Mr. Jared helped us a lot. Even though he waited for the trailer to be unloaded—there was more than expected—we paid the amount that we agreed on. That trailer was stock that no one can hook up, but Mr. Jared did it well. And put on the dock and waited there till the trailer was unloaded. After he parked the trailer at his yard by our advice. We got the trailer 1 day later.
Needed help loading a dump truck onto an rgn. Jared saved the day. The units dump bed was full of scrap. Jared and company went above and beyond to get this dump truck transport ready. Absolutely world class customer service and exceptional professionalism. This company is by far one of the best that I have worked with in the lower 48 states, and I've worked with a lot of companies like Tuxhorn.

I was freezing in the cold when I broke down. My truck couldn’t start at all. In short, I lost steering out of the blue and was heading towards the median. I was able to stop and a fellow trucker blocked traffic for me to get the truck to the other side. After setting up my triangles, the truck died after heavy shuddering.
I was in that truck with no ac or heat from 12:33am till around 7:47am when Tuxhorn came to help. I am grateful to officer Carlok (hopefully I didn’t butcher it) for calling for help and keeping me warm in his car.

It was $80 just to get my car towed to Firestone on MacArthur from North 5th. That was too high for me. And I found another service that would do it for 50 bucks and the man was really good. Cuz I was parked along a one-way Street.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received yesterday. I blew a tire and was stranded with a 9mo old and a 3 yr old. Tuxhorn dropped everything and was there and had my tire changed in less than 30 minutes. A+ guys thank you!!!
