This company is the best! I've driven almost an hour out of my way just to do business with them. They've worked on 2 vehicles for me and both times the work was finished on time and 100% correct. I highly recommend them!

I can not be happier with these guys and recommend them to everyone! I have used them several times in the past 2 years and I can not express enough, my gratitude for everything they have done for our vehicles! From basic oil changes to heavier diagnostics, the professionalism and detail taken in every step is amazing. They send digital reports, pics, videos as well as call to explain everything in detail.
Last year my older model Super Duty developed steering issues. My family and I pull our RV across the country with this truck and depend on it's safety and reliability. I had taken the truck to 3 different shops 4 different times and no one could find the issue. I do want to mention, 2 of those trips were to the same "well-known" local Ford dealer. They just wanted to tell me the truck is old and buy a new one or deal with it. So, short on options and didn't know anyone else, I took the truck to porterformance. Best decision I have ever made for my ole Super Duty! Within the hour they were sending me pics and video of what needed done and calling to explain everything. The truck rides like a dream thanks to them and have been back many times for service and maintenance. I will always use them and tell anyone I can find to do the same.

Porterformance is a great place to go for vehicle repairs. Their goal is to keep you safe and help you're car get in the best shape possible. Compared to other vehicle services I have used, Porterformance is also one of the cheapest!
They give you print outs explaining what was done to your car, urgent items that need to be looked at, and pictures to go along with it. They are great at answering questions as well.
I specifically went to get a vehicle safety inspection and my airbag light checked. They got it fixed. This will keep me and my passengers safe on the road! Thank you, to every employee that helped me!!
This is the ONLY place I will trust with my vehicles! Josh is simply the best and will ONLY fix what needs fixing. There are new techs, but if Josh hired them, I know they're top-notch. The goal is to NOT make you a repeat customer, meaning he will fix it and fix it RIGHT the first time. You get a printout along with pictures, and everything is CLEARLY explained: what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, the urgency of the repair, etc. Whenever someone asks me for a good mechanic, this is the only place I tell them.
I was on my way to Nashville when all of tire pressure lights came on. It was 6:30am. I was driving and saw a light on at the garage. I stopped and asked for help. Because I didn't know what to do but he did! I got my tires aired up and everything else checked. He would not take any money for this wonderful good deed. I am sorry that I didn't get his name .
