the ECU because an older ECU model number was used. He also stated that it is very hard to be confident cloning an ECU from one with already damaged files. A proper fix is using a replacement ECU with the same part number and newer then properly programming it with a tech 2 and fresh VIN associated files from Saab. Cloning files from a damaged unit is certainly not the best way of doing things yet YPS did this. YPS sold me a model 2 years prior and assured me it would be fine. What a joke! Beware!! Their response to me was "We don't agree with your technician" and its out of warranty... I don't have all the time/resources in the world so it took time and resource to figure out. I made them aware of the issue immediately. Now at barely Three months old the ECU completely failed and the folks at YPS have no interest in helping me out. Very shameful people!...What a shameful way out guys! Update: 3/7/2020- Your response does not match up with our phone calls/emails at all. You offered nothing, no help. The car did not run fine, it had a issue from day one that only got worse. I thought it was a mechanical issue and chased that on my limited budget for some time before A saab tech of over 30 years determined the ecu programming was never properly done. A proper fix I explained in my Rant lol. All you said was "We do not agree with your tech". That is it! You do a lot of double talking and actually know so little about these ECUs. Go educate yourself and stop thinking your half hearted efforts were anything more than a waste of my time and very hard earned money. Apparently Your work is as cheap as your word. If any of the things were offered that you mentioned I would have taken you up on it. After 3 ECU and many mechanic bills from chasing my tail on parts you guys suggested fixing based off your previous "experience" without seeing or touching my car. New injectors were the biggest waste. I have a good reason to be unhappy! I listened to your techs and got talked in a circle. I bought the service on 10/30/19, pic shows saab tech diagnosis a month and half later. TO ANYONE WITH SAAB ECU ISSUES, BUY A USED ECU (matching your part number) AND HAVE IT PROGRAMMED FROM A TECH 2. IN YOUR AREA. CLONING A DAMAGED ECU IS A POOR ALTERNATIVE TO A REAL FIX.

Bought an ABS Brake Module off ebay and Tom noticed that the description and the part in the picture didnt quite match so he called to confirm that it was infact the correct part. The part was correct for my truck based off the photos and we were good to go. Shipping was fast and was easy to install.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They attempted to fix the Electronic Control Module (ECM) for my Mitsubishi 3000GT twice. Both times the engine would have a "Check Engine" light with a fault code 41. They told me that there was nothing more they could do for me and they told me I needed to find another ECM. They basically washed their hands of the entire repair. They had no problem charging me for the attempted repair. Tom also called me on the phone and called me a thief and hoped I would not sleep good at night because I had my credit card take back the money. Tom is unprofessional and should be fired for the way I was treated. I did buy another ECM and the car now runs perfect with no check engine light or fault codes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They said they fix these ECM's all the time before I decided to have it repaired. After they couldn't fix it, there were nothing but excuses why they couldn't fix it!

In May I ordered a heat/ac control from Your Part Source on ebay for my 2004 Buick Avenue. The control arrived with some cosmetic blemishes that were unacceptable as my vintage Park Avenue is in well above average condition. I contacted Tom at Your Part Source who authorized a return and offered to repair my original control at a lesser cost than buying another one. I sent my control to them in the same return box and about a week later my original control came back repaired. It has been reinstalled for a little over four months now and the electronic display still works perfectly with no issues. All is good and I would definitely do business with Your Part Source in the future :-)

Where is this? Wales? No, you're in Illinois, close to St. Louis, Missouri. I have never been to the vast flatlands between the Rockies and Appalachians where water flows to the Mississippi. I prefer run-off in the direction of oceans. While I haven't visited, I did ship my car's ECU here for repair. I am elated with the repair. It's difficult keeping my car happy because it's more catty than a thin-lipped, skinny thing at Whole Foods.

I personally had a GREAT experience. I sent my 99 Jeep Grant Cherokee PCM into them to have it fixed. They had it fixed, cleaned and sent back the very next day after they received it. Before my Jeep would shut down after it warmed up. I’ve put on over 500 miles since I got the PCM back and haven’t had any problems. I will be recommending this company to anyone one I can. Thanks Your Parts Source!! There customer service is also on point. I sent an email to them and received a reply 15 mins later.
