The parts are good quality. However, when customers bring in their pets the owners do not try to control them and they running like crazy all over the store and pester other customers by trying to jump at people, and lick and spread germs on people. The workers do not do anything to make the store more orderly either when this happens and actually seems to encourage it. That's why the bad review.
Service was great. Didn't have what I needed, but took the time to research the part. Recommend where I could possibly find it. I highly respect this attitude in a business. Went in again for bearings and races for a trailer and auger. Couldn't read all the numbers off the old ones but the gentleman at the counter took several measurements from them and found the correct replacements. Not all parts stores have employees that actually know how to do their job. I trust this store and employee to get me the parts I need the first time. No, "is it four wheel drive", or, "does it have AC".
Napa is one heck of a great part store all you need is a serial numbers and model number for the parts that you're looking for and if they don't have it in stock they can order it for you and have it and just a day or couple of days the Napa and they explained everything to you so you can understand it
I've been to NAPA a few times in the last year, and found their staff extremely knowledgable and helpful in finding what I was looking for or was needing, and had a grasp of typical car issues in offering suggestions and recommendations. Their selection is a hodge podge of bit of this n that, from screw bits to fluids to windshield wipers, tho for anything significant they had to check in the back or send for it taking a day or two of time to accomplish. Price is a bit steep, u could probably save a dollar going to O'Reilly's yet for what they carry & the fact that such parts come with knowledgeable competent technical clerks with skill & experience under their belts to help ya, over inexperienced kids at O'Reilly's just pressing buttons and reading screens without deeper understanding of the parts r and do for ur car specifically. In the end, for car needs it ain't overflowing with all the parts ud ever need nor is it the cheapest on ur wallet but in the end ur paying for an experienced team to help ya make sure what ur getting is what u need the first time and not have to order multiple times to get just the right part or ur preferred fluid, and experience outweighs price or selection in my opinion.
