I’ve been coming here for years but over the last week or two Adam has made life a lot easier with these projects and Jacob helped a lot providing great customer service and navigating warranty replacements etc. Car repairs can be stressful but these guys made it a little less of a headache. Called to ask about returning and old battery as I ordered one online. Called the closest o'reilys near me and the associate came back after placing me on hold and quickly told me nope, that they don't accept cores from other stores. So I called the O'Fallon location and the worker there was much nicer and helped me very quickly.
Thank you so much to the staff at this location! We are from south Georgia. Stopped at the gas station and our truck wouldn't start, we had a dead battery that wouldn't jump. They were kind enough to bring us a new battery.
Randy the manager was very professional and helpful. I was pulled over in Nebraska for a taillight out warning. Randy took the time to make sure I had the proper replacement bulbs as well as installed them for me. He had other customers and made sure everyone was taken care of and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions and he took the time to show me and answer questions. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend this location if needing car parts or assistance.
Couldn't find what I was searching for (the cheaper smaller version of a product(s) they did have indeed have available). The two gentlemen working were pretty awesome!!!
Gregory was very nice and helped me test my alternator and battery, then replaced the battery once he found out it was bad. He did it with a smile and he was just awesome! We'll be back for car stuff! Thanks again, Gregory!!! 🙂
I thought I've rated this place before or maybe it was just a different location. As usual they had what I needed and this time it was wiper blades for my daughter's vehicle. In the actual aisle there is a mini computer you can use to determine which size wiper blades you need which did work but the guy at the counter was happy enough to confirm the selection.
Purchased high end white halogen bulbs for my wife’s car and was told I could return them if I didn’t like them. Once installed, the bulbs turned out to be no brighter than normal halogen bulbs so I went back to return them the following day and was told since they had already been installed in the car, they couldn’t take them back. Now I am out $75. Bad customer service!
Very nice place. Well stocked. Store clerk, Jacqueline, was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure the product suited my needs and if not I could return it. Lucky to have this store in Mascoutah.
The staff helped me find the part I needed and helped me get it installed properly. They gave me options on which part I wanted that would work for my car and explained the difference in how they work and the price differences. It was a very warm and welcoming experience and I highly recommend visiting for your parts needs!
Needed a new battery and this was one of the only local places open. They had two gentlemen working. One of them greeted me as I walked in, which was nice. He quickly helped me pick-out a new battery. He got my warranty registered right then and there. Came out and swapped the battery for me. I had a lot of corrosion on my positive terminal and he was kind enough to make sure it was nice and clean before attaching it to the new battery. We had a pleasant chat, while he set my car to rights. Really geat customer service and I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be back.
