The team was friendly and did an outstanding job on the repairs needed to my vehicle. They finished the job earlier than expected and took car of my rental car as well. Would recommend for any needed repairs.
Phenomenal service all around from CARSTAR Protouch. I received daily text communications with updates, I never spent more than a few minutes in the lobby as someone was always present, and I did not have to deal with insurance (statefarm) as they handled it all for me. When I picked up my SUV, they did a walk around and explained the repairs to me. Also, my SUV was spotless clean! I highly recommend the team at CARSTAR Protouch for any of your autobody or collision needs.

I took my car to Carstar after a huge branch fell on it causing some pretty extensive damage along with some hail damage. I left it there while I was on vacation and I came back to what looked like a brand new car. From my first interaction with Kevin for the estimate to talking with Kimberly about the process I felt like they cared about me and making sure the job was done right and on time.
